They can safe face for all we care but we now known another low level to their perversity Thats how it works......you bribe the officials from the correctional to the judiciary,to the ministry of internal affairs and the committee assigned the task......it's what it is,Nigeria is rotten to the bottom, tinubu doesn't know 99% of those on that list,he only signs and approves. |

Let's see the scores....

Do you actually feel good telling lies to yourselves as babies?

AMINDA: Continue to gloat. Rather, Atiku's exit from the PDP and Tinubu's undemocratic infiltration via Wike is what has tanked it. Same thing has been done to the Labour party. Atiku left the PDP, who was Wike still fighting with via Samuel Anyanwu. The governors are only decamping due to the promise of control of the APC structure and the legal uncertainty around their convention. Sit back and watch out for the implosion if APC courtesy of old time loyalists who will be displaced from these defections.
Look at the kind of deals Tinubu is striking with the governors across the 36 states. For his own sole benefit. It's a win win for tinubu as regards bayelsa moving to apc......Silva his the direct rival to diri from the APC but everyone knows they aren't on same page with tinubu, even lokpobiri isn't in sane camp with Silva.....there is no way this move by diri wouldn't have the support if gej and mama peace because nothing moves politically in that state without their say so.....they have balanced up in delta without any issues except for a few angst by disgruntled politicians in that state same with rivers which are infact larger states with more power brokers, how much more a smaller bayelsa. |

Let's do a free fair and credible election with card reader determining the accredited voters and election results transfer to INEC saver directly from polling units. If Peter Obi didn't win Tinubu before 2 pm, let Tinubu send all the obedient people to prison.

I am a staunch supporter of good governance and I supported this very government initially. But since 2 years ago, life has not been easy for downtrodden in the country and the government is making it harder day by day with harsh policies. The most painful are those that supposed to see evil and call it the desired name. But they have been compromised because of selfishness and greed. I pray Nigerians get it right comes 2027. It's too bad. You do not have to keep complaining about not being able to feed, you either need to change your hustle or change your circle or better still, your location .....it's not tinubu's job to do that for you, there are people getting by everyday effortlessly and they still keep regular jobs. What ever turbulence this economy is going through is a s a result of the bad economic management policies we had being making in the past,it's not in anyways tinubu's fault.....Nigeria's economy was already in the precipice and in bad state before tinubu came in board and no one can have a remedy to redeem it in just 2 years, except you want to be fooled by el rufai m,atiku, obi and co. |

The same people that hails Atiku and Obi from moving from one party to the other, (as a matter of fact, both of them have defected into another party more than 10 times between them) are the one now criticising Peter Mbah for crossing to another party for the first time. What the Igbos are not seeing is that this is a huge statement for the Igbo to change the narrative that they play ethnic politics and a huge right to claim SE presidency now that they are aligned with the center and are not in anyway enemies to the SW. |
Politics › Re: Political Realignment Is Not Betrayal - Sullivan Chime by Lithiumite: 12:28pm On Oct 15, 2025 |
AMINDA: Okay. Noted. Just tell Tinubu to do all he can to win the entire South in a landslide. With what we have seen so far, only the politicians are defecting while the electorates are feeling betrayed. Tinubu will find it harder to rig in the South if that continues and would be at a disadvantage if the elections become a North vs South affair. Okphebolo having to force his kitchen cabinet and commissioners to wear the cap with the slave chain insignia is not good optics and tells an alternate story. Winning 4 SW states in the whole South like he did in 2023 will not be enough to see him through in 2027. He should also be wary of the "Greek Gift". .he is going to win all the 6 SW states, take that to the bank,he will get at least 50% of the entire southern votes and if obi isn't running,he is sure if getting 70 % which is a huge improvement juxtaposing it with 23....I don't see atiku getting 25% in more than 2 or 3 states in the south |

malali: If Nigeria’s economy were genuinely thriving as government voices claim, the mass defection of politicians, particularly from opposition ranks, to the ruling APC would not be happening with such desperation.
When even elite political figures, who once criticized APC’s governance, are scrambling to join it, it signals not confidence in ideology or performance, but a flight to economic survival and political safety.
The supposed “economic prosperity” being promoted is not trickling down; it’s strangling both the governed and the governors. Businesses are gasping, real disposable income is shrinking, and patronage networks are collapsing. The political migration you’re seeing is simply a reflection of where the last drops of oxygen (contracts, appointments, fiscal lifelines) still exist.
A healthy economy doesn’t produce panic alliances. It produces competition, stability, and ideological diversity.
So, the influx into APC is not validation of success, but a symptom of desperation, a political survival instinct in an economic drought. All the former govs in Enugu are APC,a former senate president is apc and you still call that desperation.....the problem with you obidients is your stoic mentality of delusional grandeur......self inflicted !! Mbah and Enugu has made a huge statement and has brought SE bigger stake at the table.....now the SE can claim and demand what they want and also make very valid and cogent claim for vp come 31,now no one can ignore them......a handshake between SW and SE is long overdue and a huge statement that the entire south are united in changing the course if this nation and tired of the conservative and backward politics of the north. |

There's no week that at least 2 accidents doesn't happen on lekki epe expressway. I am equally surprised Lagos isn't on the list considering the huge number of cars in the state, the most infact in the country......however,there isn't much room for speeding in Lagos being a congested city. Over speeding is the major cause of road accidents in Nigeria and most of those states mentioned have plenty of room for high speed driving |

AMINDA: Lol. Tinubu himself is chasing 25% in these states. Anything short of Tinubu winning the South (not just SW) in a landslide will make his pathway to re-election very difficult, if not impossible. I know the "defections without momentum" is blurring your vision but bookmark this post and refer to it by 2027. What you people always fail to realize is that the dynamics would be different come 27.....what obi had going for him in 23 would be irrelevant for the most part cine 27......the aso Rock wing of the apc were not in tandem with tinubu in 23 and this was a huge factor for obi, this would be non existent in 27. Protest votes against Apc in mostly the urban areas due to the currency swap and fuel scarcity issues that was caused by the buhari govt would also be non existent in 27 many who were angered by it would be rather aloof considering the current timidity of obi and the unsellability of atiku mostly in the south.....it's on record that most southerners would rather not vote if the most popular candidate isn't there choice. The banditry menace and the perceived xtian persecution in the north all worked against the apc in 23 to favor the opposition in the NC but all that would be less amplified and appropriately dealt with by the apc going forward, southern Kaduna, plateau, benue are all already being cajoled into apc's area of influence also note the Muslim Muslim ticket isn't much of a factor any longer. The disillusionment of the opposition is a huge advantage to the apc going into 27.....atiku already shot himself in the foot by leaving the pdp and obi already cast himself into political wilderness for not being able to keep his house in order...... floating a new political party or movement is no joke without govs or any form if support from any powerful factor in govt like the aso Rock cabal for obi and atiku in 23.....the major reason your adc isn't flying with no widespread grassroots support or diaspora empathy. Elite consensus - take it or leave it,this is still a huge factor in Nigerian politics and 80% of these factor are in tinubu's favor, political class- govs, senators, reps etc.......business community -dangote,otedola,bank execs, oil and gas captains etc aren't too averse to a tinubu presidency come 27,non state actors and ethnic influencers like ND militants, middle belt groups,SW groups like opc etc are all not too averse to a tinubu presidency......anyone who isn't on the train yet can easily be bought at the right time .....it's sad that tinubu won't be getting a strong opposition come 27 but that's the reality of our nation |
