ATM Fraud: How to care and use your card wisely To protect your card from external harm, there are few tips you must acknowledge and start getting familiar with. The Cashless Policy, as we know it in Nigeria, was officially introduced and became fully operational in 2014 – with the aim to encourage electronic banking and to reduce physical cash in circulation – which would in turn decrease cases of cash-related crimes. One way of implementing this policy is through the use of ATM cards. It is true that the advancement of technology has generally made our lives easier and more convenient. But, the adage “whatever has advantages, also has disadvantages” is not left out in the case of electronic banking. With the development of ATM machines and electronic cards for mobile banking, there are some risks and exposures associated therewith. Some of these could devastatingly leave you broke in the blink of an eye; whereby, you find out the money you have worked so hard to accumulate has vanished with the stroke of some keys. The Cashless Policy was met with e-banking fraud. There were reports of banks and individuals losing a lot of money to fraudsters, despite the regular checks put in place by financial bodies to curtail the loss of an individual’s hard-earned money. The onus, therefore, falls on all responsible individuals to guard and protect their assets – Yes, your ATM card is an asset. It is important to know how to handle your cards and make sure you’re not only using it correctly but smartly. Automated Teller Machine (ATM) means a machine that dispenses cash and also performs specific banking services at the user’s convenience. It is a dedicated payment system and the ATM card is issued by banks and other financial institutions for ease of financial transactions. It usually comes in the form of debit cards, which means you must have monetary assets with the said bank, to be able to use the card for transactions. In order to handle your card wisely, you must be intentional about the money that comes into and goes out of your pocket. You cannot leave anything to chance. Have a plan for your money and stick to it. To protect your card from external harm, there are few tips you must acknowledge and start getting familiar with. Protect your pin: You must not give out your Personal Identification Number. As the name connotes, it’s your very own personal form of identification, which grants you electronic access to your money. If for any reason your PIN gets exposed, you must immediately reset it. Furthermore, do not write it down on a piece of paper or if you must, do not leave it exposed or in your wallet. Always report suspected cases of fraudulent activities: When you’re in the know about your finances, any discrepancy will immediately come to your notice. Some people do not recover from cases of fraud, because they didn’t discover it on time. Remember that the earlier you report a problem, the sooner it gets resolved. On this note, you must always be familiar with all bank transactions and statements. If you notice at any time that your card is missing – especially when you’ve been out with it, and you suspect it’s been stolen, report it immediately and block that card. Be cautious of the ATMs you use: Always use one that is associated with banks. Avoid any machine that may be situated in suspicious locations. In as much as it grants ease as a means of solving our problems, compulsive use of your ATM card should be avoided. Even with the extra charges attached to card transactions these days, you really would be doing yourself a favor by being careful of where you insert your card in your bid to avoid bank ATM charges. Do not be careless with your phone: Try as much as possible to avoid being careless with your phone or any other device that may contain your bank information. Always create security profiles for your gadgets. It doesn’t take much for someone to access your details and wipe your bank account clean. Make sure that your phone is protected by a password or pin and whenever possible, delete traces of money transactions from your gallery or messages, after you must have successfully backed them up of course. Just remember that your card information could be contained on your phone and leaves you to exposure if mishandled, so handle with care. Do not use public wireless connections for financial transactions: In fact, you should always be wary of all public wireless access. It is a fast and unsecured way for a third party to gain access to your private information. You could as well leave that information on a billboard for the whole world to access. Be sure to use password-protected wireless connections, it makes it more difficult for hackers to access your details. Bottomline Try to change your pin every few months. Keep it simple and short, only using codes you can remember. Conclusively, while it is very convenient to use debit cards or ATM cards for financial transactions, you wouldn’t find it funny to learn that someone has emptied your account on the spot. Hence, it is important that you take precautionary measures to always keep your card safe. Check my signature for an important financial update. Thanks for reading, God bless you.

