Doctors have pride in them right from training to practice. They feel they are superior to other health workers and if you want them to even see reasons with you they end up telling you they spent 7yrs in school as if others spent 7months there. The truth is nurses are well trained both in theory and practical from diagnosing a patient to treating them. A nurse that knows his/her onus can even operate yes can operate but of course their licence didn't support that in some instances. Even the so called doctors(ho) still learn from the nurses on the ward . They misbehave cos so much importance has been placed on them so they see themselves as 'gods'. Smh. They should stop beefing other hospital workers, bring down their ego,work together as a team for the wellbeing of the public, that should be their goal. You talk of hazard allowance of 100k, lol very ridiculous. Those who are even much exposed are the cleaners who dispose off sharp items and come in contacts with secretions, and then the nurses nko? They had better reconsider and get things right

well said, he has nothin to offer now and not at his age and even if he does, he had much time on him which he would have been able to actualize his said dreams but he misused it, the only solution is for him to keep his advices, campaign and anytin he says he has for the good pple of Nigeria to himself and his family.
