Politics / Re: APC Is Now Dead On Nairaland! by LFJ: 9:33pm On Feb 17, 2015 |
barcanista: Bacanista, I disagree with you that you are in the midst of bitter people. Who are these bitter people you are talking about? Are you referring to thousands of people who are just here to catch fun or express their opinion. If you are a student of history, you would have apply wisdom in your approach. I think you are feeling that you are one of those who have helped in the rising profile of APC. You are only lucky to be where the voice is loud. Majority want better Nigeria, and it is clear to a fool that Jonathan is incapable. I hope you are not thinking that people in Jonathan camp are not brilliant, or you have any special magic to perform in their midst. The problem in Jonathan's camp is greater than those people you are seeing. There is limit to which you can help a bad product. My advice, if am in your shoe, what I would have done is to go by another name and promote Jonathan if I am under pressure to do so and technically discontinue your current moniker. Going by my experience on nairaland, this is one war you can never win. You can never win a war against those who are feeling the heat of misgovernance when they are ready to strike. 17 Likes 4 Shares |

Politics / Re: Would Buhari’s Candidacy Be Disqualified Based On His INEC Application? by LFJ: 2:55am On Feb 16, 2015 |
mikeansy: There is no law in our constitution that prevent INEC from confirming that a candidate for the election meet the requirements as stipulated by our constitution. And the INEC has the power to disqualify any candidate that failed to meet the constitutional requirements. The case of Atiku has nothing to do with constitutional requirements, and no court find Atiku guilty of any criminal offence. So on what basis do you think court will allow INEC to disqualify Atiku. To simplify it for you, INEC has power to disqualify a candidate based on the following reasons: 1. If you don't meet educational requirements 2. If you have criminal records 3. If you violate any of the electoral guidelines |

mikeansy: I am not surprise to see that what I said is too complicated for you to understand. The only people who can easily understand what I said are those who understand what it means to do it right and who will love to see it done right. In a place where things are done right, the question people will be asking now will not be about whether Buhari submits certificate or not, the major question will be, did INEC carry out independent investigation on the academic records of each of the candidates for this election as claimed by these candidates. 1 Like |

mikeansy: What is deception in that? Yes, he swears that he has WASC in his INEC form. He is required by law to produce an evidence, what do you now think the affidavit represent? For whatever reason, he could not produce his certificate, one of which may be that the certificate was lost. This is where the ignorance of most of our people started, Buhari summited an affidavit to claim he has WASC, It is the responsibility of INEC to require Buhari to sign a form that gives them the permission to contact the institution concern to confirm the claim of Buhari. Is there any law that said your certificate cannot get lost or stole? Is there any law that prevent you from swear to an affidavit if you lost your certificate. Please, let us be reasonable. 1 Like |

mikeansy: Where is the perjury in this case? He sworn that his certificates are with the military authority, can you honestly tell us that his certificates are not with the military, or how are you so sure that he gave them copies but they lost it? It is only a f.o.o.l that will believe that Buhari don't have copies of his certificates with the military. |

enugwunno: Why are people taking ignorance to the extreme? Is it only WAEC that qualify somebody to contest for the position of president? It is only a fool that will believe that perjury case can be won against Buhari. Buhari said he has his certificates with military authority, who can fault this claim? Even if original is not with them, let the military authority come out to make f.o.o.l of themselves to tell us that they don't have copies of his certificates. |

May be you were young when the powerful IBB was forced out of power with all his military might, did you remember Abacha? He murdered peace, and he was denied peace too for the rest of his life. OBJ is still regretting and cursing the devil that used him to come up with that third term agenda. What of Yaradu cabal? They are still nursing their pains. Jonathan as a President of Nigeria is a big mistake. When yoy make a f.o.o.l to be your leader you cannot sit and expect a perfect result. Today, we have a dunce who is sorrounded by criminals as president. We are not surprise with what we are seeing. When you elect a f.o.o.l as a leader, what do you expect? Sanusi is currently enjoy his life and thanking God for making his dream come through. Jonathan is there running from one churchs to another and holding meetings with local and international criminal like Okupe, FFK, Fayose, Bode, Asari, Tampolo, Omisore, Kasamu and other criminals on how they will kill and bury our country. They are ready to destroy even an engel for personal interest. It may work fine in the beginning, the end will be a disaster for them. Have you ask yourself what were the end of those who follow this path yesterday? IBB was disgraced out, What of Abacha? I don't need to tell you how his life ended. What of OBJ? He is still regretting coming up with the 3rd term agenda. Jonathan is going through a dishonorable path, i have never in history see it how you can plan a coup against your people and think it will end well. |