President Muhamadu Buhari has approved free business name registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) for 250,000 businesses across the nation. (Check my signature for an important financial information). Bottomline Since the end of the #EndSARS protests, the Federal Government has been working on packages that are perceived as necessary for addressing the issues of large youth unemployment, which is viewed as a catalyst for the massive turnout during the protests. The National Economic Council (NEC) has set up a committee to meet the needs and demands of Nigerian youths behind the #EndSARS protests. The head of the Committee is Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, with one of the frameworks being “A social security framework for the youths and Nigerians to deal with the problem of unemployment and poverty in the country.” (Check my signature for an important financial information). The free business registration coming this period will help businesses that can’t afford the registration fee to get their business registered and timely. How to make more money solving problems If you want to become more financially successful, you must figure out how to solve problems for other people. One of the reasons anyone in the world who is not your father, mother, or siblings will give you money is this; your ability to solve a problem that is important to them. That is how all the wealth in the world is created. The Rich Make Money by solving problems for other people. They solve problems in exchange for money. And if you want to become more financially successful this is what you must do regardless of where you are or who you are. UPDATE: Check my signature for an important financial information. But before I show you how to make more money by solving financial problems, let me first tell you what it means to solve a problem satisfactorily. You solve a problem when you remove pain, obstacles, or challenges from people’s lives. And when you help them reach their desired end or destination. So there must be two elements in every problem-solving equation. The First is the pain a person is trying to escape from, navigate, or change. And the Second is the pleasure a person is trying to gain or achieve. So now that you know what solving a problem means what are the kinds of problems to solve if you want to be wealthy? UPDATE: Check my signature for an important financial information. The Kinds of Problems to solve if you want to be Rich There are many kinds of problems you can solve in the world but since you want to make more money let’s focus on the type of problem that can give you the most money. There is only one problem in the world that carries the most potential for wealth. This problem is the Financial Problem. Financial problems carry the most potential for wealth because they are universal in nature, everyone has them, and they cut across different countries, tribes, and nations. So if you want to make more money fast in your life focus on solving financial problems. To solve financial problems there are four people you must focus on. The Four People to Focus on if you want to make more money. The first is you. The second is other people. The third is Businesses and the fourth is the Government. When you solve your own financial problems you do not make much money because money only comes from helping other people. But the benefit of solving your own financial problem is this. It gives you the knowledge, skill, and experience you need to help other people. When you gain this experience you become a valuable resource to other people. So make sure never to waste any financial mistakes or decisions you have made in the past. Reflect on them to know what worked, what didn’t work, and what you would do next time. This is critical for refining your problem-solving skills and for helping other people. If you want to make the most money in the world you must focus on helping other people solve their problems. Part of the other people you must help is business owners. Business owners like individuals have financial problems and they are looking for people to help them grow their business revenue. The beautiful thing about helping a successful business owner is that they are the richest people in the world and have the most capacity to pay you. But to succeed with business owners you must solve problems that are dear to their heart. This, keeping their businesses alive through the constant flow of cash is one of the most important things in the world to them. UPDATE: Check my signature for an important financial information. The last set of people you should strive to help if you can is the government. The government also needs financial help like individuals and businesses. But their kind of help requires a certain level of expertise and global application to reap a high reward. The more difficult the problems you solve the higher your chances of reaping a high reward. And the more financially related the problem is, the higher income you will earn. So now that you know the kinds of problems you should solve and who to focus on to earn the most money. Let’s now see some of the factors that determine how much you earn when you solve a problem? UPDATE: Check my signature for an important financial information. Factors that determine financial success when you solve a problem There are three factors that will determine how much money you earn when you solve a problem. The first factor is the type of problem you solve. The second factor is the Number of people you solve this problem for and the Third factor is the financial capacity of the person paying you. Let me explain these three points in more detail. First the kind of problem you solve. Not all problems are created equal. Certain problems command high income while others command low income. A small or big problem is determined by two factors. First is the level of importance a person places on that problem and second is how that problem is related to making money, saving money, or saving time. UPDATE: Check my signature for an important financial information. Problems that are pain-related, connected to making money or saving money, and