manny4life:You are now talking. How are we sure of the scope of their audit or their limitations. If they are ready to give their best but those who invite them for audit refuse to corporate what do you think you can do as auditor? |
manny4life:I repeat, auditors are not magicians. They audit based on the information you give to them, so if they audit based on inaccurate information given to them their is no way there can be a perfect audit. Not their fault, because they audit based on information given to them. That is why auditors tell you that in the event of additional information especially if it is material there will be re-audit. Therefore, if there is additional information that precede their audit they can be call upon to do the re-audit or I decided to get another auditor to do it again. Stop given the impression that any audit by PwC cannot be questioned. |
manny4life:Please stop making auditors look like special human beings. Their job is one of the most difficult one, as auditor, the more you look the less u see. For the fact that PwC audited the account does not make it free from error. You audit what they give to you that is the reason while auditors define their scopes and limitations. |

Unfortunately that is the reality of today. If you don't like the union you can pull out. You don't need to cry because you feel somebody don't like you, the question is, do you like them? Your people are the most brilliant people, others are fools still the so call fools have won you in physical combat and in the game of politics without making any noise. The gate is open for you if you are not satisfy with the current union. Nobody is afraid of seperation. |
These people will not stop confirming their foolishness. The more we want to move forward the more they want to remain in their past. Jonathan Ebele Azikwe Ojukwu who you consider your son has been power over the last 5 years and he still has more than a month to go; why not ask him for such compensation? We have decided to move forward, if you are tired of Nigeria there is process for secession. |
isobayor:My God! So I already have more than 20000 people behind me. |
tit:With the rate at which you are having sleepless nights over the victory of Buhari, I pray you will not die of heart attack. Your prayer was to see Buhari cry again, but to God be the glory you are the one crying and dying of frustration. Unfortunately for you, whether you like Buhari or not we have giving him our mandate to rule us for the next for years. Your frustration will remain till the mandate given him expired. |
Oba was very wrong, very very wrong, and many people condemned him. But Igbo people are going too far by distrepecting and attacking the Oba. Igbos need to understand that Oba of Lagos is the head of the community that host them and for that alone he deserves their respect. Yoruba people will not allow foreigners to come and disrespect their Obas; if Igbo can equally understand that no matter how giant or successful in a foreign land, you cannot be greater than the owner of the land. |
barcanista:Barcanista of yesterday, when is your bitterness against your political miscalculation going to be over? I sympathize with you, error has been made, lessons have been learnt. At this point, it is better you apply wisdom before you become a nuisance on Nairaland. It is not a crime to switch a position, in politics, it your right. The unfortunate aspect of your own is that you failed to learn from histories of past heroes on Nairaland. You built a brand, you destroy your brand, your credibility and integrity just for foolish reason. I will advise you to manage your remaining image by accept the popular position at this point. |
Castos:So this is one of the amenities you are talking about. You must be a comedian. worm |
Castos:Just mention one that was built by your people? |
Can you just mention somebody that is you friend? Everybody always hate Igbo, who do you like? You go everywhere to make trouble and claim superiority over your host and you want them to praise you for job well done. |
Unfortunately, Igbo have many untrained kids around who go about seeking for war as if war is a tea party. What does it takes to leave in peace and tolerate one another? |
Castos:So it Igbo that built all necessary amenities in Lagos. Can you please mentioned just 3 necessary amenities Igbo built in Lagos? |
This is how they start trouble, when their trouble consume them they cry of hatred. Why is wisdom distant apart from these people? You are in Lagos for your business, you already have a lot at stake, instead of you to focus on your biz and protect your intetest, you are engaging in competition match with your host community. Either you vote for A or B, who ever win must pay homage to the Oba. The Oba is wrong, very wrong but wisdom will tell you that any attempt by Yorubas to see that you want to malign their Oba may not end up well with your relationship. Who ever that want to be sincerer with himself will agree that for Igbo community to enjoy Lagos, they need very good relationship with Oba of Lagos. |
prevail23:As a professional accountant, you are perfectly fit into any organization, even politics. If you decided to become your own master, start from your locality by telling people that you are a professional accountant and this is the way you can add value to their biz. And if you want to work for others, you are already a steps ahead of many who are still struggling to pass the exam. ICAN has less than 50,000 members as at today, we among these 50,000 thousands are dead, retired or no longer in the country so u have a better chance of better opportunities than millions. |
vickylinco:The day you commit your money to do it, trust me, your energy will come. The truth is that your life need to be miserable within that period you are preparing for the exams. Your family, friends, and colleagues may suddenly become enemies as they may not want to show understanding. But the sacrifice worth it. |
tjkadzyanju:If you will be in Lagos soon, I can get somebody to sign for you. |
idee91:Ameen |
princeunugwa:If you are thinking of career in academic go for MSc, but if you are thinking of professional go for ICAN. If u are strong and you have both more opportunities for you. |
DavidGodwin:If you are financially strong and you can read on your own that is the best time for you. At this time you have less responsibilities. |
Is that part of good governons? |
Unfortunately, this rants, frustrations and sadness will continue for the next for years. Like him or hate we have given him our mandate you need to wait for another four years to try your lick. |
Unfortunately, this cry will continue for the next for years. It is not accidental that others are celebrating their victory today. They really worked for it. They saw the reasons in alliance and corporations. They never see themselves as superior to other, they know that as at today they don't have any other place other than Nigeria. They never think of Odua or Arewa nation. They plan their steps, they nurture their small political party and seek alliance with others. My their Ibo brothers and sisters, crying on Nairaland will not solve your problem. You are crying today because you failed to plan. Ojukwu left for APGA as a bargaining tools, instead of you to nurture it you destroy it. As at today, you remain a floater because of shortsightedness. I pray you will soon get it right by start planing for your own future too rather than wait for the labor of others to yield result and start begging for ministerial appointments. |
I don't know how some people is going to survive four good years of Buhari without die of hypertension. The truth is that by HIS grace Buhari is now president elect. This is just the lamentation of a frustrated mind. Why are u complaining of rigging? Are they not following your foot steps? You River them, they Kano you, you Delta them they Katsina you. Instead of you to accept the defeat in good fate and move forward you are here crying. |
The worst of Buhari is better than the best of Jonathan. |
He changed his his user name already. The burden of this disgrace may be too heavy for him to carry. Let us pray for him that God will give him the strength to withstand this shock. He needs our support at this time. He used to be one of us in the progressive party before he was tempted by PDP's money vendor machine. |
I can't wait to read bacanister's rejoinder to this write up. |
Surprisingly, Asari is one of the high rated leader in Ijaw. Politics apart, I can't imagine the voice of Gani Adam where responsible Yoruba people are talking of national issues. |
majalisa:I pray that God will heal your frustrated mind. You cannot sit in the corner of your room to talk to yourself about imaginary change you want. It is people like you that bring about the current change we are talking about. If you have a better change to tell us be on the street to preach the gospel of your own type of change and stop exhibiting ignorance. We have over 10 political parties, if there is non that preach your type of change, form your own political party. It is not by mouth, it is by action. |
