If Buhari is a terrorist, who is Jonathan? A f.o.o.l celebrated as a leader. A good representative of what incompetent represented. A man who redefine corruption, and break the law of the land with impunity.

stop painting Jonathan black. Jonathan is the man that can take Nigeria forward. buhari can never bring any change. he is just acting like a chameleon now to deceive the electorate. we know his true colour.

Okay let me paint him in blue so that you can get the message clear that Jonathan is not worth to be head boy of a primary school.

The only known achievements of Buhari was
killing of Nigerian youths, Yoruba inclusive and
jailing their journalists and politicians.

Unfortunately, most of the journalists that
suffered unjustly in the 18 months rule of buhari
has died. If all of them were alive today, they
would set the west on fire for any of you
mentioning the name buhari. Awolowo did not
deserve to be de-humanized by a poorly trained,
ill educated fulani soldier. He gave the Yorubas a
pride of place in the Nigerian project. Most of you
and your fathers went to school because Awolowo
made it possible. #gej d way forward

While part of the achievements of Jonathan were promoting corruption, encouraging tribal and religion war.

Buhari may be a good man but he is not a good leader. he is not capable of ruling Nigeria so he should please step down before it is too late. he has failed before in 2011 election so it will not be surprising if he fail again in 2015 election.

All these trash just to celebrate a f.o.ol as your leader. Jonathan is not worth to be a senior boy of a primary school. Let him go back to his village, if you want him as your village head no problem, that is your choice.

Yes boss, its me. I never knew that I was in the midst of bitter people. Very bitter and non-tolerant. They want to bully me, but I will handle them. Nairaland shall accomodate us. God spare our lives

Bacanista, I disagree with you that you are in the midst of bitter people. Who are these bitter people you are talking about? Are you referring to thousands of people who are just here to catch fun or express their opinion. If you are a student of history, you would have apply wisdom in your approach.
I think you are feeling that you are one of those who have helped in the rising profile of APC. You are only lucky to be where the voice is loud. Majority want better Nigeria, and it is clear to a fool that Jonathan is incapable. I hope you are not thinking that people in Jonathan camp are not brilliant, or you have any special magic to perform in their midst. The problem in Jonathan's camp is greater than those people you are seeing. There is limit to which you can help a bad product.

My advice, if am in your shoe, what I would have done is to go by another name and promote Jonathan if I am under pressure to do so and technically discontinue your current moniker.

Going by my experience on nairaland, this is one war you can never win. You can never win a war against those who are feeling the heat of misgovernance when they are ready to strike.

Politics / Re: Would Buhari’s Candidacy Be Disqualified Based On His INEC Application? by LFJ: 2:55am On Feb 16, 2015
mikeansy:

It is not necessary for INEC to investigate the records of the candidate as INEC have no power to disqualify anyone. This fact was established in the case between Atiku vs FG 2007. INEC's only remit is to publish the info as provided by the candidates. it is up to the members of the public to raise objections through the courts and this is what is happening. The law is being followed here and Buhari will be disqualified according to the laws of the land.

There is no law in our constitution that prevent INEC from confirming that a candidate for the election meet the requirements as stipulated by our constitution. And the INEC has the power to disqualify any candidate that failed to meet the constitutional requirements. The case of Atiku has nothing to do with constitutional requirements, and no court find Atiku guilty of any criminal offence. So on what basis do you think court will allow INEC to disqualify Atiku.
To simplify it for you, INEC has power to disqualify a candidate based on the following reasons:
1. If you don't meet educational requirements
2. If you have criminal records
3. If you violate any of the electoral guidelines

the bit in bold is a pure lie

it is buhari's responsibility to attach his certificate to his form like every one else

He will be disqualified accordingly

I am not surprise to see that what I said is too complicated for you to understand. The only people who can easily understand what I said are those who understand what it means to do it right and who will love to see it done right.

In a place where things are done right, the question people will be asking now will not be about whether Buhari submits certificate or not, the major question will be, did INEC carry out independent investigation on the academic records of each of the candidates for this election as claimed by these candidates.

Buhari listed WASC in his own INEC form and swore an affidavit to that effect. He is required by law to now produce evidence of it.

Failing that it is a clear case of deception.

Whether you look at it from the angle of deception or not providing supporting evidence in his INEC forms there is enough grounds for the courts to disqualify Buhari.

APC has missed the boat on this one as far as presidential election is concerned. They should prepare for 2019.

What is deception in that? Yes, he swears that he has WASC in his INEC form. He is required by law to produce an evidence, what do you now think the affidavit represent? For whatever reason, he could not produce his certificate, one of which may be that the certificate was lost. This is where the ignorance of most of our people started, Buhari summited an affidavit to claim he has WASC, It is the responsibility of INEC to require Buhari to sign a form that gives them the permission to contact the institution concern to confirm the claim of Buhari. Is there any law that said your certificate cannot get lost or stole? Is there any law that prevent you from swear to an affidavit if you lost your certificate.

Please, let us be reasonable.

Buhari listed in his own INEC form that he has WASC but did not make the certificate available to INEC but went to obatain an affidavit that the documents he listed are with the Army.

I agree that the perjury case is tricky and can go either way but the fact that he gave an incomplete form to INEC and should not be considered a candidate is a cakewalk

Where is the perjury in this case? He sworn that his certificates are with the military authority, can you honestly tell us that his certificates are not with the military, or how are you so sure that he gave them copies but they lost it? It is only a f.o.o.l that will believe that Buhari don't have copies of his certificates with the military.

if the certificate exist Buhari will go to WASC to collect it please leave the Army out of it.

Unfortunately for you, based on our constitution, it is not a must to have WASC to become the president of Nigeria. What is required is its equivalent.

besides buhari doesn't have the certificate in the first place he didn't site for waec so he cannot defend anything unless the judge plays abracadabra he's going to jail

Why are people taking ignorance to the extreme? Is it only WAEC that qualify somebody to contest for the position of president? It is only a fool that will believe that perjury case can be won against Buhari. Buhari said he has his certificates with military authority, who can fault this claim? Even if original is not with them, let the military authority come out to make f.o.o.l of themselves to tell us that they don't have copies of his certificates.
