Leave them , they will get to understand things when the training get started.
Interview is just another selection process
i can remenber vividly that some nimc vacancies required 5,others 4,3,2,7 and some at least 1 year post nysc experience...so why you they harsh for fresh graduates and their federal experience?

anonimi: Elections are coming next year, 2014 so you should understand the effizy things.
That is how the band of fraudsters in the Association of Conmen in Nigeria, ACN operates.

They are always using the FUTURE tense to report their projects - will be completed!

Meanwhile Aregberascal is yet to fully implement the N18,000 minimum wage in Osun and has a running battle with the state NLC.
Not much has been done on BASIC services of pipeborne water all over the state, rehabilitation of primary & secondary schools, primary health centres etc.

SammyJac: For those who want to know the take home pay of civil servants in the employ of federal government, check this out. New Federal workers’ pay: Minimum —
N17,000/month : Maximum — N453,000/
month – Daily Trust
By Bunmi Awolusi / July 12, 2010.
Beginning from this month, the least paid Federal Government worker would be
receiving a monthly salary of N17,073
while his highest paid counterpart is to
get N453,444, according to details of the
new pay package released in Abuja by the
National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission.
In a circular dated July 1, a copy of which
was exclusively obtained by Daily Trust in
Abuja at the weekend, the commission
said the new salary structure, already
approved by President Goodluck Jonathan, was coming with a condition that
workers would improve their productivity
and conduct.
A table of the reviewed Consolidated
Public Service Salary Structure (CONPSS)
attached to the circular shows that the least paid worker on Grade Level 01/1
would receive a salary of N204,878 per
annum, while an officer on Grade Level
17/9, which is the highest grade in the
public service, would take home
N5,441,336 per annum. The table shows that N208,206 is now the
annual salary for a worker on grade level
02/1; N211,048 for level 03/1; N221,072
for level 04/1; N250,499 for level 05/1;
N305,429 for level 06/1; N507,165 for
level 07/1; N769,856 for level 08/1; N853,384 for level 09/1; N903,711 for
level 10/1; N1,042,408 for level 12/1;
N1,163,433 for level 13/1; N1,285,018 for
level 14/1; N1,767,816 for level 15/1;
N2,188,877 for level 16/1; and N4,172,860
for level 17/1.
meaning d pay for level 08 =64000 monthly

RomanceWhat Men And Women Really Want by LEvuls(op): 10:01am On Apr 22, 2013
Getting our needs met in our romantic relationship is not as difficult as we might think. it's as simple as becoming aware of three crucial factors: one,men and women are different and what we want from our partners isnt necessarily what they want from us. Two,men and women have different ways of communicating and we have to tailor how we express ourselves to suit these differences. Three,it all comes down to the right choice of partner,we can understand the difference between the sexes and express our needs and feelings in a way that they can hear us,but if our partnee is incapable of being loving,responsive and respective it's moot.

WHAT MEN WANT;
They want to feel useful,and appreciated for what they have to offer a woman.They want to give her things and to solve problems successfully.They need the woman they're with to make them feel good about themselves;they want to be desired as a man and respected for their accomplishments whether at home or in the world.
Men dont want to feel shamed or belittled. A woman who makes a man feel small doesnt realize what a cardinal sin she's committing. Men also hate to feel controlled,they want to feel like they've come to a decision on their own. They despise being nagged and will tune a woman out if they feel that she's continually harping on a subject.

WHAT WOMEN WANT;
WOMEN on the other hand,want to be listened to and understand. It's important that the man tried to make them happy. He should be interested in and sensitive to her needs and feelings. He should make her feel beautiful and desirable,as well as intelligent and competent. She should get the sense that he feels lucky to have found her.
Women dont like to feel insecure.They want to know that their man is committed to them.They dont like it when men too obviously check out other women or when they are overly flirtatious.This is humiliating to them.If a man tells them that they are neurotic because they dont like it when men are spending a lot of time looking at or talking to other women,this infuriates them,whatever the man's intentions are,they experience this behaviour as disrespectful.

4words: NOTE:
Tell that young woman to give you time to settle your family so that she can have a peaceful family herself.
you are funny bro,thanks for being sensitive to this part but she isnt the one pushing for the marriage..not in any way her idea.She has always being the one encouraging to continue the good work i ve started with my family,more over she is also part of my family cos we grow up together and being there for each other when needs arises and in as much as i take her advice i dont allow it to overshadow my personal decisions.

byvan: I think the last two siblings are the once that need care.Graduates should go and hussle because life is no bed of roses.they should learn to stand on their own feet.
Yea for real they(graduates) know, and i believe they are doing there best to be dependent but we all know the situation of Nigerian graduates and getting job,its not been easy for them..i keep praying to God to make it happen for them cos i dont know how long they are going to continue with the hussling....staying with me seems their chances of making is clearer but for how long?realy troubled about them.
