we are always on opposite sides in a dialogue but I am glad that on this one me and u are on the same line. With results so far,jona dollars is working very well and has done its job. Pdp wouldn't have gotten this figures in february . Both parties will have their 25% in the south west,with all these results ,there will only be a marginal victory for apc in the south west. If gej can score 45 %in the south west,believe me that is enough. Moving to the north ,gej will get enough 25 % in almost all northern states let's not deceive ourselves .which means pdp and gej have votes in their opponent stronghold . I would have agreed with you,but numbers are not on the side of the se/ss.The votes of the nw only is enough to cancel out all the votes of the ss and se put together.All a very popular norther candidate needs is to hold down a southern region.The momentum ,cohesion and huge enthusiasm is not also on the side of the ss/se;they are a bit fragmented.You have to appreciate that sw can only be a bride to so she wishes.

ibadan1: As Usual people like Frosbel miss the point, I have just gone through his posts and can by deduction conclude as to his mind set, a company has caused the deaths of 153 people though negligence and a lack of respect for the its clients and he calls me a racist. I have been to India numerous times for work and can conclude that Hinduism the predominant religion of Indians says you are sub human because of the colour of your skin and you call me racist. If one is not prudent with it, it will be gone in a jiffy. 30M naira is not enough security, it will only get one through for a while. It doesnt even put you in the league of big boys in town. there has to be repepeative/residual income, more like you have a money farm behind your backyard.

whatever business you do with 30M, will only get you by considering cost of running the business itself.

The real security lies in the Brains and ones ability to earnest it continously while doin legal runs.

30m naira is an equivalent of $200,000.Of course it's not enough to retire on but it's far more that enough to create a living for yourself only if you have a creative mind.It's so sad that we lack the discipline and skills of entrepreneurship.This is a very fantastic post that I would have expected people coming up lots of ideas and bringing it into reality for the benefit of all.People should start thinking of your environment and needs of the people within the geographical area and that is your target market.

Nigeria is in trouble! There are shortages in good Artisans in this country,and as if this is not bad enough,there are few people taking up this profession.This explains why people are now bringing artisans from neighboring countries.The project is way below standard-the finishing is appalling (the walls are poorly painted,tiles not neatly done,full of rough patches,the plumbing not neat,the electric wiring poorly done)
I am extremely disappointed to say the least in Brabus and his work.Talk is cheap but you need to back it up with action.You took a gamble to bring the project to the public forum with the hope that you would get more clients if properly executed.I am sure that you will move beyond this and hope lessons were learnt.Your attitude is your best asset,but you cannot give what you don't have.
Since you have chosen this as a career, you need to get the best of the best artisans to work with you.Unfortunately,they are not available within your environment.You will need to go across the bladed to get 2 each of plumber,electrician,tiler,bricklayer etc that can work with local artisans for transferring those skills.This will benefit your company,local artisans and the larger community.

Interested buyers should please be careful with this area because there are lots of families disputes about lands in this area.Please I am not saying that is the case with this particular one but just a word of caution.No documents and the price of 500k in that area is enough to be cautious.

This is a nicely built house but displays lack of regulation in the property market.This house is a disaster waiting to explode.Despite all the talk around Ajah axis about flooding people are still building houses without solid foundation.Even an amateur like me could see that bedroom window is not far from the ground level and a little downpour will flood the house.The house should have been built on raft foundation and at least 8 inches from the ground floor.I am not a builder but have common sense and can see what is right or wrong.Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done at this stage.I am sure the owner realised this and want to get rid of the potential liability.Good luck on the sale!

Although mine is not in govt acquired area but did not have planning permission or Governor consent before i started.I did the ractification after I have finished building the house.
I will strongly advice that you ask for further advice.Some of the people that have built their houses in your area might have more than one house and pulling one down amounts to nothing to them.The good thing with you is that you have been told and you cannot claim ignorance tomorrow.I wonder why you are even contemplating of taking such risk when you know the uncertainties surrounding the area.Why do you want to be living in your own house with a eye open,couple with hearth ache.
I understand that you are emotionally attached to the area seeing all the developments and wants to belong.This is Nigeria and most especially this is Lagos.My People are HEARTLESS!!!
