lawani:You answered it all. |
Zehdbe:All these are propaganda by those against the war in the first place and the UN is a major antagonist......all this is to heap pressure on Trump and heat up the market so prices can keep going up. I still need someone to explain to me how the problem with the strait affects Nigeria energy wise we don't buy crude from the gulf and we are right between the US and china/India going through the cape of good hope to the bight of benin. |
Davimuyi:Energy sufficiency, imagine what would have happened right now if we had to solely rely on importation as was obtainable during the subsidy era.......dangote can take care of all the demand in west africa. |
Fujiyama:The world is a global village, what happens in the board rooms of wall street can affect people in agulu......oil prices the world over are priced in global markets, dangote buys his crude at world price |
iwaeda:Is it to you givt u paying the subsidy, you obidients keep regurgitating falsehoods just to keep deceiving yourself gullible ilk..... |
reddingtonblack:What are you yapping on about......subsidy removal was what made dangote refinery to even cone into existence in the first place, there was no way he would have been able to operate if givt continued fixing prices......is it only in nigeria pump prices have gone up? Is it to you govt is paying the subsidy? You just grab your phone and start typing ilogical inferences just to show the world how ignorant you are. |
Alm this people should go and sit down, they are just alarmist fir nothing......it's in record that dangote gets his crude from America to balance up what he gets from nnpcl....shipment from America to Nigeria has nothing to do with the strait of horizon, also China cargo traffic to West Africa has nothing to do with that place......all this people are just taking people for a ride. This matter can be settled in a matter of weeks and all open needs do is increase output to mitigate the shortfall...... |
givedemwotowoto:For every business that shot down,I would show you At least 3 new ones coming up.......is it only in Nigeria businesses shot down. |
givedemwotowoto:You should have asked govt to give you the fuel for free.....like say nah only Nigeria get oil......oil prices just started climbing last week and you expect tinubu to start sharing money on the streets today.......your idea of basic economics is pedestrian and utterly ignorant. |
iwaeda:When the headwinds settle and prices start to drop, hope you will also remember to laugh.......if it was in the past we would have been grappling with fuel scarcity by now and even buy at a higher price than what is currently available......removing subsidy and full market deregulation was the best policy by this govt......PBAT till 31. |
DatNiggaDaz:Your inferences gives you up for what you are ......neo fascist ideologue and we ain't buying,we have set up a committee to consult and set up processes to achieve electricity sufficiency.......when you get into govt, come and solve Nigerian's electricity problems in 3 years.......is the Whitehouse on the national grid, yes or no? |
DeepSight:They are both important, non supercedes the other......the govt is still paying subsidy on the power you consume and all lot of activities is happening in that sector that you still won't see the results until much later ...... |
DeepSight:Lie al you want,it's you and your family that have become paupers as for me and all those around me,I haven't seen anyone die of hunger and I haven't seen people's livelihoods worse off than it had ever been since I was born.........cbn just announced that 30 banks have met their recapitalisation requirements,if the economy was as bad as you claim where did those capital come from, who would want to invest in a dead economy.......people are getting by and making money but all you choose to see is misery, that's your problem... |
CorperKola:That was an accident and accidents do happen everywhere around the world, you don't throw the hammer on every infraction......this case is that if bare face corruption and I know for certain they will be punished if the lady could come forward with evidence..... |
DatNiggaDaz:Is the Whitehouse on the national grid in America, hear how unreasonable you are with your arguments......the tax committee you are repudiating has been commended for doing a good job and even getting the bill passed they deserve accolades......get this and get this straight, tinubu already knows what he wants to do and has put moves in motion to actualise it .....the committee is just for consultations so people like you won't start crying that he is too high handed......I don't understand why you are so bitter a govt is setting up a committee for any purpose......I just don't get it. |
LibertyRep:Don't mind these propagandist....shop rite simply failed to evolve and adjust to current realities......smaller retail chains are growing exponentially due to one major reason which is accessibility, tge nearest shop rite to where i live would be about 5km,thats a lot of intense driving within the city but I have jendol, just rite, and so many others along my route, why then do I have to go to shop rite just because I want to get groceries. |
DeepSight:This is a post from the coven of opposition agents who seek nothing but to attack tinubu no matter how ridiculous they sound........why is spar which has existed before shop rite growing, we have so many Nigerian retail chains doing very well,us it foreign customers or ghosts that are growing them? We know where this is coming from and it's an infantile attempt to try to bring down tinubu......PBAT till 31!! |
givedemwotowoto:Keep quite, what has tinubu got to do with this.......shop rite failed to evolve and adjust to current realities.......smaller retail chains are growing rapidly where shop rite has failed and there are more retail outlets bludgeoning value in the retail space......everything tinubu depicts you as an ignorant, unintelligent fellow who doesn't even understand basics. |
