My sisters husband who is a southern non Muslim working in that very university has never had any reason to complain of any discrimination.
I served as a youth corper in the eastern part of the country and was a regular at their universities and not for once did I ever come across a northerner who holding any key position in any of those universities. As a SS all tru my days in the university I never came across a lectural frm northern extraction let alone one holding any key positions.
Our southern institutions re dominated by our own pple and evrbdy seems satisfied with this tradition.
