@ Tiphareth, I've sent you further details by email. @popsi and astar, you email addresses are hidden, so couldn't write to both of you with further information. If you send me a blank mail with your user names here, I'll send mails to you. Thanks. |
@omogidi, do the properties have BQs attached? And if so, how many rooms BQ per duplex? Any service charge? Send details to me by email and possibly a phone no. Thanks. |
Guys, I have my reasons for not making things public cos I am still in the process of registering as a licensed agent for the developers. There are rules and once I'm done with the registration then I'll know the ambit of my operations as their agent. A couple of people have written to me and I've given them full details including prices and location of the estate which they can check out for themselves. |
To all enquiries, please you can send an email and I will reply. I would rather communicate information directly to interested parties. You may probably know this place if you live around Ajah. The developers have been working quietly for quite sometime, putting all the infrastructure in place. Please send an email and I will reply promptly. Thank you. |
5 bedroom detached house with 2 room BQ, near completion, on approximately 600m2 land, available for sale in Lekki 1. Write or call for more information. |
An estate development that rivals any on the Lekki-Epe axis. With world class infrastructure already in place, plots are flying off the shelf. Forget Lekki 1, Nicon/Chevron and VGC. This is better than the best and it's the place to buy. Options for payment spread out over a year after the initial deposit. Prices are very reasonable. Write or call for more information. 07031262670, 07028366541. wealthy1one@yahoo.com |
I wonder why every bank in Nigeria can't be like GTB, they're simply the best. I went to open an account with bank PHB not too long ago because of their so-called innovative menene. I'm still waiting for them to call me to give a feedback about the amount to use to open the account as the girl in customer service didn't know. Can you beat that? |
3 bedroom flat, with a room BQ available to let in Lekki Phase 1, off Admiralty Way. N2.2m per annum. |
Plots of land available for sale on Alpha Beach Road. Size-700m2 approximately. Price N10m per plot. Negotiable. |
@blackis, good for you to hold on to your piece of land. Who knows, in another year, the price can even triple. I've seen this happen in Lekki which always has an aftershock effect on other places around. The thing is a lot of people are concentrating on Lekki. Whereas there are lots of development taking place in other places where discerning investors can make good money. |
4 bedroom duplex, no BQ to let in Lekki 1, off Omorinre Johnson, N2m per annum, 2 years rent. |
@ajileko, I actually know it as Okun-Ajah, but my boss said it's Oko-Ajah. I had to take the latter since he knows the area better than I do. What's the size of the plot you have? Are you selling? I have one there now, measuring 1403m2 and it's going for N10m. |
ifyalways:Seconded. ![]() |
2 nos 3 bedroom flats for sale at Peanock Estate, price is N45m per flat. Peanock Estate is at the 3rd Roundabout, otherwise known as Jakande roundabout. |
Plots of land for sale in Lekki Phase 1: Land measuring 823m2 N50m net. Land measuring 888m2 N55m net. Half plot measuring 461m2, N35m net. Land measuring 1064m2 on the Elf side N60m net. Various land facing the Lekki-Epe expressway for sale and lease. Call or email for details. Ikota Estate, near VGC is another area where properties are going for a reasonable prices. Many discerning investors and property developers are looking towards this area to buy properties because of the prohibitive prices of properties in Lekki, Oniru and Nicon town. Demand for property on the Lekki-Epe axis will keep rising and prices will rise to meet the growing demand. The time to act is now. |
2 plots of land available at Oko-Ajah, measuring 1430m2, good location, good road. N10m. Also a waterfront piece of land measuring 1700m2, also at Oko-Ajah, price is N20m, negotiable. 900m2 piece of land available in Lekki Phase 1. Price is N65m net. 1550m2 piece of land in Lekki Phase 1, N125m net. 5 bedroom fully detached house on 900m2 land, 2 room BQ, well finished, N120m net. Oko-Ajah is a fast developing area on the Lekki-Epe axis. You turn off the road that leads to Alpha Beach and drive parrallel to the ocean. There are many multinationals like Chevron and Texaco already there and building works are going on rapidly as well. It is a very good location by the sea to build and in time it will become a hotspot, more so with the coastal road that will be passing through it. |
Ehn, I come from somewhere after Irri, near Uzere, e dey your list. I know say you fit guess, but no mention am sha, I have my reasons. How life? You said you are in PH. I have two of my brothers living there. Isoko wadoo! |
3 bedroom flat to let in Lekki Phase 1, N1.5m per annum, 2 years rent. 3 bedroom duplex to let in Lekki Phase 1, N2m per annum, 2 years rent. 2(nos) 4 bedroom duplexes to let in Lekki Phase 1, near the 2nd roundabout, N3.5 per annum, 2 years rent. Plots of land for sale in Lekki, prices from N60m. Plots of land for sale at Oniru, Ikate Elegushi, Osapa London, Alpha Beach Road, Oko-Ajah, Lekki Scheme 2, Nicon town estate. Any requests for land in these areas can be met. A word of advice for people looking to get properties. Many people focus on Lekki 1 and the prices of land in Lekki 1 keep going up daily. As a matter of fact, prices have tripled in the last one year. There is a lot of infrastructural development which is going to be taking place on the Lekki Epe axis. Every part of this axis will be developed up to Epe. The Lekki Scheme 2 still goes for as little as N9m a plot. People are worried about traffic, but there is a coastal road which is in the master plan and reliable sources say the work will be commencing within the next 6 months. This is the time to buy property in this area as these developments will cause properties to appreciate astronomically. One can still get land towards Eleko, near the Lekki Free Trade Zone for as little as N250k per plot(and this has gone up from last year when it was still selling for just N50k per plot. I can be reached on 07031262670 or 07028366541 for enquiries. Or wealthy1one@yahoo.com |

