dude just shove that line down your spine. I voted for this government amidst the fact that people from my region despised and still despise him. It pays to criticise objectively rather than praying for outright failure; the latter which people from my region are alleged of doing. But buhari's failure to tag abacha's loot as "LOOT" makes him more a hypocrite. Leave ipob out of this

This is the truth. Isn't it a disgrace no leader from SE has been able to call Buhari to order by at least sending a strong message? The people I have seen so far, rightly or wrongly, criticizing Buharis (Femi, Fayose, etc) are Yorubas. In the context of the coward jabs by the SE I find my comment appropriate.
It's very wrong of you to make such a hasty generalization. It's understandable that you perhaps haven't been keeping abreast with political discusses because if you have, you won't be coming up with unfounded assertions. For your info, The south east governors are in Abuja and the subject of discussion obviously should be on the recent violent attacks that have plagued enugu.

I'm SS if you don't mind

If there is one thing I have learnt from this unfortunate event is that Yorubas are the most influential and most fearless ethnic group in Nigeria. No Igbo leaders would dare say some of the criticism I have heard from some Yorubas. SE people needs to go and do some soul searching because they have been found out on a massive scale. The response from your Governors was a disgrace.
you my friend are a bigot. What has ethnic superiority/dominance got to do with this news?

wow. But big boobs contribute to the beauty of a girl.... An ugly girl massively endowed has a higher chance of attracting guys as opposed to a girl who's "just pretty" wink

Trying to paint lucifer as one of the good guys is different kinds of wrong. It might leave the wrong impression on youngsters who don't know any better. Might spur evil cults like satanists, etc.

This tonyebarcanista should f*ckin take several seats back. It's absurd how you hold yourself on the high when it comes to issues pertaining to national development. Need I remind you that you are a renowned wailer and only newbies on here would consider engaging you and your foolish articles whose aim is to malign and paint a bad light of every policy put forward by this government for the betterment of Nigerians at large. Your case is simply that of mind boggling idiocy.

paschu:
You had no business sending note to BEN. HE WAS NOT IN-CHARGE at that event. You should have engaged POSITIVELY - with ZERO sense of entitlement - with the folks that were in-charge.

Again, did any of you ever bother WHY Computer Science and Mass Communication depts. got invited and others were not? Did you ever stop to ask why you were located at a place that gave you awesome view of the event? What you are doing here is like looking at your neighbor's house through a dirty window, no matter how clean his house is, it will still appear dirty to you.

I was not at the event, and I do not know anyone who attended, but from your narrative, it is clear that you guys were expected to set The Social Media on fire with live feeds from that event - you had the chance - but you all missed it. And you all missed it because, in your funny way of thinking, you wanted to be SPECIALY recognized for doing NOTHING.

If you and your friend had been smart enough to do what was expected of you, you would have gotten some powerful contacts you may never be able to get going forward, you may have secured an internship at Silverbird group or other places. Ben may have hosted you guys to a special welldone and a little pat-on-the-back get together. But you guys missed it all. And now you are also trying to kill your chance of ever getting a job in the near future. Or do you think any employer will be in a hurry to hire someone like the OP having seen how poor his atitude is and how much of an uncreative ingrate he really is?
you are simply making #CommonSense

I think your comment is fuelled from rage, maybe a bit of thinking would help ease your nerves. you forget that the program may be about him but he may not be directly involved with entertaining guests. he may not even be the one who invited you. people are paid for things like this so stop blaming the common sense man. maybe you guys were too many sef.
Lol @ too many...... The department of mass communication was invited apparently but other faculties and departments were present to witness this birthday party of grandeur...... grin

Politics › Re: Unilag Students Discriminated Against At Ben-Bruce's Birthday/Book Launch by LieDetector(m): 5:57pm On Feb 20, 2016
@Op, why much ado about nothing? You should be happy the lawmaker did something relatively distinct from what other senators would have done by inviting you guys to his birthday party.... Whom among the political class has ever done that? I can categorically state that the senator was ignorant of the treatment you and your colleagues received. The blame should be on the event planners/organisers.

By the way, this issue is very negligible so attempting to make it spread makes me doubt the sincerity of its purpose..... Need I say it's defamatory.
