South-south in the UN concept therefore is just about emphasis on policy direction. It has nothing to do with geography, geopolitics or geographic structuring. This is just like when Rochas would say: Jobs Jobs Jobs or Industry, industry, industry. UN is just emphasising it's commitment to promote resource sharing and LINKAGES between developing countries which seem to be lumped up in the southern part (not the south-south) of the world
