That's my point you need to hear both side of the story, the poultry owner was not shot. They framed him with a dane gun and Cutlass. The poultry owner is a police officer. His parents couldn't pay the bribe money demanded. Others ran, the foolish boy trusting Nigeria system waited, thinking police will listen to his explanation.

I heard a case of a woman selling by a business stop on Ikeja who was arrested when police raided her area. Others call their families to bail themselves (the raid must have been for funds raising) but she didn't, claiming she had done nothing as she can explain herself. By night, the an officer on duty wanted to sleep with her and she refused, she was eventually arranged in court as an armourer for armed robbers and group with certain individuals whom she had never met, the woman spent years in prison before an NGO picks up her case. I can only laugh at you for forgetting that Joseph Sanusi was the one who removed Late Otunba Subomi as the CEO of FCMB for round tripping of foreign exchange, you suddenly have selective loss of memory to know that Okonjo Iweala under Obasanjo paid off the entire debts of Nigeria and left over $45billion foreign reserves at the end of his government. Iweala under Jonathan could not do much because GEJ was weak and pathetic.
As for the current regime, while the President is bold and courageous, his economic management teams hasn't done well.
Only a novice will not know that not enough efforts have gone into food security, the try and error approach of CBN hasn't helped matters as they struggle to Manager Naira.
