Please fam, I need your urgent assistance. I've been shortlisted for a interview in a microfinance bank situated in lekki/ajah axis, for the position of an admin

I would need a preamble on that job position.

What question(s) should I be expecting?

If you've worked or work at any microfinance bank in Lagos, Tell me do they pay well?

What's the salary range?

Most importantly, what questions should I be expecting, because I'm more interested in/to giving value ?

PS: I'm an engineering graduate. But you know how 9ja labour market goes. I did poultry business that's egg production for the first year after my nysc from the money I saved during my service year, then most of my friends do insult me that I smell like fowl shit.then I do sale eggs, mine wasn't enough for customer's so I do buy from other farm's in village's to supplement mine,I did this for like a year and some months, when my birds stopped giving me maximum amount of eggs u started looking for a buyer as God may have it,as I was passing by I met a man (Ugo from okija) carrying a truck load of old layers(fowl)when I stopped him to enquire weda he deals on birds,he affirmed he does so I told him I have birds to sale and at good rate,he told me that he just brought birds from ibadan that he can't buy more for the week,I insisted that I can sale mine myself if given the opportunity (the birds were consuming more feeds without laying egg)as God may have it he accepted but I will give him commission.
I finished the sales of the 431 birds within two hours and gave him his commission for using some part of his space.
the upper week he wanted to go to ibadan to get fowl at fabis farm, that week his conductor was sick and he needed someone to go with him,I obliged to follow but that I need to buy mine too, that's how I started the business.
December the next year a man that I do buy feeds from (emmason)called me to intimate me that there's a farm he do supply feeds on credit that owed him(capuchin farm's)a roman Catholic farm,he asked weda I can help him sale their birds during that festive period that they're looking for who to buy in bulk for him to recoup his money.on dec 21 they gave me on credit 500 birds at the flat rate of #1000 each I sold 1500 because it was festive period, before 1 pm I went back for more 1000 birds I did sale also for 1500each(then I the market I said to myself na so person dey get money)the next day I took 2500 birds did the same.
my people that's how I became a millionaire at my second years of leaving nysc,I don tire to type

That’s not even my problem right now. My issue now is giving you 3k each time you take me to a slum you call an apartment. Already spent over 20k for nothing cry
You could have easily requested for pictures on whatapp .

If he/she demands for something send them 1k to manage. Country hard

You really don't have to keep visiting houses and paying 3k.

Most times the so called agents already have a very nice apartment handy but would first take you to slums, waste your time and money before finally taking you to the good one.

Reason is because when you finally see the nice apartment you wouldn't hesitate to cling to it , accepting some bizarre and ridiculous terms, conditions or billing just so you wouldn't lose the apartment..

This is Lagos
Use your head
Nobody come count bridge for here

That was how one guy said he has an apartment for lease here. I added him on WhatsApp. Oya oga send me pictures of the apartment let me see. He said he doesn't have pictures to show me.

So I just lockup..

@Isey4u

Using 1.5kg consumption chart for broilers (I usually do 1.25kg jare), that's;

1.5kg x 100 (broiler chicks for 4 weeks) = 150kg

25kg per bag of Broiler starter i.e: 150/25 = 6 bags , give or take 7 bags. This will do just fine. Nevertheless, the number of weeks to cull them is also a determinant factor biko. For me, I just do am jejely.
How do you handle/manage their feces?
Do you dispose them?
Do you sell to local farmers as organic manure?

If you were able to sell to local farmers, how did you source for them?, how do they buy- the quantity, how many kg per bag, how much per kg?

Christianity EtcWhat Do You Know About The Book Of Mormon by Limitless72(op): 9:44am On Aug 02, 2020
So last night I took my time on the internet to download the book of Mormon. I've heard how controversial and misleading it could be

The name alone sounds demonic, but my curiousity wouldn't stop me from reading it's content.

However I want to ask those that'd read it, how powerful is the content of the book?

Could you drop a review of what the book entails

Also, last night while I was flipping through it table of content I saw a part/chapter dedicated to DOCTRINE & COVENANT

So folks, what's this book really about?

I will detach and treat him as one of my younger brothers.

