Msauza:
Dummy, I have already answered you that the answer is YES, but it could not produce results because every time there is presence of SANDF, poachers always seem to be tipped of. Poachers do not carry heavy machine guns. All that carry are just injections smuggled from veterinary surgeon and some tools to dehorn the rhinos, but they have secret network consisting of park rangers, vet surgeons and security official. It seems a difficult challenge to crack down the network.

Fighting poaching does not need one to carry big guns and deploy soldiers or police, it is a mammoth task that requires covet missions from people who are experts at unraveling secret networks.
That's my boy.

So the SANDF failed in intelligence and in military action. If the authorities didn't think it necessary they wouldn't have drafted in the SANDF.

Msauza:
Engaged or not, anti poaching operations is not
the responsibility of SANDF. Poaching is a crime
perpetuated by those who work with rhinos. They
act as eyes and ears of poachers and whenever
SANDF is there they are alerted not to resurface
at all, and so do you think that the SANDF can
waste their time working as park rangers? Nope.

Hope I have answered you, dummy.
you're being evasive. I need a yes or no

When the Anthony Day incidence was brought here, none of you gave away any sign it was worrisome to you.

But you have been desperately seeking out a German blog for weeks. grin grin grin

Rhino poaching is crime and not a security threat.

Patchesagain:
Germans confirmed it was them.

Media is a buisness - no one prints stories that people dont care about.

People care about the SANDF, people dont care about the German navy - and they certainly dont care that the Germany navy scared a fisherman.

Germans confirm - argument over
why is everything about the SANDF soaked in the waters of controversy? You do not have a clean record of any event.

Your poorly translated German source by jl115 who claims a bit of German ancestry is doubtful .

The same sheer incompetence that destroyed your submarines are at display again with the Anthony Day incident.

And don't compare your backwater SAN to the Germans

I posted 2 credible German sources, What is your response? You post a Forum!

And BTW forum is a forum, no matter which country its from.
A forum from south Africa on this very matter is worth all the source there is. Your press is very active, jl115, if they didn't publish something different, it's because there's nothing to publish

Hahahahaha your imagination is beyond compare!!
Firstly SAN never blamed or pointed fingers at the Germans!Show me a source were the SAN made a statement clarifying it was the German Navy

"Now question is which naval commander did the radio folks communicated with?

All possibilities point to the SAN because they would be the first choice of contact naturally
"

Uhm.........No! The SAN had no ships in the area,as pointed out by both sources, thus the German navy would be the first choice to contact!

"German source is a nonsense crappy crap"
Not to long ago the Germans could do nothing wrong in your eyes!
Who ever said the SAN accused the German navy?

If it were the German navy, the south African press would have cleared the air. It is still accepted in south Africa that it was the SAN.

jl115:
So German sources reporting that it was the German Navy is all of a sudden unreliable and crap?
German source is a nonsense crappy crap. I thought someone has already picked holes in that. But here's what: Anthony Day was fired upon by a naval warship. He tried to radio the warship but no luck. So he got the radio of the coast guard or something who then radioed the commander of the warship. The commander admitted the error and said it was done in error

Now question is which naval commander did the radio folks communicated with?

All possibilities point to the SAN because they would be the first choice of contact naturally.

Secondly given how south Africa love Hollywood-ing their SANDF, they would have rushed and print the news of how the German navy goofed and how they themselves are expert.

That's why your own very forums in South Africa are never in doubt who the incompetent navy is.

But a nigerian-conscious e-sandf like you folks will always bring in controversies.

Is been confirmed!!!!!
It was the German Navy that fired on the fishing boat!!!

