Job Title: Community Associate

Our community associate will work with the team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the workspace, create innovative & exciting methods to engage and manage the Hub Community as well as responsible for building and nurturing our community, ensuring members have an exceptional experience.

As the community associate, you are responsible for managing, improving, and leveraging relationships within the space.

Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills, great customer service skills and the ability to moderate online and offline conversations with our community

Responsibilities

In summary, you are expected to:

Identify, Plan and Organise regular community initiatives that will keep the community engaged and enhance member experience.
Encourage active participation and cultivate relationships in the coworking community through consistent communication and engagement initiatives.
Manage the physical space of the community to fit its purpose & users while working with the rest of the team to ensure coworking space is well-maintained, organized
Act as the primary point of contact for member inquiries, needs, and feedback, ensuring swift issue resolution.
Maintain accurate data entry.
Develop and execute strategies to strengthen the sense of belonging among members.
Identify and leverage member talents and expertise to facilitate collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
Understand & amplify the total customer experience (Create a sense of community among members).
Create a welcoming environment in a friendly, patient and professional manner.
Develop clear, actionable strategies around KPIs and how to achieve them.
Implement effective sales techniques, handle inquiries, conduct tours, and negotiate contracts to convert leads into memberships.
Coordinate other support personnel & staff/team.
Support marketing efforts by creating and curating content for social media, newsletters, and the website.
Build relationships with existing and potential customers, industry professionals, and the media.
Stay up-to-date on new products, features, and trends
Perform other duties as assigned.


Requirements

Our ideal applicant should possess the following Skills:

Little or great experience launching community initiatives
Willing to learn.
Good command of basic IT packages such as MS Office. We will teach you the rest.
Very Social, Outgoing and Loves People
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, resourceful and innovative with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage effectively.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to change
Must live within Festac, Mile 2, Ago, Tradefair , Satellite Town, Amuwo-Odofin Axis
Fluent in both oral and written English.
Basic Hands-on with social media
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Previous experience in community management, customer service, or hospitality is a plus

We are looking for an amazing, innovative product manager who would be responsible for product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, marketing, and Customer support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Duties

The Product manager is responsible for the following:
Responsible for full product life cycle development tasks such as analyzing, conceptualizing, prototyping, and execution
Translate business strategy into product strategy.
Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements
Working closely with the team to formulate strategic insights, propose an action plan to achieve business objectives, and ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goal
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Track customer behavior using analytical tools and interpret them to guide product decisions.
Organizational and project management skills – able to organize and prioritize tasks towards a customer and business impact in accordance with expected timelines.
Work with developers to implement features on a product roadmap.
Build innovative and inspiring products that solve real problems for people 
Plan and carry out product launches Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages to stakeholders on the product and market
Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
Manage Product profitability and commercial success-Own the business case

Requirements

Passion for web, mobile design, and technology development
Fast learner, extremely flexible and adaptable
Results-oriented and able to set strong roadmaps that meet short- and long-term needs
A team player who can also work independently; self-driven and willing to "do what it takes" to get the job done; entrepreneurial attitude
A certificate in Product Management is an advantage.
1+ years of experience in Product Management 
Strong product instinct and proven, visible track record of taking successful products from the idea, to launch, to scale is a plus
Experience as a Product Manager in a startup is an added advantage
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
Experience managing a Start-Up is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

As expected, we all had to wake up as early as 4am to have our baths and prepare cos rumor had it we were to be out by 4:30am...
we didn't even know what to put on as quite a number of us hadn't done our registration.
Gosh cant believe its another day in this camp ....

Camp Chronicles 2 Day 3 Swearing-In
As it began to dawn on us that waking up early was going to be a constant thing, the timetable became waking up by 2:15 to have a bath, dressing up partially so you don't have to rush later on and so you cab take a nap back. Read More

It was a good day to wake up and thank the Lord. As usual, had to wake up by 2:15 to have a bath and get prepared for the day

Camp Chronicles 2 Day 5 - First Sunday
Yaaaay it's a Sunday!!!My First Sunday. There's just this vibe that comes with Sundays and it's just a day to feel so good when you feel so free and less stressed out till it gets to evening anyways.

Camp Chronicles Day 6 First Monday
It's a Monday again and urrghhhh... We all know how Mondays are. Meditation ground assembly was held and we were told lectures would be starting today after morning parade.

Camp Chronicles 2 Day 8: A Week Gone
Yaaay....it's one week down, 2 more to go.Today makes it a week that I arrived in obubra NYSC camp, Cross River state. Thank God for seeing me this far, may He be exalted.

It's the beginning of a new week day and as the end of camp is getting closer, it gets more exciting.
Meditation ground assembly held and it was pretty short today. It was my platoon's turn for sanitation so we stayed back while the rest of the platoons matched away.

Yaaaaay....2 days to go, it's a Saturday and it's carnival day!!!
Firstly, today started on a very annoying mode!! Suddenly by past 1am, soldiers came to raid our rooms and send us all out announcing fire alarm.

Final Sunday, last day and happens to be a very sunny day!!! Everyone was already excited…. We are going to leave camp tomorrow!!! The excitement was getting real. I woke up this morning with a different kind of feeling entirely…