This nairaland na waoh! A simple innocuous statement about liking facebook and networking with family gets someone all riled up and foaming from the mouth. Talk about unprovoked aggression. Ever heard that one man's meat is another man's poison. You don't like something, leave it for those who do, anything spoil for you? Hmmm ![]() |
Not for me, no. I've found a few friends there and network closely with them and other family members all over the world. I even found a long lost cousin who lives in Singapore and two other cousins who live in Papua New Guinea and Australia. I think facebook rivals the other social sites because of all that it incorporates and it's more matured audience. |
My brother, Ono, Wadoo. Eve? Kobuwo? Ehh, but Ify is now one of us, ehn, make you take am easy small . Tell us a bit about Igbide. I know a particular family from there, don't want to mention names, but I'm sure if you are an authentic Igbide person, you should know the General. But wetin you dey do for N'jamena, no be Chad be that? ifyalways:Ewooo. Ify, hmm, that Urhobo makossa, e be like say na gold for Warri. Nobody don fit get am for me. How body? I beg nak us some of that your meko, beko Isoko. LOL. Isoko wadoo. Princess, where you? |
Also read this book: Sassy, Single & Satisfied by Michelle Mckinney Hammond. It helped me loads and got me into her books. You can be happy now. |
Please get over the ex, first and foremost. You need to get over all the "I just don't know what to do with myself cos I have been doing everything for two". I know this is tough, but it's the first step you have to take. Rebuild your self esteem. Since he walked out with another woman, this can be a great challenge for you and your self worth could have been severely dented. You may be suffering from depression as well. Get some help books that will help you to deal with this or seek Christian counselling. I know this helps. A lot of people have given some very wonderful suggestions here. You must begin to look forward. Please don't let your age be a barrier to rebuilding your life. You may be thinking you made a mistake, you could have done some things differently to keep him, bla bla bla. That kind of thinking will not help your cause. I am a woman who's been where you are and I had to jumpstart my life again almost immediately after he walked. Please, sweetheart, your life is worth living and there is a better tomorrow. Don't stay in a rot. Get your life back. Email if you want to talk more privately. Wishing you the best because that's what you deserve. |
Hi, Princess, welcome to this thread. E be like say you don waka far with all the French and Japanese and gbo gbo languages when you e dey speak. Wadoo! Nywayz, saying 'Digwo' covers a multitude of sins in Isoko. So, if you want to say thank you, you just say 'digwo' but then, you only say 'digwo' to an older one. As an authentic Delta person, na pidgin english we take dey cover everything. If my younger one give me something, I go just tell am 'dooo', you know the one when I mean. Welldone is also 'dooo'. Goodbye, again, I don't think there is any direct translation but saying 'tode' which literally means 'till tomorrow' suffices. I don't know if there are any books you can use to learn the language. I'll ask around. But you can get an Isoko bible and read it side by side with an English one, that's what I do sometimes. This might help a little. Don't worry, you are not alone in the not able to speak or read or write your language category. I know many, many peepo. |
@Uche, we go attach 'Aluwe' to that your name. ![]() I beg nobody wan tell me how to remove that smell from Ofada rice? I dey wait oooo. |
I see nothing controversial or blasphemous about those things at all. It's the context in which they were spoken. If you listen to him, you will understand his teachings. |
@4Him, who told you Ofada rice is cheap? Far from it. Like Uchenna said, it's far more expensive than the imported stuff. And the thing stinks to the high heavens when you are cooking it. I seriously need answers here or the rest of the rice will be ending up in the bin. It's not toxic rice . It's been popularised in the Ofada area which is in Ogun State. I think the equivalent was the Ekpoma rice, that's why you referred to the former Bendel state. @Uchenna, thank you oooooooo! You want to send me and my entire family to heaven. God bless you for being your sister's keeper. |
PLAYA, PLAYA, PLAYA ![]() No, I don't think you are a player or you wouldn't be asking this question. You need to actually define who you really are to yourself so that you don't succumb to the influence of your friends. And you may just need to change your friends if you don't want to be the way they are especially as you are not comfortable with their lifestyles. Have you asked any of the girls out? What are the qualities you want in a girl? Which of them meets those qualities? I know a lot of young ladies have their priorities mixed up these days but there are still very decent Lagos girls. Don't generalise. Also, remember say, "AIDS DEY OOOOOO" I rest. |
Naija men, love 'em or hate 'em, some of us just can't do without 'em. It's called "toxic love", the type we also have for our country. |
I was very disappointed at the whole Joel Osteen "I don't know, it's true for me'' thing. But the guy was sorry afterwards. I thought that should bury the matter among Christians. We are too fond of bringing up people's sins. Creflo Dollar denied the divinity of Christ? I'll have to see where he did that because he's one of the preachers I listen to regularly. I will be really worried if he actually did and was not simply taken out of context. Keep at the back of your mind, though, that these are the last days; many will depart from the faith; as the love of many will also wax cold. If you read your bible, you won't be too surprised at what is happening in the Church. |

. Tell us a bit about Igbide. I know a particular family from there, don't want to mention names, but I'm sure if you are an authentic Igbide person, you should know the General. But wetin you dey do for N'jamena, no be Chad be that?