The original article was in German!!
I used Google Translate to translate the text into english thus it sounds abit re.tarded,Those who understand German are welcome to read the original article:

http://www.focus.de/politik/deutschland/man-konnte-das-schiesspulver-riechen-deutsches-kriegsschiff-versenkt-beinahe-motorboot_id_4576060.html

Translated(Quite a few language errors):

"An uninvolved fishing boat came into the crosshairs of a German warship. Off the coast of South Africa has targeted a frigate and almost sunk the boat. The cause was apparently a mix up in an exercise.
A warship of the Bundeswehr has almost sunk a fishing boat during an exercise in South Africa. As the "Mirror", citing a German bloggers, as well as the South African news portal "iol.com" reports. The boat was just missed at the accidental attack.
Bundeswehr does not respond to radio message
When naval "Good Hope" frigates "Hessen" and were "Karlsruhe" involved. One of the ships should have shot the innocent fishing boat, so "mirror". The warship is eight meters long have confused "Arctic" with a shared drone to shoot the Bundeswehr.
The fishing boat was then given an emergency call. Although the Bundeswehr terminated the fire, but responded to the statements of states that "mirror" not on the radio message. In an interview, the captain of the "Arctic" by three bullets spoke. 10 to 15 meters, they should have taken alongside the boat. "That was so close that we could smell the gunpowder and have been ringing my ears," the magazine quoted the captain."
funny enough south Africans aren't denying the incident. Take a look at this South African forum, only the e-SADF here are looking for controversy.

author=lezz post=32519089] Alright,slowpoke, I'm back
dealing with your question by numerical order.

Finally after days of Expo, Lezz has finally decided to appeal to the kola nut in his skull

Where does it say that Ivory coast was "BLACKLISTED" from ECOWAShuh Dont you know what Blacklist means?
Show me where blacklist was written in that article.

This was your initial comment,

You can neither curse nor lie your way out of this one, so try harder.

This was your original statement, you cannot bamboozle anyone cooking up theories and non quintessential elements,

I showed you that Nigeria was not the only country that kicked against his plan and you made another statement

Now prove to this honorable house that Ghaddafi called for the disintegration of Nigeria because we did not support his expansionist agenda?

Now that you agree that professional migration has nothing to do with how efficient a system is, do you have the statistics of doctors in SA vs Nigeria to know who is lacking? I rather debate on the facts than on mere speculation.

It was a movement that people came together to agree then implement, the only question therein is; who was the first AU chairman? the onus is on me to make the connection between the first AU chairman and the AU brainchild, right?
so tell us, who was the first AU chairman??

You have every right to retract any of your initial claims and apologise for misinforming the house, however, let me quickly remind you what you said.

You claimed we led by example by handing over the peninsular and I countered that position and gave proof that France threatened Nigeria,
since your proof is implying that France threatened Nigeria as well, will you now retract that "leading by example nonsense" and apologize to the house for misinformation?

I will educate you here when you have answered all the questions

The book you presented as evidence that France is not happy with Nigeria's hegemony in west Africa was written by prof Yomi Akinyeye, who by profession is not a French politician, neither does he have experience in Nigerian military, hence, what you read was a "Personal opinion" of Yomi, and he is not an authority to speak the mind of the French.

I really dont want to believe that your barrage of insolence here is fuelled by a pseudo intelligence founded on Yomi's "personal thoughts", when I asked you for a proof, I wanted to see where the French made the claim themselves.
Showing me Yomi's personal opinion is as good as your online vituperations, totally unacceptable. Show us where the French claim they are unhappy with Nigeria's hegemony in West Africa, kindly elucidate the Hegemonies, such an ambigious word will not lead us to a tangible outcome, I am still waiting.

I told you this;

And you replied thus;

My question is this; Since Egypt is an active AU member but remained passive in her affairs, yet a formidable force in the Arab league, don't you think it is because AU is an unserious Organization for serious countries like Egypthuh??

The Final question is this;

Compare the Nigerian first Ebola case with the United states first Ebola case? It was borne out of this statement;

Since you are confident to compare apple with oranges, tell us what you know about the two events? remember, you are free to retract any un verifiable statement you made in the past, & apologise to the house for mis informing us.

