I have a friend that is in her final year and she is presently confused on what to topic to use as her final year project.
she is a computer engineering student and needs this help asap.
Has anyone got a suggestion on what projects she can present to her project coordinator?
they said they are required to present five from which the coordinator will choose one.

any suggestions?

2 bedroom flat or mini-flat in any of these areas:

Ikoyi, VI, surulere,ikeja(opebi,allen area only), ilupeju

budget is nothing more than 180-200k per annum for the 2bedroom.
for the mini-flat nothing more than 150k.

A friend wont mind the 2bedroom if it will go for 180-200k i would send someone for it.
I have a friend who is in dire need of an apartment now and thats his budget. Also, let me know if they would accept one yr down payment and the remaining paid before the first yr runs out.
