Racoon: Anyone associated with APC have the lying traits richly engrained in his or her DNA. Imagine the kind of humanity one is sharing a country with.
2023 really exposed a lots of things. Imagine characters like Deji Adeyanju, Reno Omokri, Daniel Bwala, Femi Fani-Kayode, Festus Keyemo, etc parading themselves as men of integrity. Never knew deji is an APC member, wonderful!! Any one that shoots down the lie bubble of obi is an APC member...... really really wonderful, even Reno has come to tell you he is an APC member too... |

Ttalk: Maybe you attend different school that the basic economic principle you learned is different from what Prof. Soludo and Ngozi Okonjo Iweala learnt.
It is a shame for many like you to use the viewpoint of a market women to judge economic progress of a country where we have the real economist who has given nod to the progress made so far.
Why did many of you turned a blind eyes to the mess the government inherited. The national debt, the way and mean the FX backlog and the oil money spent in advance.
How best anyone could have manage the economy with these factors?
How would government have sustained subsidy with those cumulative negatives.?
It is only a dull mind that would criticize the government in economic decisions taken so far. The economy is divided into 2 segments, macro and micro......we keep telling them the FG is doing well in stabilising the macro segment which directly concerns them which is the foundation that any economy should rest on to improve but many of this illogical obidients like bishop kukah said expects eldorado in 24 hrs....how more insane can one be.....the micro segment on the other hand is deliquent because the sub nationals who should be directly involved with the day to day sustainable of their citizens and that are supposed to work in synergy with the FG steps are doing next to nothing. |

Are those around you that complain do they fall into this category? The problem with you guys is that you don't know when to differentiate when to be a sycophant and when to churn out assertions that will not be antithetical to societal development.
People are bound to be disenfranchised by the decisions of government, there reasons are very cogent considering the economic indicators available at our desk for discuss. How many percent of Nigerians do you even think belongs to the political class? You guys should be guided As there ever been anytime or anywhere people don't complain about govt......as some are complaining, some are praising while some others are quite or aloof but you only steadfastly amplify the discordant tunes to suit your narrative that nothing is happening......if those opposing this govt can be honest enough to acknowledge and encourage some positive moves of this govt then you can come out and air your grievances and we would listen not to be wailing every minute and expect not to sound alarmist......look what obi said just this morning about the Abuja train accident....blame blame blame!! |

Reflect7: Only in NIGERIA is a distinction made between Manufacturing and ''Assembly''.
In the REAL WORLD outside Nigeria, if you ask somebody, ''Was this thing manufactured or was it assembled?", they'll call you crazy....
Because there is ZERO DIFFERENCE between manufacturing a thing, and assembling it.
They mean the EXACT SAME THING.
In the US, car manufacturing plants are known as ''Car Assembly Plants''.
Why? Because there is NO DIFFERENCE between manufacturing and assembly.
So quit demeaning yourselves.
It's a distinction you created out of low self esteem. It's a delusion of the highest order when you have no part in the production of any part of any item but only couple together to make whole and you term that "made in Nigeria".....it's illogical and downright falsehood......America owns the iPhone but everyone knows they are made in china......I agree with you that assembly is a part of manufacturing but doing that solely and nothing else in the production chain can't be termed manufacturing... It's what it is, assembly!! |

Ensure you get your facts right before making assertions.....I was on 3mb around 9am Saturday morning and getting to that police point on the bridge,I saw emergency vehicles, lasema,an ambulance, some police vehicles and a little crowd gathered and all focused downwards looking into the lagoon,I was with someone and we both were wondering what could have been wrong,it was not until evening I saw the news on SM about the accident, Immediately I was able to piece 2 and 2 together. |
