What is even more amusing to me is seeing those images of Awka, the State Capital of Anambra looking like downside of Emure Ekiti, yet these clowns will come online to claim that every party of Igbo Land is like Dubai city Center. They are quick to insults South West ancient Towns and Villages. These guys are simply arrogant and have never admitted to crimes committed by their people. Somebody else is always responsible |

vanbonattel: It's true, naira is now trading at 1 dollar for 5 naira. Stock of Unilever jumped to #3,200 per share today.
What an achievement !
Wake up from your dreams, the only thing that firmed up and is soaring is the number of beggars waiting for a plate of rice in front of Tinubu House. more than 25,000 beggars.
The man has created a big legacy as the man who mostly weaponized poverty and is hoping to keep feeding his supporters with crumbs, instead of making the economy better. The President made the boldest decisions to correct the fractured fiscal policies since Obasanjo. I like his courage |

EpicDude123: Shameless Government... No single Dignity at all. I think it's high time we protest against all these institutions dishing out loans to Nigeria. You are just ranting. What's your problem with this project? If we all agreed that access to data is crucial for the next generation of digital opportunities, I think we need to support this critical infrastructure project and hold our leaders accountable for its proper execution. This is a project the youths will benefit immensely. |

dettolgel: It wasn't SGF that advised Gowon, actually it was the USA through shell petroleum agents. Because there was previous interviews where Ojukwu ran his mouth on how he was going to tax oil producing company. That didn't sit well with the American government/oil company then, hence, they advised Gowon against it and even promised to support his side in the war that broke out Why are you misleading these people. Shell is a UK company, what has USA got to do with the interest of a USA company. Remember US was fighting in Vietnam during this period too |

There is a book by Forsyth, a British Journalist as well

ogaemma: What is the position of the law regarding insult?
According to the Cybercrime Act. Section 24 (1b) of the Act
“Any person who knowingly or intentionally sends a message or other matter by means of computer systems or network that …
(b) he knows to be false, for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience, danger, obstruction, INSULT, injury, criminal intimidation, enmity, hatred, ill will or needless anxiety to another or causes such a message to be sent:
commits an offence under this Act and shall be liable on conviction to a fine of not more than N7,000,000.00 or imprisonment for a term of not more than 3 years or to both such fine and imprisonment.
Don't be ignorant. Is an offense to insult anyone in the public by the use of the media. Criticize people constructively.

Jokes apart,
I was around when Sharia was introduced in the north and the usual argument was, Sharia only applies to those who are subject to it.
Look at the Shariah states and see if that argument holds any water.
Do you think Hisbah police will ask if you submit to Shariah or not before it is implemented on you? There's Shari'a court in Kwara State and it's very peaceful State |

flokii: If Oyo people should allow this nonsense stand in Yorubaland, they should say bye bye to peace cos they won't be able to sleep with their two eyes closed. Introducing sharia courts to South West is a calculated attempt by the muslim radicals up North to radicalize South West muslims, you'll start witnessing all sorts of human right abuses, extra-judicial killings and whatnot just like the Christian girl Deborah Samuel that irate muslims killed in Sokoto which Atiku refused to condemn because it was a Christian that muslims killed. It seems the Fulanis are picking up their evil agenda to dip the quran in the ocean.. from Oyo, the madness will keep spreading till it gets to Lagos. May God not allow docility kill Yorubas. Shari'a court is for Muslims, nothing to worry about |

Godwin4444: I guess the poultry owner shot was also framed up? That's my point you need to hear both side of the story, the poultry owner was not shot. They framed him with a dane gun and Cutlass. The poultry owner is a police officer. His parents couldn't pay the bribe money demanded. Others ran, the foolish boy trusting Nigeria system waited, thinking police will listen to his explanation. The so called gangs was a story line, believe me. I heard a case of a woman selling by a business stop on Ikeja who was arrested when police raided her area. Others call their families to bail themselves (the raid must have been for funds raising) but she didn't, claiming she had done nothing as she can explain herself. By night, the an officer on duty wanted to sleep with her and she refused, she was eventually arranged in court as an armourer for armed robbers and group with certain individuals whom she had never met, the woman spent years in prison before an NGO picks up her case. Whether she's freed now is what I cat say. It's a serious case my brother |

U have data, take time to read before saying rubbish
The guy n his gang are hardened criminals who have terrorised homes, he uses cutlass n guns n he went to rob in a poultry in broad daylight n shot d owner
Unfortunately for him he was apprehended
Go to twitter or check Google
Stop all these useless stories, use your data to update yourself I think you are the one to cure yourself of ignorance. Listen to his Mother interview and balance your view. I strongly suspected that the young man was framed up by the police for his inability to come up with the bribe money. If the parent had paid, this case won't make it to court. The Judge wasn't very convinced, he gave an option for the commuter of the death sentence to 10year impresionment. We need to reform our Policing system in Nigeria. So before you abuse someone on this matter, abeg drink water drop cup first. |

lailo: The same Sanusi and Okwonjo Iweala who supervised central bank and the Nigeria economy during oil boom and had nothing to show after their wasteful tenures? These ones that the political thieves were having field day during their reigns. Where were the savings? Where were the infrastructure? Electricity? The train? The refineries? The roads? Agriculture? Education? The economy? The jobs. Okwonjo and Jonathan had to result to taking loan to be able to pay salaries at the last minutes of Jonathan regime, meaning they depleted every reserves with Dasuki gate etc before they left office leaving Nigeria in huge debts that we are all paying for today. You are comparing people who met nothing on ground with people who were swimming in abundance of resources at their disposal yet couldnt turn around nigeria's fate but looked on and allow people like Dasuki, Olisa metuh, Alynson Madueke, Obasanjo, Atiku, thieveing Governors, Patience Jonathan, Stella Oduah , Tafa Balogun, all PDP looting gangs, scrape life out of Nigeria leaving carcass behind. You fuulls are quick to forget sha. You now tag people who met a messed up situation and doing all their best to salvage the situation incompetent when we left those wu looted our common wealth when we were having abundance with no plan to invest and save. Nigerians deserve the kind of leaders they get truly. You are just ranting to cover up your revisionist agenda. I can only laugh at you for forgetting that Joseph Sanusi was the one who removed Late Otunba Subomi as the CEO of FCMB for round tripping of foreign exchange, you suddenly have selective loss of memory to know that Okonjo Iweala under Obasanjo paid off the entire debts of Nigeria and left over $45billion foreign reserves at the end of his government. Iweala under Jonathan could not do much because GEJ was weak and pathetic. As for the current regime, while the President is bold and courageous, his economic management teams hasn't done well. Only a novice will not know that not enough efforts have gone into food security, the try and error approach of CBN hasn't helped matters as they struggle to Manager Naira. Overall, you can go back to what I wrote and humbly pick lessons. For your insults, I won't join you |

Godblessme1: Oga that na for your pocket.
All this charlatans in abroad always come online to talk rubbish, since life is fair to you enjoy it without forcing it on us.
The best Way is for all Nigerians to look for a way to make this country better, if all Nigerians follows this your mindset it means over 200M million Nigerians will have to leave this space and move to abroad. That can never happen because over 80 percent can't even afford to buy air ticket to Ghana.
Since life has been fair to you, all you've to do now is to pray for Nigeria.
Don't come online and tell us that we're stupid to still be in Nigeria. See what frustration and bitterness can do. Bro calm down yeh ! |
