So na wen u drive from lekki to Epe you go know say your leaders are working??

How about travel from Lagos to the north at night make ur mind dey?
I will soon be able to do that with the Sokoto-badagry highway also will be able to do lagos -PH to and fro same day all thanks to tinubu's foresight and pragmatism.

Which tribe in Nigeria isn't in other states?
How many Yorubas are in the entire SE,how many niger deltas are in ebonyi state, how many gwaris, jukuns, tivs are in delta?

AustineE1:
Well according to you,may be always having to fix a section of Lagos roads by FG,should amount to 'massive improvements' in Nigeria while the rest can sit back in their region and clap for 'emilokan' in other not to be tagged as 'disgruntled politicians'. Keep deceiving yourself!
What legacy project as your governor proposed that is viable and bankable that the fg has refused to support.....do you have any idea how much states get for agric that lagos doesn't,do you know how much niger delta states get from derivation, citizen welfare etc that lagos doesn't?

Do you know how much security votes those volatile states up north get that lagos doesn't including IDP welfare?

2nd naija bridge, onitsha enugu highway, enugu PH highway which doesn't even generate half as much traffic 3rd mainland bridge alone generates daily.....to you lagos should be abandoned and left to decay just because tinubu is president......if lagos fails,Nigeria fails every sensible govt knows this.

I am surprised some people have stopped talking about Audio Projects, which were common when Tinubu took over. Why? Because , Tinubu has shamed them by delivering on projects at a speed never seen before. Blue, Red, Green rails lines started and delivered, Badagry - Sokoto road delivered, Lagos -Calabar road meeting milestones, Sports rejuvenation - falcons, d tigress and now SE. When last did we accomplish all these as a nation and within 3 years? Tinubu has silence purveyors of Audio Projects with results while their Messiah can only talk about washing dirty toilets. undecided
You forgot to mention prices of foodstuffs and general inflation tha has slowed down as against the doomsday analyst who predicted rice will go beyond the 100k mark and beyond the reach of the common man but here we are today, chicken that cost 35k in Dec 24 ,was sold for less last year.....they are no longer shouting about what tinubu achieved in that.

Which tribe in Nigeria isn't in lagos and which state in the entire federation isn't benefitting from lagos.......should lagos stop developing just because tinubu is president?

Is moving federal funds to mostly one part of the country not illegal in a federalism?
Building a rail line which is long overdue in the Most populous city in africa to you is wrong? So lagos should stop developing just because tinubu is president?
PoliticsRe: Third Mainland Bridge Surveillance Cost ₦2.5 Billion Not ₦40 Billion by Lithiumite:
I wonder why no one has refused to see the significant improvement on road infrastructure around that axis.....take a drive across lagos major roads at night and see how lit up they are, lekki to epe is still one of the best roads in this country which has experienced massive improvements, this are great things being done but the coalition of disgruntled politicians and their supporters will never acknowledge......I don't like obi and can't vote for him but I would still give him accolades from opening onitsha up from the head bridge down to npkor round about, what he did on that carriage way was a spectacular job and he deserves the accolades.
PoliticsRe: Governor Oborevwori: Massive Funds Are Coming To States From Tinubu’s Government by Lithiumite: 6:34am On Jan 13
ArcSEMPECJ:
There is no smoke without fire 🔥🔥🔥, the reason why the State Governors are not working with the money given to them is because the money has no accountability value, is just to lure them to his desires....

Any State Governor that wants to work genuinely for his State can never do it because of any other reasons but for the interest of his masses to benefit without having the hook of FG on him to deliver his State ...

Why do you think there is massive defectionhuh

Be there expecting the Governors to work......when they know the price tag of the money given to them...

The money is for something else not for the masses .
Can you pls tell us what the money is for?

You people only think about your bellies and the hunger ravaging you just because of hate and ur warped neo facist ideology being espoused by obi and his supporters.....the economy or prosperity of a nation is far beyond your stomach.

The economy has been brought to a stable state from the decline we were suffering under previous administrations,GEJ and buhari combined.....if you dont agree, look at inflation for instance it has slowed rather than going hyper as you people wished.

Nigeria now energy sufficient as compared to the era of subsidies, the naira is more stable now without being a burden to the govt has was in the past.