also urgent in nature will command more money than problems that are preventive, future-oriented, or pleasure-seeking in nature. This is because most people are short-term in their thinking and will be open to help when they feel the heat. So focus on urgent problems that have a clear relationship with making money, saving money, or saving time for an individual, business, or Government. Second is the number of people you solve a problem for. Solving a problem for just one person is the fastest way to end up in financial struggles. One of anything limits your opportunities and this is why employees struggle financially. They can only serve one employer at a time. The key rule for making more money is this. Find ways to solve a problem for more than one person. UPDATE: Check my signature for an important financial information. If you solve a problem for one person you get paid by one person and the amount you get paid is dependent on how close your value is to the bottom line. If you solve a problem for some people you get paid more money from a few people. And if you solve a problem for a lot of people you get paid a lot of money by a lot of people. The ability to help a lot of people at the same time is the advantage that business owners have over employees. So if you want to earn more money you must find ways to help a lot of people. The third factor is who pays you. Who pays you determines to a great extent how much you earn. This is because people can only pay you according to their financial capacity. For example, when you solve a problem for a peer you get paid income at a peer level no matter the amount of value you provide. But when you solve a problem for a business owner you get paid at a business owner level depending on the success of the business owner. Business owners are the richest people in the world and they have the highest capacity to pay you. All you need to do is ensure you solve a problem for more than one business owner at a time. And the only way to do this is to help a few business owners generate more revenue through sales. So now that you know the factors that can determine how rich you can get let’s look at the fastest way to make more money through problem-solving. The Fastest way to make more money through Problem-Solving. The fastest way to make more money through problem-solving is to do two things. The first is to choose to focus on financial problems, which is the most critical pain for many people. And the second is to focus on helping business owners who are the people with the most capacity to pay you for solving their problems. Business Owners spend a tones of money advertising and marketing their products. They are tired of the high marketing cost that produces a low financial reward. Most business owners are willing to share a part of their profit with you if you will help them sell their products through word of mouth and referrals. And many of them pay up to a 6-figure commission on such sales. If you can help them connect to a new buyer, you can earn a juicy financial reward for it. Thankfully, everyone can help at least one or two people connect with products or services that can help them. The goal here is to only recommend products and services that you are passionate about. Preferably Products and Services that you trust, have tried, and or tested. This is important because you do not want to jeopardize your important relationships on the grounds of making money. You must truly want to help people and not just sell products to make money. When you do this correctly there is no limit to how much money you can earn. The Skills You Need to Solve Financial Problems To successfully solve the revenue problems of business owners and help other people you need three skills. The first skill is creative skills. You need the ability to come up with creative ideas that will help you sell a product. Second, you need networking skills. Remember the only way to make money is by helping other people so you need many more people in your network who like you and trust you. This means that you must be a leader and an influencer within your circle. And be able to serve as the connecting bridge between the people who need help and the companies that can help them. Third, you need sales and marketing skills. That is the ability to educate, convince, inspire, or influence people that a product or service can help them solve their problems. Developing these three skills is the fastest way to make more money in your life and without the added stress of additional workload. So If you are looking to make more money in your life and want to become a high-demand problem solver reaping 6-7 figure financial rewards we can help you. This is not the best time for Nollywood actress, Ada Ameh who just lost her only child, Aladi Godgifts Ameh. The single mum of one popularly known for her ‘Emu Johnson’ role in the family Sitcom, The Johnsons revealed this via her Instagram page. (Remember to check my signature for an important online money making business update). ” My lovely people. Pray for me.My beautiful darling Child choose to go and be with the Lord early hours of today. Aladi Godgifts Ameh. @lalas_touch why did you choose to leave me now? Ladi how you want make i do na? I will be strong !! GOD Has to help me.” She captioned her daughter’s photo she posted. In a recent interview, the Benue state born star actress had revealed that she doesn’t regret having a child at 14. Miss Ameh had added that she would have felt worse to be in her forties without a child or husband. “I can never regret having my child. God forbid! The truth is that the ways of God is so different from the ways of man. Just imagine me as this age and I am not married and don’t have a child. I am not saying marriage is the ultimate but we both know what I am talking about. I am a feminist but I not that type that would not love to have a man. Being a feminist, doesn’t mean that there should be a man. (Remember to check my signature for an important online money making business update). If you are Christian you should that submitting yourself to your man doesn’t make you a fool. I doesn’t mean, I don’t have my own mind.”