DeepSight:Show us one road that some form of work isn't going on at the moment.......has the govt told you they are neglecting the old ones? Run a cos analysis of transiting to calabar through the old route compared to the new road when completed. |
Tenses:That's what it is,they will get into serious trouble if she was meticulous enough to provide evidence.....do you know how many lastma or police men that have been fired for silly things like this. |
Dalohad:Are you saying this wasn't happening during gej......let her name those officials or evidence and see if they will remain on that seat by Monday. |
You should have stated the name of the officials and shame them, this people are criminals giving the govt a bad name.....people who dont even know how much a bag if cement is sold will come frustrate someone who struggled to build a house, many reeks envy.....pls let us name and shame this criminals......imagine the emotional trauma they have put you through......imagine someone who doesn’t have your kind of intuitive mind. |
DeepSight:And your inferences depicts you as an obi apologist who would criticise anything tinubu does no matter how good.......roads drive development you can deny all you want.....electricity cannot be wholly funded by govt we have lost decades without investments in that sector there is so much wrong with Nigeria's electricity sector that no govt can solve in 4 yrs........any investments now is like a seed going to mature in the future......tinubu has made it clear that private investments is what will drive that sector and govt will do all they can to engender this and that they are doing......i don't support obi but i still commend him for the ojukwu highway he built from head bridge to zik round about, imagine onitsha today without that road. |
ironheart:A new road will relief pressure on those old ones and new economic hubs will spring up......an importer than have his container cleared at calabar port or onne and will find it easier to evacuate to lagos or abj because of these kinds of insfrastructure.......lagos to PH to and fro can be done in a day......imagine how much of a boost this will be to the economy.....I am into logistics and we have alot of activities around the lekki axis,we now have quicker, less costly and easier turn around times for delivery because of this new road......imagine the multiplier effect across board......with this road, you can actually be working on ondo state and be commuting from lagos to and fro daily, imagine what this can do to the economy of ondo state......the lekki free zone alone has added billions to the economy of several communities within that corridor that were hitherto moribund before now,i know what eleko was like 20 years ago compared to now. |
DeepSight:I keep referring to this, when the 3mb was being conceptualised there were many like you who procrastinated and opposed it but look where we are now, imagine lagos without that bridge today..........the problems we have been having with electricity as we had with petrol in the past before full deregulation is the givt interference in that sector, what tinubu is trying to do is attract private capital into that space and let it thrive.....there are do many factors inhibiting this that needs to be tackled......electricity sector has had little to no investment for decades and govt can't do it alone and investments cant also come in because of several factors this govt is trying ti sort. |
anonimi:Low levels of public debt, are you seriously joking right now? Nigeria has been having a debt conundrum since the 80s and your revenue isn't enough to run a budget.....the debt servicing obligations thats eating all the revenue, was it tinubu that borrowed all that money. |
anonimi:Since there are no jobs, why are we not all criminals or bandits, why aren't we all idle? You mean there are mo jobs in America, thats why you still have criminals over there? |
kettykin:Roads are low hanging fruits for the govt to deliver to the people unlike grid issues,it will take Nigeria about 15 years of investments to get electricy right,if tinubu were to be pumping money in there now,it won't be immediately visible and Nigerians for what we are will start crying that nothing is being done......obj threw 16b usd at it but got us nowhere and any visible improvements didn't manifest until after he had left office.......tertiary health care is what falls withing the exclusive list and if govt starts to pump monies into them, there are several people who won't feel affected by it.... but a single road is cutting across several states and communities, this brings better and more effective dividends for the givt to campaign with......If the roads get fixed by this administration, the next govt can focus on other sectors. |
yinkus6750:Roads bring accessibility and development, terrorists can't operate effectively in opened up spaces, security mobilisation and enforcement is a lot easier and quicker......this road will also help with food security to the south as produce can be evacuated quicker and cheaper......you would begin to see Industrial development along that corridor which will ne to the benefit of the states. |
DatNiggaDaz:This looks and feels different,it isn't throwing money at the problem but a well thought out approach to unbundling the operational problems bugging down electricity in nigeria........the major problem if electricity in nigeria is investments......we need to pull capital in that direction and this president seeks to do just that, this isn't like your regular givt kneejerk interventions that just seeks to throw money to get stolen. |
Amotolongbo:I now understand why those south Sudanese birth giants.....they grow so tall with their heads raking the clouds. |
