Music business is a sham in Nigeria, 90% of us download the music for free then the meagre amount realised through record sales is swallowed by the record labels, the remaining peanuts go to the poor musicians. Musicians in Nigeria depend on concerts and endorsements to make ends meet or they go into fraud coupled with the latter in some cases.