The banking recapitalisation by thus govs is being to be a huge success so far even beyond what I expected as over 70% of the banks have met their obligations, this tells you the economy is doing well as no investor will put their money in an economy that isn't working or doomed to fail......tinubu has promised a 1trillion dollar economy and he will achieve it,it's nobodies fault if you still remain hungry and frustrated when people are grabbing opportunities all around.
PoliticsRe: Governor Oborevwori: Massive Funds Are Coming To States From Tinubu’s Government by Lithiumite: 6:16am On Jan 13
AMINDA:
Of course. Tinubu takes money out of the pockets of struggling Nigerians via taxation and hands it over to governors with immunity. He then turns around and asks the citizens to hold the governors accountable. Everyone who opposed the removal of subsidy argued that it would just be more of the same and nothing will change. They have been proven right. Nigerians were better of with subsidy. Now, it's just governors enjoying the largesse and people still wonder why they are all defecting to APC.
How were Nigerians beter off with subsidies? Since subsidy was removed have you heard of or seen anything like fuel scarcity, even almighty nupeng went on strike and there was still free flow of fuel without hindrance, that alone to me is a huge leap from the lacuna we have always had In the past.

The rich man uses more pms than the poor......the former can use more than a 100 liters a week while the poor man may not use upto a 10th of that within same period now tell me who was enjoying subsidy more.

Tinubu and his lagos boys should have a field day as far as this Malami case is concerned but the tables will definitely turn. We expect everyone to maintain the same energy when that happens and it will be soon.
We always tell you guys you know next to nothing about how ur country runs and don't understand the dynamics......you think it's tunubu fighting malami,he is too small a fry for rinubu to deal with.....malami's problems are local and he knows those fighting him.

You guys know your people well, still you choose to tell lies of delivering your states to APC and Tinubu.

You all know it won’t happen ever. Imo and Ebonyi that were APC in 2023 elections, how did they fare in the presidential elections?
Whether you vote tinubu or not come 27,take this certainties.....

Your neo facist ideology which your obi repre sents is DOA come 27 as have always been and will always be.

tinubu will win his re election.

Tinubu will get more votes in the SE and SS than he did in 23.

Mbah will get his accolades and will continue to benefit from his wise political decisions.

You will still keep crying marginalisation post 27 because you have decided to waste your votes have you have being doing since buhari.

You will continue to wail and wail and wail.
FoodRe: Cost Of 1kg Chicken In Nigeria Vs Other Countries by Lithiumite: 4:34am On Jan 10
Evicsholar:
What stops your government from providing subsidy on food? Food should not be luxury, it's a basic human need! Which animal protein can the average poor man afford?
Like I mentioned earlier, it's not only about chicken. The current costs of items is almost comparable with abroad prices so why the need to buy from Nigeria and that's part of what has affected chicken prices. Rather than trying to justify those prices, you deserve better from your government, whether it is Bihari or Tinubu or Obi in power. Other countries that don't have the UuS population and production scale still have food affordable or the common man
Nigeria has never had any comparative advantage in chicken production, we have never prided ourselves as major poultry producer......Nigerians still get their protein sources anyhow they deem fit........food is far cheaper here than it is over there......you need to lampoon the alarmist op who would rather make us believe chicken is most expensive in Nigeria when in fact it isn't......thats misinformation and deliberately done to achieve an objective.
FoodRe: Cost Of 1kg Chicken In Nigeria Vs Other Countries by Lithiumite: 12:40am On Jan 10
Evicsholar:
If you reason this way, then the future of Nigeria is not promising with voters like you. Why should a chicken be almost the same price in Nigeria like the US?

Gradually, a lot of commodities Nigerians in diaspora like to source from Nigeria due to cost now is now comparable to the price it can be obtained abroad. Rather than Nigerians to be alarmed on the level of inflation they are experiencing, you are picking political sides
What exactly is your point,do you want to compare how much chicken is produced in the US as against over here, how much chicken is consumed in the US as against here.......for us to have it cheaper over here despite all the subsidies the US govt pays it's farmers is a major achievement worthy of applause......the pun was intended at the op who was trying to shame Nigeria not knowing he is the real clown.

When abians were suffering bad governance some states were enjoying that time. God used 2023 election that gave birth to Otti's government to bless Abia State.

That's why some Abians that knows how tinibu rolls, don dey pray make tinibu and his APC gang of riggers, leave Abịa State alone come 2027 election.
Otti is coming back 27,even tinubu is in agreement.....ouk gets his senate seat and kalu gets his return to Abuja.....simple,politics isn't 1+1=2.