I can't be with a man I'm older than.
I am a first child..I have younger brothers who respect me & take instructions from me.
I cannot "open legs" or "bow" for a man in their age group.
You talk like a kid..
In tradition the woman is not older than the man. So keep your age one side because in the scheme of things those your younger brothers would be chosen to preside over matters that you can't, they can talk where you can't.

They are more powerful in societal things than you not to talk of your husband.

See you mouth like "they take instructions from me. I can't open leg for someone that I'm older than"..

You're a woman and you should know your place in tradition. You can't be more than your husband, nah em go come pay your dowry, nah em you go kneel down give palm wine, nah em name you go answer. So woman of age or toxic femininity, keep your age in the gutter and face reality

South Africa is at her best n peak now yet Nigeria still partially over shadows her..

For now una pass us..

But that "GIANT OF AFRICA" is what South Africa can't take from Nigeria by virtue of certain factors Nigeria keep representing even in their darkest moment.
TravelRe: Most Popular African Countries To People From Outside Africa by Limitless72(m): 1:49am On Jun 11, 2020
I once battled words with a South African. He dropped facts, though I retaliated with facts too. But the facts dropped by the South African was more than mine.

So I just had to accept the truth in the long run. Presently Nigeria is seriously sick and torn along ethnic and religious lines..

An ethnic group would rather die in the hands of herdsmen, Bokoharam, bandits, hunger and litter their offspring in every nook and cranny of the country with no parental care than vote in a candidate that would take Nigeria out of the mud and return her to the days of her glorious beginning.

The civil war tore Nigeria apart. She is yet to address the issues of the civil war, she deliberately buries her history in a bid to continue the hegemony of a particular ethnic group..

If Nigeria eventually gets back on her feet South Africa would be damned.. We would pay y'all in hundred folds what you did to us when we were on our kneels.

Tell me any South African university that could stand head to head with the likes of UI, UNILAG or UNN in the 60s n 70s but it's a different story today. Even the university of Ghana is presently the best in West Africa as it disposed this ironclad unis....

Nigeria has far more potential than South Africa. Nigeria is the only country in Africa that has the potential to become world power, South Africa doesn't.

One day the table would turn around if Nigeria doesn't split.. Black South Africans we're coming, you guys would wish you didn't hurt Nigerians

I'm a Corper serving selflessly in Imo state. Yesterday I was called upon by a well known individual in the community where I represent the interest of the FG.

He asked me if i was interested in working with the Nigeria Immigration Service or the Customs Service..

I Oblige. He then referred me to one Chief Remi.. Called the Chief and he asked me to send my CV to his Gmail.

The difficulty I'm having currently is drafting an eye catching CV to create a strong first irresistible impression that would land me the job.

So if you've got any ideas/ suggestions on how to create this CV, pls lemme know or drop them here..

PS: I can create a rudimentary CV. Plus anyone that can honestly assist me, I would repay such individual with the same Job if I'm recruited..

Truthfully, most Nigerian school would not accept you for a Masters program with that certificate. Worse still is if you decide to study abroad in top international countries like Australia or the U.S, they would tell you boldly that your qualification does not equal their countries Bachelor's qualification.

I know this because I assist a lot of persons with the admission process for study abroad and one of my students is currently facing this. Our best bet is to enrol him for a fresh Bsc program or a top up in the UK
"Most Nigerian schools would not accept you for a masters program with that certificate"- Sir, what yardstick do you use to arrive at this conclusion. My institution is very much recognized by CAMES, Higher ministry of Education and NUC... Are you trying to say every certificate obtained from Benin Republic is rejected by the Nigerian system?

You also made mention of certificates acquired from first world countries such as the UK and Australia being regarded as "above standard" compare to the Nigerian bachelor's degree.

Are you trying to say students from the UK can't undergo their post graduate program in Nigeria because they (Nigeria system) considered themselves unworthy....

Pls you might want to expatiate a little on this your assertions..... Its absurd

Since you're already serving here in Nigeria, the major hurdle is your transcript.

Once you can contact your institution in Benin republic to forward it to the institution you're applying for Msc in Nigeria, and they're able to do it without any hitches you're good to go.
I have my transcript with me....
Its been issued to me since I graduated
