Why don't you google 'labor inducing yoga dance', there are videos and a mama also explained it on babycenter. Get nice dance music, you start by rubbing your tummy firmly for 3 mins. Then do squats and lunges (make sure you stretch your pelvis while doing it). I'm not sure about the duration of each, just have fun while you are at it, then finish with belly rubbing again. Some swear by it...

so last i was complaining to dh about how small pimples has built mansion on my face and made my face rough, dh replied by telling me its the pregnancy, to which i agreed, only for him to say "i think u will have a boy" (we both wanted a baby girl) and he added when women look beautiful in pregnancy they will have a girl, but when dey look ugly they will have a boy, so dh now thinks am ugly

I actually think it's the opposite. Girls make you ugly. When I was pregnant with DD, my worwor no get part too, I had swollen face and and big nose quickly. But this time with a boy, my face just started changing really like a week ago, people had to see my tummy to know I was pregnant.

You just reminded me of how dh fell my hand at the hospital...

I carefully selected the nice brand new clothes in my hospital bag for my baby. When dh found out we have to do a CS, hence stay longer at the hospital, he went back to go and pack all the okrika clothes i bought as house wear for him. And added it to the new clothes i carried to the hospital. So the nurses were just going thru my things and laughing as they saw okrika clothes
He even thought the clothes wont be enough and went to buy more. Mr man bought a set of pink oversized sleepsuits and a pink blanket.

And that is how my Hansel was decked in 9months old sleepsuit, pink socks, and pink blanket immediately after birth. I was just too tired to vex. I was just shaking my head. Lol

Hmmmm, when my daughter refused bottle then, I had a feeling it was because tommee tippee teats are kinda hard o (forget all that closer to nature they write on their boxes). I should have gone to buy those cheap bottles with soft teats like my mind told me to. Will definitely get some when I go next week, this one too must not reject bottle.

It's normal, human growth is not perfect science so it's normal to have variations. Some babies even measure up to a week or two ahead. I think when you should worry is if baby is measuring a week or more behind...

Yes o. I was in MTH in 100L and 200L. Then stayed in Moremi from 300L - 500L. New Hall was fun o but also too rough and dirty Lol. After 200L, DH (bf then) introduced me to his aunty, DSA's secretary and she was helping me get Moremi from then on.

Mine was small and didnt grow. But i didnt experience much pains.
But i was always doing a scan to be sure all is well.

It's what i do and i don't step a foot out of the house. All my work is done from home and it really helped me in my pregnancy.

If you're not, then look for easy ways to make money from home. Make research on small businesses that won't strain you. Its rare to see a company employ a pregnant woman.

Goodmrng my people . It's av tay I visited dis thread oooooo. A lot has happened for good and I give God all the glory.

Ehen, I have been delivered since June of two baby boys (whoop! Whoop!).
My water started leaking d day I clocked 30 weeks, it ws managed in a hosp and babies were brought out @31weeks 4 days. We stayed in SCBU for 3 weeks and were discharged home. Babies and mama are doyin fabulously well.

@captain britneystacy and other team members, sorry av been MIA. But m back and better.

Jazzyjazz becos of afang soup the girl vex leave my house o! She said she wanted to eat afang, I called my DH to branch eatery and get for her when returning home. He Searched and couldn't find, as God would have it my DH stopped by his sisters house and she just made the soup! The guy nicely asked to be giving some for his inlaws pregnant wife and was obliged. Do you know that my sister in-law rejected the soup? Stating that what she wanted was the one dey cooked at the eatery Na so she use vex collect the soup and dumped it in the sink I yelled at her why she did that? Na hin she vex say she dey go her house.