Why do we need to throw tantrums when you can easily crush me with your facts? I look forward to the next round of tutelage from the self acclaimed academician, I am patiently waiting for my answers!!
You are a walking-dead fighting a lost course . Funny how you raise questions I never asked and responding to what you assumed was my meaning.

You are asking questions based on what YOU TAUGHT I MEANT. What a waste of humanity you are!!

You want the word "blacklist" to be found in the source that has quoted ecowas excutives asking gbagbo to hand over power or face military action. A source which has revealed the West African Central Bank blocked gbagbo from accessing state funds.

You have so much in common with your South African friends: shameless denial, enemy of truth. You're a little minded, petty troll who has been exposed as a carrier-troll. You know so little.

keep rephrasing your questions as I flush you into the sewer pipes where you belong.

A WHO certfied schizophrenic toad like you have the imbecility to question Prof Yemi because we have cheap internet these days.

Son, you have been knocked out of the ring. you don't have the muscular facts and literary skills anymore to put up a fight.

If you want to be a negative Nigerian critic, then arm yourself with a little knowledge, not blind rage.

You never knew Libya invaded and tried to occupy northern Chad.

You never knew Ghadafi was the brainchild of the AU

You never knew the French was uncomfortable with Nigeria's West Africa leadership.

You're just a pretentious gay South African lover.

You're not qualified to be here. you are a gate-crashing local champion.

I have witnessed you being whooped on other threads as well

so you and mediocrity never seem to part company.

Did France save Liberia and Sierra Leone or Sudan Dafur?

Nigeria saves the ex-British colonies that welcome us, you don't invade a country with troops and force your army on them if the people don't want you. You this this is 1939 age of German war invasion of sovereign states? Fool !

Anyway, France invited Nigeria to do recce and garrison ops in Mali, NA and NAF did their role well.

What big war has South Africa ever fought to save an African country except sending 2,000 troops to join about 20 countries in Congo under command of a Tanzanian army General leading SANDF in FIB light combat roles....short time war, did not even last one month !

SANDF is crap and untested alone in combat. Your last test with Seleka rebels was your historic failure !

Bros, address the questions you bloody coward, name calling will not save you this time, I AM BACK FOR YOU!! (thank God for elections),In case your brain could not sieve out the questions, I will help your dumb soul

The questions are;

1)can you prove to this honorable house that ECOWAS blacklisted Ivory coast in 2011? Let me remind you that you claim to know too much as such, to get the evidence won't be a problem, please do not tactically maneuver out of this for any reason whatsoever, it is either you are proving or you are shutting up completely.
I will neither read nor respond to any other gibberish that doesn't have the proof i asked for.

2) Prove that Ghaddafi predicted Nigeria's disintegration because Nigeria and other countries rejected the United States of Africa, any strenuous analogies and unverifiable claims will NOT be read.,

3) can you in clear conscience assume that Nigeria is a lord over Saudi Arabia because our doctors took refuge there??

4) Who was the first chairperson of the AU? one single answer of a name and probably date, any other strenuous crap will not be read.

5) Do you agree that Nigeria was threatened by France before we agreed to hand over Bakassi?

6) Prove that France is uncomfortable with Nigeria hegemony in Africa, and what are those Hegemonies?

7) Prove that the African Union is more organised than the Arab league.

cool Compare the Nigerian first Ebola case with the United states first Ebola case.

Remember that name calling is just an attitude, answers to questions shows your intelligence, all the questions up there were all your claims hence we implore you to do justice to them, dont let your brain down this time.

Alright,slowpoke, I'm back
dealing with your question by numerical order.

No. 1----- the BBC reports that president Jonathan who happened to be the ECOWAS president, after an emergency meeting in Abuja, officially recognised the prime minister as the president-ellect and demanded the gbagbo government to step down. Jonathan also offered him refuge in Nigeria and gave him an option of military action or peacefully handing over. What's more , The West African central Bank blocked gbagbo from accessing funds of Ivory Coast. www.bbc.com/news/world -africa-12077298

No 2----- You demon of the internet, I never said ghadafi PREDICTED the disintegration of Nigeria because of the united Africa nonsense .

