You can call the person using the number presently and explain things to him. Tell him you want to retrieve a code for your email. He can text or read out the code when receives it. Use the code to unlock your email. Change your backup number and possibly add your current email for future backups.

They will send it to your house address u used in registering with your broker. That's how I received some warrants before I registered for E-dividends.

But if it doesn't come, then contact them again after 6months

No wahala.you'll have to wait 6 months from payment date if its this years dividend,but previous year declaration is in their custody.

My registrar said they posted my dividends to my address. I didn't use any p.o.box or p.m.b. when I registered with my stock broker. How can I get those dividend warrants now?
