A female corp member serving in Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly, Uyo, has complained of sexual harassment and another corp member who served in the same place corroborated her story by sharing her experience.

Medlin Chisom said she reported to the appropriate authority after being sexually harassed at work but was blamed for being too cute and having a big ass. Lynda Dinmma, who served in the same place, commented saying she experienced the same thing.

The Lagos state police command has released a statement reacting to the sudden death of popular Nigerian musician, DBanj’s one year old son, Daniel III who celebrated his 1 year birthday last month.

The Muslim Rights Concern (MURIC) has asked President Buhari not to grant the request of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) for him to intervene in the death sentence passed on five Christian youth in Adamawa state as nobody or organisation is above the law.

The five men namely Alex Amos, Alheri Phanuel, Holy Boniface, Jerry Gideon and Jari Sabagi, were on June 13th, sentenced to death by a Yola High Court for “willfully and intentionally conspiring and attacking three herdsmen rearing cattle at Kadamun village in Demsa local government area, killing a herder in the process” in January 2017.