Ghadafi CALLED for the outright breakup of Nigeria onto smaller states which he later changed to two states along religious lines which is quite different from what the US did.
The US merely predicted the likely breakup of Nigeria which she even denied.

Ghadafi seeked a weakened Nigeria which will make the entire west Africa vulnerable to exploitation and puppet governments. Nigeria has been oppossing ghadafi ever before the united Africa crap. Charles Taylor which Nigerian led ECOWAS eased off was a close ally of ghadafi. www.pambazuka.net/en/category.phb/panafrica/

NO.3---- many Nigerian doctors are practicisng in Saudi Arabia which isn't a proof of any indication in that country. Quite unlike south Africa who clearly lacks the required quantity of qualified medical doctors to fill in there general hospitals.

No.4----- You keep embarrassing people unfortunate enough to bear your cursed name.

You claim south Africa was the brain child of the AU. I supplied you proof it was ghadafi. You are still a lame ignorant imposter and a fraud. The link on no.2 suffice here.

No. 5----- France was bluffing and never threatened. You are a foolish kid. I followed that event very well and the Nigerian army dealt with the Cameroonian gamdems. And our defence minister said this famous quote " Nigeria will walk into Cameroon, France or no France" that was when Cameroon RAN to the ICJ. Why did Cameroon initiate the court proceedings if she really trust France to attack? You are a certified, bona fide dummy.

with Total oil and other billion dollar investment in Nigeria, FRANCE CANNOT ATTACK .

No.6-----i said West Africa and not Africa
i know you are visually impaired so you have to write in coloured letters. But are you also mentally challenged you can't quote properly? Little wonder you had to resort to long narratives of weeping. https://books.google.com.ng/books?id=SZ-SmUs9pUEC&pg=PA52&lpg=PA52&dq=france+not+comfortable+with+Nigeria's+role+of+hegemony+in+west+africa&source=bl&ots=lo3_wMBNSv&sig=lMDKrDDiK4XUfVoJPPheQfX2Ji8&hl=en&sa=X&ei=i2AmVd_gIMuNaPTGgOAB&ved=0CA8Q6AEwAQ#v=onepage&q=france%20not%20comfortable%20with%20Nigeria's%20role%20of%20hegemony%20in%20west%20africa&f=false

NO7----- where did i make that very assertion? you walking failure in human form.

ECOWAS actually begged UN security council to sanction Ivory coast, I have that on good authority, any reasonable country will see it as a sign of weakness on a regional power broker, what I don't know is the fallacy in bold, can you prove to this honorable house that ECOWAS blacklisted Ivory coast in 2011? Let me remind you that you claim to know too much as such, to get the evidence won't be a problem, please do not tactically maneuver out of this for any reason whatsoever, it is either you are proving or you are shutting up completely.
I will neither read nor respond to any other gibberish that doesn't have the proof i asked for.

Nigeria said they are not interested in a United states of Africa likewise Most successful economies in Africa at the time, SA, Morocco, Egypt Kenya etc, Nigeria never posed a threat to his plan in any visible way, why did Ghadaffi not propose the break up of Egypt, SA, Kenya, morocco and other uninterested African nations?

The USA equally made same prediction, is Ghaddafi the president of the US? instead of fixing culpability where it belongs, you are deluding yourself, have you bothered to find out why two nations with superior intelligence gathering capabilities gave Nigeria a tough verdict?

Nigeria wasn't the only country that rejected Ghaddafi's plan there were other countries, so why was Nigeria the only bulls eye? based on the above facts, Ghadafi's unfortunate prediction had nothing to do with his failed plan, only a beer parlor political analyst will make such naive connection.

