You've stated the most crucial point, you find it hard to socialise with men and women. So you resorted to what you could easily do via mastirnation without any need for others and patronising prostitutes which you can do as long as you have the money.

What I will prefer might seem a bit far fetched but I always believe in giving God a chance.
I'm not a religious person but I know that things happen in churches and mosques that have made them stand the test of time and remain relevant and thriving for centuries and even millennia.

Whichever one you feel obliged to try, either church or mosque, embark on a spiritual journey to find God.

And I can assure you that somewhere along the line,you will find the solution to your problem.

But please do not stope your habit immediately... ease yourself into it and stop progressively.
Because if you stop abruptly, chances are you will be wound up and eventually you might relapse and become even worse than you are presently.

So take your time to reduce it gradually until you're able to stop it.

Once you find where you want to commit yourself to,either church or mosque. I won't advice any other for now in Nigeria cos these are the dominant religions, please make sure you submit yourself to whatever they require of you.

So my younger bro wants to study music in Uni. Unfortunately music wasn't accredited for their school in O'level, and as such he has no foreknowledge of the subject.


JAMB is fast approaching and I have been to the Uni to make inquiries about the subject combination, music is required.


Traditionally, I've recommended he buys the past question for music and start going through it but I know that may not be enough. In that case, for those who have been in that shoe how did you go about preparing for it and what are your recommendations for my bro, any book, anything that can help?


Please understand I've met with some students of the department and they recommend he has a music tutor, one offers to do it if he can come around. Distance could be a barrier because I do not know how long I'll be around in my current location since he'll need to stay with me.

He's a smart one, with the right resources he can do well.
