In as much as we all know that the Oba shouldn't have gone to that extend, the truth still remain that the Igbos have made up their mind long ago to vote for Jimi, partly because they think he will be the one that will do their bidding and partly to disgrace Tinubu because of the key role he played in the merger that unseat the government of Jonathan. Because of the strategic nature of Lagos, the PDP after losing at the centre thinks that "capturing" Lagos will be a big make up at least for the leaders of PDP in Lagos and the s/west, hence the desperation. But the last presidential and federal asssembly election has proved that Igbo vote is not enough to change much in LagoS or Nigeria.

This is a simple calculation, Tinubu simply went into alliance with Buhari. With the simple aim of delivering the south-west so as to add credence to the already cult followership that Buhari comand in all the three zones of the north, and that is exactly what happened. Buhari won 16 out of the 19 states of the north, among the 16 states 9 are govern by PDP. Tinubu and co only delivered 5 states out of 6 in the southwest.

Jonathan's children are also abroad for studies and residence while developing their career and living in affluence. Atiku Abubakar's children are abroad schooling. I think you are wrong, is not about Buhari, is not about Jonathan, is not about Tinubu, Atiku or any politician for that matter. Is not about any political party.
