After 9 hours on air, we landed in Canada, disembarked from the flight and proceeded to the hall, I generated a receipt, a lady directed me to where I declared my belonging and luggage. A receipt was also generated, waited on a queue and I was gloriously called.

Me : with this my dressing you should know it's a business related course ( nah my school and course I mentioned o ).


He directed me to another place to go get my study permit.


I got there, a senior cbsa officer rushed me, he discovered I am a student and directed me to another officer, seems he does pr and others.


Officer: WHAT are you here for?

Me: Study

Course and school: I told him

Officer:When is your class supposed to start

Me : May

Officer: You came rather too early,

Me: YES, I need to get accommodation and settle down, people that are here since January are still looking for accommodation.


Officer: Go have your seat while I printout your study permit and work permit.

Me: Thanks.


In my mind, this bros, with all this plenty documents that I printed in colored copies, well packaged and all, can't you just honor me and check it, atleast for the sake of the stress I went through to print and photocopy all this things. No documents were checked



In 5 minutes. My permits were out, I proceeded to baggage claim. Picked up my bags and moved . Change some usd to cad.


I got outside , e be like say dem put me inside cold room. Taxi. Carry me go hotel, I paid $30.


Wahala no kuku dey finish for this Canada matter, hotel bounced me.



When I got to the hotel I booked 2 weeks earlier, I wasn't allowed to pay online while in naija.

The front desk asked for my credit card, I carry 15 ATM come out, 3 Dom accounts and other naira cards.


The guy said no, he doesn't accept debit or prepaid card, only credit cards. Baba calm down nah. Eno gree make we try am o. Okay. Take cash, he said no... Inside this cold. By 11pm . Edakun, I no Sabi anybody for here.


Then I got out, went to 7-10 hotels, they all refused to allow me use my cards. Okay nah. Inside this cold. I just called taxi, no be today we dey sleep for park for naija if night catch us for Journey. I returned to airport, chop food, charged my phone and slept like a baby


In the morning, I left my bags, I go charge phone, as I come back, I no see my bag again. 2 bags filled with My clothes and Ijebu garri, abeg nah, no be Oshodi we dey fah.

I went to information desk, a security attended to me and said Canine departments came to carry it, egbami. K wetin you call am, no wahala, okay, gimme their address make I go meet them, dem say no way, nah only info desk close to where I sat can know the location of my bag.

Haha, people wey never come, me wey done dey here since midnight, no be juju be that , una kon say nah dem go get info. Okay nah. 10am knack. I go there , and dey brought out my bag, I signed, gave them my driver's license and they released my bag.


Oya airbnb, how far, host no gree accept o.


I went back to hotel. And told them I want to lodge. They asked for credit card, I no give them my card, bring the POS machine make I put am myself, I put am, put my password and . . . . Approved . Oya lemme enter hotel wey I pay money ontop nah, rara o. Dem say no, nah 1pm I go fit enter. No wahala. I sha done pay.

Lagos to London flight.

Nah one fine babe sidan my side, I tried to watch film, sleep no gree come, I started looking at itinerary map and traveling time, altitude and speed.

Dem serve us short bread, he sweet die, and soft drinks first. After sometimes, it's time for food. Nah here I begin know wetin dey await me for Canada. I asked for rice and chicken, drink: I said wine, red or white?. I said red. Ase nah red wine with alcohol, I kuku no know, I think say nah sweet wine or something, it is well.

My class is starting in May. Getting accommodations in my province is a big job. I called CBSA in early February to confirm when I can come to Canada, they said anytime since my application is approved, I asked about the 4 weeks before start of class rule, they said its no more in force. But how do I explain to airline in Lagos like this?.


Saturday, 5th March. I decided to move. Drove down to Agege to buy traveling bag.. 8k.. lolz.


Packed my clothes, bought a paint of garri. I am all set. Uber, where art though, 4pm on dot, we got to airport with my entourage. The officer refused my encourage access unless I showed love, I said baba, cctv dey look us nah, he say I never ready, I proceeded to NDLEA and dey said I should bring my bag just for eye service male dem no talk say dem no dey work. He asked for my people, I told him they weren't allowed in, another officer told me to show love and went to bring in my 3 leggedish convoy .


