Japan probably has the highest amount of stalkers on earth, Japan just banned child porn in 2014, most of the Japanese workforce work themselves to death year in year out, Japan has an extremely conservative and oppressive society worse than what goes on in Africa. Singapore shares a lot of these problems too. Nowhere is perfect brother. How can you push someone off the path of his destiny. Destiny according to the Oxford dictionary means "what will happen to somebody or what will happen in the future", so if he becomes Sid Vicious tomorrow it's his destiny .

The fact that you yourself are the I'll informed kid here is that south Africa got its independence in 1931, apartheid was dislodged at 1994.