And corruption from tinibu don't forget that.
That same tinubu you should be praising for the ability of Alex to do the little they are doing......if tinubu hadn't taking those bold reforms,Nigeria would have been further down the abyss......are you still hearing issues of unpaid salaries any more, food prices have come down as against the doomsday prophecies of obedient also fuel prices and the naira is more stable.

prinsam30:

Orji Uzor Kanu will say his budget was small compared to what Otti receives. But the APC machine forgot that the value of that "small" budget was higher than today's values.

Otti, the man Jah used to bless our neigbours from the East
Then why are govs all inferring now that it's the increased allocations that has allowed them carry out more projects and not owe salaries.......speak the truth and stop trying to conceal it.......tinubu's financial acumen and efficient economic brilliance are the reason why more monies are available to the sub nationals or do you want to deny what the govs themselves have confirmed.

What a lame excuse! So it is now that they want to start following International Best Practises. That means they have been following the Old local crooked practises, yet the Ministry of finance and CBN were receiving salaries for substandard works in the past... WHAT A COUNTRY!
Quit whining and degrading your country at every turn,it's the players themselves that have basically over flogged rlthis issue and are being unpatriotic.....there is no where in the world bonuses are paid on a pay per game basis......all emollients will be compiled computed and processed believe being paid to the players and officials, this can even take several days after the tournament......it's basically lack of trust in the system and that brings about this friction everytime.....everyone knows bereaucracies the world over are manifestly slow and riddled with so many processes,it's not peculiar to Nigeria.

So in Saudi Arabia and most of the Gulf nations and maybe the entire middle East, water is scare, so I know Sauadi and UAE get their water from desalination which is almost the most expensive way of water purification, it requires a lot of Energy.

I remember Saudi building three of the world largest desalination plants. These plants where so massive and are like refineries but this time they refine water.

Now imagine Nigeria having to send energy refining every drop of water we consume.

Bonus: these countries also have uninterrupted power and that doesnt come cheap too.
That still doesn't justify over 3m bpd!! For a population less than a 1/4 of ours.

There is no need to fight over who gets what. The important thing is to remove this disaster in Aso Rock.
I laugh very hard at you guys ignorance of thinking tinubu doesn't have any game plan to check any move made by his arch political rivals......obi as VP will loose support from the south most especially his SE moreso to another Fulani just after 4 years, consider NC votes gone.......obi getting the presidential ticket will never get the support from the north who would rather wait another 4 years than 8.....obi himself knows he is in a "Cul de sac"......it's quite foolish of you guys underestimating tinubu, someone you couldn't stop despite all the powerful forces against him,you now think u can stop now that he has all the power.
PoliticsRe: Dele Momodu Calls Utomi "Undemocratic" For Ruling Out Obi As VP Candidate by Lithiumite: 7:55am On Jan 03
franchasofficia:
You are wrong please, change that mindset.

To start with, Tinubu does not represent Southern Nigeria, he represents his tribe and region and he has been so bold about it.

Tinubu appointed only Yorubas into key and juicy political positions not minding other Southerners.

If Atiku/Obi is what will rescue Nigeria from Tinubu's disasterous leadership, then every well meaning Nigerian should support it.

I wish Peter Obi could emerge President and implement some major policies that will reposition Nigeria for greatness, but then we must show some empathy to people like Atiku who has invested so much resources, time, effort and energy for years to achieve his Presidential ambition and see if there is a way to reach a solid agreement to allay his own fears and carry him and his men along.

What makes us different from the hyenas and Jackals in APC should be our human empathy, human conscience and understanding even when we get the Presidency; we must implement every policy bearing other Nigerian people's plight and sufferings in mind unlike Tinubu who rules like Iranian Supreme Leader and North Korean Dictator without considering people's plight and sufferings.

We must be different from the people we criticize
Your infantile attempt at propaganda is very nauseating......your narrative of tribalism is as stale as fermented maize.

A man that made an igbo man his director of budget when he was gov of Lagos state......do you know how important and juicy minister of works is in any govt, defence isn't a major appointment according to you and the last I checked is being occupied by non Yorubas, same as budget, petroleum, agric, aviation, police affairs including foreign affairs.....how many Yorubas have your obi worked with all is time in politics.
