In regards to POF, is there any problem with your statement starting with 0.00 Opening Balance even if your POF is matured?

Has anyone used a POF like that without issue?

I'm asking because someone here said something against such.

Just count 28 days from the second day your pof was made ( this is to prevent your statement from having a lesser amount as opening balance or showing deposit of lump sums, which could be a red flag)

Brp is a resident permit so you can travel and also student visa can travel too, it was explained in the official announcement too

You should clearly explain the compelling or compassionate reasons for your visit in your application form and must alert the VAC staff during biometric submission. Thanks. I got a mail for educational evidence on 25th wch i sent back on the 26th.

It's 5 working days for decision making by DMC. The documents will still have to be transferred back. A decision would have been made by the 4th working day. As long as you have not seen NSF mail by then, you are safe. The whole process will take around 8 working days

You are supposed to put your school address on your location and the other place that you are asked if you have any other accommodation sorted, you will say no without any reason. You should not lie about your address, did you even bother to check the address that he gave you online ? Are you sure it's even a residential address or if it doesn't have an occupant already now

This isn’t true. What he did was he googled some apartments, chose this advert and drafted the response above. This doesn’t sit well with me, wont UKVI verify this? Please I need you guys assistance on what to do here. Thank you

You should declare it, you can pay for priority, tls is just saying that as a disclaimer so you won't be accusing them of delaying your application

It is already written there that it's not advisable although each application is unique ( I know someone that his priority application used 4 working days (for getting a decision) and 8 days in total with prior visa denial. What is at the top of page you shared shows that they are referring to the "application not straight forward" feedback email from ukvi, so tls are just trying to tell people that have those situations that they listed to expect "not straightforward application". In the case of visa denial, just ensure to declare all of it and also if you have those letters of denial with you or documents about it please take them along with you for uploading, so they would see it directly and also that your security checks on your passport number will not take longer time. Declaring visa rejections does not mean they won't grant you student visa

It is better to clarify with your school. I'm not sure any of their staff is on nairaland, check their website for maybe internationals@ or postgraduat@ email of the school and ask them all questions you might even see their official whatsapp contacts and you can even ask if you qualify for any scholarships or discount from them, I can categorically tell you that they are always helpful and they would answer your questions and assist you

Does this mean the 15k is for the entire duration of the offer or it is supposed to be for year 1 alone and I would be required to pay another tuition for year 2 (placement year)?

It will decline because the transaction limit on a regular dom account card is low even access bank own is 300 dollars per month. Go and get specifically the gtb prepaid dollar card, the limit is 5000 dollars in 3 months (you can use it at once or twice or as many times in that 3 months period). And if it was the gtb prepaid card you tried make sure you have enough balance on it because they will have charged account opening and card issuing of 14 dollars and if you are sure it's not the balance make sure you are entering the right otp because using an expired otp will make the card to be frozen for 24 hrs

Go to the ukvi website, there's a place you can calculate your ihs surcharge fee before applying. You will be only asked your course start date and your course end date. Guys please try and confirm all these things on official platforms too

You need to have studied your course in the UK for at least 12 months or the full length of your course, whichever is shorter.
This is an excerpt from UKVI website. Go there and see it yourself

9months and the course must qualify as a postgraduate course.
I've forgotten the exact ranking code you can check and compare your course own and what is required to be granted graduate visa

You are absolutely qualified for post study visa, but the course must be at least 9 months to bring your dependent. The course is 9 months according to my admission letter, though 8 months is stated on their website

You need to check on uk website for it and also contact your school for more details. I read that you can apply for a visa and enter the UK before May 2022 only for those that had to study online because of covid.

Under any law your gf is not your dependant, if you can get married to her before you start your application that would be very good. Because if you do it as bf and gf, she won't have the necessary documents to present for ukvi and her applications would most likely be rejected. And if you have done your application you can continue with it and then maybe apply for her to join you when you get there but you might have to ask immigration lawyers/ people over there on how best to proceed ( because of the fact that you chose you don't have any dependant on your visa application before)

Easiest method is for you to get a usd dom account and get it's atm card and then deposit dollars or transfer into it. You can go to gtb and request for prepaid dollar card ( you will be issued the card instantly)