Is running an internet business expensive? This is a question I get a lot from my customers and readers. Surprisingly, the business model that I use and teach others (digital information products and email marketing) is one of the cheapest internet business models around! (Check my signature for an important update that will boost your business today!!!) Here's a break-down of what goes into running a simple digital info product business. A domain name around $10/year. I love Namecheap for my domains. They have free WHOIS protection too. Web hosting - $5 ~ $10 per month. You can get hosting from Namecheap as well. An autoresponder $20~ per month. This is a must so you can collect your customers email addresses and send them emails. I use and recommend Aweber or Getresponse. A web page builder - around $30/mth, or $47 one time approx. I use and love Convertri but it's a little expensive and totally not essential for beginners on a budget. There are cheaper ones like WP profit builder which works with Wordpress. Or you can search and use some free WP landing page plugins or themes out there. Shopping cart - I like Selar but there are a ton of cool shopping carts out there now. You usually pay a small percentage of each sale you receive to your shopping cart service. Tracking - This is optional but I highly recommend you track your ads/traffic. You can't go passed Click magick for quality tracking. $20~30/mth So those are the general costs associated with running a digital info product business. A rough total, you're looking at less bare bones, around $30 per month (hosting and autoresponder) to run your biz. Wow. And if you want to really splash out and get the whole hog... then it'll cost you nearly $100 per month. That's it! Just $100 per month in overheads. Where else in the world can you run a business for 100 bucks a month or less? That's the beauty of the internet. If that doesn't make you grin from ear to ear, I don't know what will! Now the rest of the stuff you need... Content, products, graphics, ads/traffic, these are all necessary too.. But if you put in lots of elbow grease, you can create content (products) and get traffic without any cost whatsoever. Yep, free. It'll take you time and effort (blood sweat and tears) but if you don't have a budget, you've got no other choice really. Graphics and fancy software for videos, webinars etc, well, they're cool and great to have, but aren't 100% essential. Once your biz is making money, then you can invest in software and other tools to save time. So there you have it.. You don't need a huge budget to run an online business. The most important thing you need to have is time, and hustle! (Check my signature for updates). Best of luck building your business, Regards. ![]() |

The 5 Lessons I Learned From Email Marketing... Look, there are a lot of ways to get traffic to your website or offer. None of them are cheaper or more effective than email. That’s the bottom line. This is the most efficient, cheapest, and most effective form of advertising on the internet...and probably the world period. That being said here are 5 things I have learned from email marketing over the past few years that will help you absolutely, positively, crush it: (Remember to check my signature for an important update). 1.✓ GET TO THE HEART OF THE MATTER - Don’t bother with names and “personalized” introductions. You’re not fooling anyone. Everybody gets that you sent that email out to a bunch of people. Instead get right into the content of what you are going to say. This works much better and makes you come across as less spammy. 2.✓ BUTTONS - Using buttons in your emails will increase click through rates. Using button colors red and black are the most effective. 3.✓ FONT SIZE - Use a nice big font for your emails. Size 18 to 20 are extremely effective for me currently and produce a nice big email for people to read without straining their eyes. You have to remember more and more people are reading their email on mobile devices. 4.✓ HIT THEM IN THE MOUTH - Use your subject line to “hit them in the mouth” then use the content in your email to explain why you did it. What I mean by that is you have to get their attention. And then once you have their attention you have to make them glad they took notice. So take care with your subject lines to make sure they create impact. The name of the game is impact. What works really well is the insinuation of education or the insinuation of something negative. 5.✓ REPEAT SUBJECT LINE - It is worth noting that click through rates test much higher on emails that repeat the subject line with the first line in their email. This works really well because it keeps the content of your email very congruent with “the reason” they opened it in the first place. That’s 5 great ones and that is where I’ll end it today. Hope this has been helpful to you and I’ll see you soon on another great topic. |
