I listened and agree with him in his Presidential Chat that to fix inflation, you will need to produce more. He's just less than 2years, I think he's not done badly.
Kudos to the Argentina President, he's also a radical, a pro-Donald Trump who has embarked on reforms to fix his country.

My point is that it's unlikely and untenable for Nigeria to be a collaborator in the elaborate scheme as described by the OP, there are no incentives for us to do that given our experience with BH. Rather than seeing Nigeria as an enemy, genuine efforts should be in place to further the anti-extrimist efforts.
By the way, maybe Niger government expects Nigeria to start a fight with French, but that's not good diplomacy