To be fair if you believe that Ghaddafi proposed the break up of Nigeria because we refused United states of Africa, table your proof here, you saw how I proved mine, prove yours that same way, keep it concise and brief, any strenuous analogies and unverifiable claims will NOT be read.

Naa, it was an oversight not a blackmail, you are no where near people I may be tempted to blackmail.

That you exported your professionals because the institutions in your country has collapsed, does it mean you are a power broker?
Majority of our doctors who left for Saudi Arabia in the 80's went to make money because they were earning less in Nigeria nothing more, can you in clear conscience assume that Nigeria is a lord over Saudi Arabia because our doctors took refuge there??

I expect an answer here too.

Who was the first chairperson of the AU? one single answer of a name and probably date, any other strenuous crap will not be read.

Nigeria had no intention of handing over Bakassi even after the ICJ verdict, here is my proof;
According to obasanjo's book titled "Presidential legacy" published in 2013 and reviewed by Donald duke whose land was taken had this to say;

Now, you see how i put forward facts to disprove your diplomatic concoction on why we obeyed the ICJ order, we obeyed because a superior fire power who finds it morally right to honor the defence pact she has with cameroon by putting a gun to our head.
After this clear act of cowardice and chicken heart, who does Nigeria have a defence pact with at the time? is that how you want to be a "regional power broker"? Power broker that ordinary Cameroon can muscle away anytime? self delusion is not a crime though, enjoy your buffoonery.

Any time you are not ready to articulate facts the way i am doing it, I will not read it, the proof above is evident that you don't follow the news, after work, you sit with iya basare to take ogogoro and discuss kitchen politics, now tell me, who is an Embarassment?

From what you explained though you are too lazy or bereft of any fact to support your claim, I can only deduce that Nigeria was a softer target, a walk in the park rightly put, I don't know the date of the Chadian invasion by Libya, never mind that you are too drunk not to present that, however, if I had the information, I would ascertain their military capabilities by credible ranking, that way, we will know who is really a threat to the other, in the absence of that, both of us are merely speculating and I don't engage in such unintelligent theatrics.

Please dont give us half baked education gotten from Oshogbo roofless classrooms, when you say France is uncomfortable with Nigeria's hegemony in Africa, you should be able to prove that with verifiable events. I continue to warn you, this place is not your village meeting where anybody can make any blank statement and feel cool

What are they? Green/Jewish? Morocco used to be a member and the rest remained members so what exactly is your point here?

If you know how much I hate this kai-kai statements you make here, I wish I can extend an e slap to that your gorilla face. I presented to you events in my penultimate post where i itemized clearly why AU is an unserious organisation not suitable for serious countries like Egypt housing the best military in Africa, I went a step further to juxtapose their Arab league campaigns and more complex successes they have achieved, and you have this nonsense!! to reply me?

Where are the facts that support all these speculations, show me in the news, tell me events, for gods sake i am not your dumb wife neither am I your fat girlfriend, talk to me with facts not conjectures, I hate it

Now that you have managed to speak of an event/events, I am obliged to respond, what is the likelihood of Nigeria (in west Africa by the way) to get Ebola compared to the USA? who should have a tougher contingency plan? Nigeria or the USA?

It is only a goat brain like you will liken a scenario where a symptomatic, diarrhea Ebola patient, walks through your biggest international airport unchecked from an Ebola epicenter a few miles from home, with a controlled medevac of a volunteer health worker.
That comparism can only occur in a failed grey matter like yours, if you really think like this, please DO NOT PROCREATE, we dont need a generation of pure r@trads, we are ok! having you alone.

Nope, it was the French who saved Mali cause there was no Leadership in ECOWAS.
wrong!!! Ecowas and Nigerian presence was there. But francophone west Africa has a deep military and economic ties with France. So France would be there anyway.

Did I hear you mention facts? lol you actually got schooled, continue decieving them, The citizens of Nigeria have spoken with their votes in one voice & removed their incompetent president and you are here telling the Southies you can defend the indefensible.

