All of you defending Dasuki seem not to realize that this man instead of facing the real subject of his arrest is just looking for a way to escape justice. We all know our borders are still porous. Siezing the international passport of a man like him amount to nothing as shown by Nnamdi Kanu who was able to travel without his known passports.
Dasuki knows the gravity of his offence . He is just waiting for the government to make the mistake of releasing him, even for a week and he will be off our soil. Nobody knows what he will incite from outside.
Meanwhile, thousands have died due to his greed. Many young soldiers and officers have died. Is his own right above the right of all these people to live.

Governance is improving the lives of the people and the only way you do that is capacity building, investing in and building infrastructures that creates jobs which in turn boost the economy and people's standard of living.

Saving money instead of doing the above is foolishness, incompetence, lack of ideas and vision and even gross abdication of responsibilities.

Not investing funds at your disposal means you can not create jobs, it means you can not start and commission projects that positively impacts people's lives..

This is the same kind of lack of ideas and vision mentality responsible for the inability of many public officials to deliver just like the entire SE is lagging behind in delivered infrastructures...

Hiding money under the bed means money that's redundant, tied down and benefits nobody, even his own people and the owner of the money.

It's called penny wise pound foolish..

Obi is the kind of weak and incompetent public official you sack with immediate effect.

I did not say he said anything wrong about borrowing, my argument remains the fact that his advice was absent when he was ruing after the same crowd that refused to save when we were making $105 per barrel.


And borrowing money to spend on capital projects instead of recurrent is nothing new and definitely not a new innovation so it's kind of irrelevant coming from him who his own successor is still refusing to admit that he left any N75 billion when he left office.

For so many years, many past FG administrations have spent almost the entire budget on recurrent expenditure, but the new administration for the first time reversed that trend by budgeting more money for capital projects which means they know this is the right thing to do so obi is reaching to the wrong congregation.