I wanted to go and declare for Agric cos of garri, the officer said no need unless I Wan do shara money. I went to eat rice and beans till 5:30pm when British air started boarding.

She said no, I login to my porter, I showed her there's no other Letter aside those with her. She said Oga uwan dey teach me my work? No be today students dey carry am pass here as uno get am your documents no complete be that. At this point, I said madam, you are correct, na your job true true. I just close my mouth dey look her like lookman .

She sha clear me, I went to get my boarding pass, dem weigh my 2 boxes. Wetin I get before, . Eno fit pass 23kg. Lolz .

Oya, wrapper, abeg wrap this Agege bag wey dey go Canada edakun, make dem no see say nah fake bag. Paid 2k for this.


Boarding pass issued, got yellow card somewhere for currency declaration too. By 7pm, I went to tell my entourage bye bye. Got to immigration, I did finger prints, they asked me some questions wey dey obvious, wetin uwan go do for Canada, etc. I left and proceeded to customs, my handbag was checked, my usd was also checked , then I proceeded to waiting hall for boarding. The heat here too much. Socket no dey work. Oyinbo off shirts . Frequent flyers carry handfan and abebe come . We waited here till 10:30pm before this people started boarding at 11:15pm flight. As air hostess dey pass, omo, I dey discouraged, why all this old women nah. Una no get those fine babes wey emirate and Qatar airline dey use. This thing no rhyme at all , after I paid 494k to flight wey turkey dey charge 280k when I booked.

Voila, we done dey inside plane. 11:15 . We moved.

So at the Toronto airport I got my study permit in like 15 mins. The guy asked me for my arrive can, my letter of introduction, my LOA from my school, my proof of payment and also asked me for proof of funds. I provided everything.
He gave me my study permit and gave me a number to call to extend my permit if I want to stay longer.

It was very simple and easy.

Please my brother applied for Canada student visa using an agent. He said they had issues along the line. His Passort came back with visa and was written 'cancelled without prejudiced'. Please what is the meaning of this?

It has happened with someone before .


Here is his situation.

He got ppr without medical .

He sent his passport for stamping

Passport got stamped

He did his medical

He sent it to ircc.

Ircc requested his passport again so that the medical can be on his TRV .


He sent the passport again

The old one was cancelled just like yours.

A new visa was stamped on his passport.

I got to the airport at 4:30pm today and it was already crowded. My bags where overweight but luckily I took an extra bag to pack my groundnut and Garri since that’s all I eat �. I paid about N100k for the extra bag (most expensive groundnut and Garri I’ll ever have). Anyway they asked me for my passport(obviously), my ArriveCAN, my vaccination card and my Covid test. After that I checked in my bags and got my boarding pass.
Now I’m just having a nice dinner with my fam and a friend waiting to board.

She's good to go with only the funding. Your mum can send like 1 million to your wife's account and attach a gift deed. When choosing who'll sponsor her she should choose herself or funding if there's an option. Many people have gotten visa with funding without showing any bank statement. But just to be safe let her have small money. Also in SOP, make sure to explain the funding in details and how it covers what and what. Other gurus can input to this tho

Let me continue from where you stopped boss. His mum should send the money to him, he will then transfer it to his wife, by so doing, he will resist the urge to shalaye, source of fund will also be stronger.

Thanks for your message, while going through my SOP I noticed it was rather weak, and I'm working to improve on it. The total cost of tuition is 97k CAD and I've made a tuition deposit of 50k CAD my sponsor is my father.

To obtain air transport pilot license, you need to complete private pilot license and commercial pilot license. The bulk of the fund is going into building flight time .


You can use cost of ppl and cpl as your annual tuition fee . Not necessarily giving the full details cos of available funds.




Now to the VO that rejected this application, I am sure he doesn't have 10,000cad in his account . No human feelings at all