Buhahaaha, are you related to Doyin Okupe or the Mangroove mouth Fani Kayode?
what's my post got to do with president Jonathan or Buhari?

You can't even present questions in a logically arranged and neat pattern. You quoted me with a long prose of narrative weepings and lamentations.

I poked you out for days with several post and you were hiding in your wretched quest for internet data subscription .

You're not only wretched monetarily, you are one disorganized, incoherent, psuedo-illiterate who takes weeks to respond to an internet whooping.

And you think you have earned the right to turn us back in derailment. You are a disgrace to yourself and whatever surname that you bear.

@Lezz

As someone who knows a lot, I guess this is a promise that you wish to solemnly give us facts and nothing but facts so help you God!!

Nigeria had no intention of handing over Bakassi even after the ICJ verdict, here is my proof;
According to obasanjo's book titled "Presidential legacy" published in 2013 and reviewed by Donald duke whose land was taken had this to say;

Edited**

Did you notice that you provided no evidence to support everything you wrote, how do you expect me to take you seriously?
It took me a year to reply a dullard, you should be grateful you managed to get my attention.
regional power broker
who woke this internet Lazarus from the dead?

Events have overtaken you, my boy. When this issue was being delt with, you were loitering around looking for internet subscription money.

How else would you explain taking this long to respond? Maybe my statements had you enrolling in a crash course in political history.

And don't you ever recycle old posts to me again. Sawdust brain.

You better adjust to being exposed and swept aside when you present emotional wishes as fact.

You also lack spontaneity and quick improvisation to carry on a free flowing internet debate. You really are slow upstairs.

You are disqualified.

Who come out on top again?

What policy? Withdrawing troops from sudan and failing to lead ECOWAS during the Malian crises?
the world always remember Ivory Coast as the south African dabacle especially as your warship sailed way back to Pretoria lonely in a long ride of shame.

Ecowas did what it could and we had military presence there.

"South Africa is an ANC government for 21 years unchallenged!!! You call that a democracy. I call it a civil rule."
And the rest of the world calls it democracy!

"anglo-Dutch wastes his 5 minutes arguing about a decaying country who is a shadow of its former self. A country they built by their hands, their ancestors laboured to built"
No Anglo-Dutch ever built anything in South Africa.

"No, they can't be proud when the ANC"
Who said i was proud of the ANC?
everything in South Africa is owed to the anglo-Dutch.

It is about leadership and government policies.

SA leadership came out tops.
nope it's about international political game and tact which south Africa lacks inherently.

you are exhibiting your low comprehension again. Of course you voted. South Africa is an ANC government for 21 years unchallenged!!! You call that a democracy. I call it a civil rule. Could you tell me how Mandela would have sanctioned Nigeria?
jln115:
"Firstly Mandela was in no position to sanction Nigeria, he merely supported the west."
Is this another quote from you forum?

"Secondly, South Africa isn't still a democracy or free. She has a civil rule/government not democracy. The ANC is a civil dictatorship."
Really? I could've sworn that i voted last year!Guess that was just my imagination.

"Thirdly, you are not an anglo-Dutch by any means. Mixed maybe, at worse you're Anglo-Dutch influenced."
Jap you're right im not Anglo-Dutch! My ancestry consists of French and Dutch ancestry, and a bit of German.....If i think about it i actually have no Anglo ancestry what so ever.
Believe me, no anglo-Dutch wastes his 5 minutes arguing about a decaying country who is a shadow of its former self. A country they built by their hands, their ancestors laboured to built and watch prospered only to be räpëd and bastardised by blacks who liquidated their companies, ran their firms to the ground. Forced their best pilots to become commercial pilots while mediocre graduating blacks fly war jets .

No anglo-Dutch will see anything good in South Africa where black savages räpë 78 year old white grandma and make grandpa watch.

No, they can't be proud when the ANC is forcing them to employ unqualified blacks into key positions in thier own firms

you're right, you are either a lier or a trashy immigrant.
