If Bala Gombe claimed his signature on his alleged resignation letter submitted to INEC was forged, why didn't he, Bala Gombe sued those he alleged forged his signature for criminal charges? Failure to sue means he was lying and trying to mislead the court by playing smart because he doesn't want to be subjected to legal scrutiny which may lead to forensic investigation and more to unravel the truth.
