This is a very common misapprehension. There is very little wrong with the Constitution; there is everything wrong with the people in government. I challenge you to present a clause in our Constitution that an honest man cannot put to good use.

Indeed the Nigerian situation is due entirely to the lawlessness of leaders, in that they think and conduct themselves as if they're above all our laws, including the Constitution.

It is only recently, since 2003 or so, that laws were made for no other purpose than the gratification of the political class. Most, if not all, of our laws made before then had sound practical applications, especially as those laws were borrowed wholesale from the countries of this world that take laws seriously.

Nigeria is a victim of its leaders, not its laws.

The twisting confusion in the constitution that is as contradictory as the literary device contradiction is nothing more than the blatant show of shame by the foolish people who drafted the constitution.

My brother, the constitution is one of the most contradictory of any country in the world; and that's not the only contradictory provision.
Section 4 of the same 1999 constitution virtually grants the presidency law-making powers! How absurd is that.

Sisoge, I'm a bluenose o jare, though not too blue. I belong to the class of people who like doing things low key. Wedding is a day while marriage is a lifetime, but nowadays people tend to forget.

When it's my turn I won't do all the feferity of pre-wedding photoshoots, bridal showers and all that. I have never attended a bridal or baby shower because I don't believe in such. What's the point of all that and it crashes in less than a year?

Because nobody gave a damn when Motorolla removed the headphone jack in the Moto Z, but the whole world knew and moaned when Apple removed the headphone jack in the Iphone 7 and 7 plus. It is almost certain that Samsung will remove the headphone in the galaxy s8, though it is still rumours but relable sources are reporting it. If Samsung go ahead and do it, then it will be a BIG SHAME on them because I could remember them dissing Apple at the failed Galaxy note 7 lanuch event when they poked at Apple that the Note 7 had headphone jack, that was even before Apple released the iphone 7.

Who's making pretence at mobile phone knowledge and who the real deal. Not everyone you engage especially in an online forums where fools talk with empty passion and false knowledge.

Is there anyone one who doesn't know Samsung is a copycat? When did these kids start owning mobile phones?

HTC, Sony, LG and co has long left the physical home key button and replaced it with a virtual one. Only Samsung being a major OEM in the android bandwagon retained it just to look like Apple.

While rivals copy each other, there's quite something shameless about Asians when they copy others. They do it blatantly with regard for self-respect or shame.

Of course the Note series has been one step back from the galaxy flagship series since several years of its inception. But when Apple ventured into the phablet stage, which is a stage the Note reign supreme only rivaled by some LG phablets, samsung saw need to jump the digits from Note 6 to Note 7 to place the Note 7 as a direct competitor against the iphone7 plus.

Apple is by no means free from copying and patent infringement. Like Samsung who are still considered newbies in mobile technology, they pay heavy patent fees to the likes of Ericsson, Nokia, Motorola who ones nearly 90% of GSM, 2g, 3g and 4g technology.


It will take a lot of space to highlight year to year of samsung copying attitude from the Symbian days till now.
