greaterlove:
i dont agree, bush gave africa more money quite alright, a lot more than clinton, but do you know how much africa lost during the global financial crises, which was caused by bush reckless policies and his 'dumb war'? i dont care if obama visits nigeria or not as long as he does not take the economy of america downhill and plunge africa and the world into another global financial crises.

They dont care. He gave them more money and thats enough for them.

Billyonaire: I know He is President of USA, but why is this News on Front Page ? Its because, the modes wanted it discussed. But young man, are you too young to handle diverse opinions, I wanna convince you that my love for Obama was sentimental, racial, and African. And my dislike for him at this moment is because he didnt reciprocate the love that Africa showed him, he rode on our collective sentiments, of history of African slavery and black pity to win White House. He didnt win because he was better than all. He won cos the world needed to see a blackman, you can quote me wrong, but I sure have a lot of people who will agree with me. Yesterday, ROMNEY WON, and I hope ROMNEY wins the election. Its my personal wish. But if Obama wins the election, I will buy a Champagne for my dogs.

No im not too young to handle diverse opinions, but fair enough. If you voted for him based on sentiment then I can see what your issue is. Like I said though, I don’t share it.

But I’ll say this. He rode on hope and change, not on the history of African slavery.

Billyonaire: Betrayal, Yes, Betrayal of my trust, hope and sensitivity. Obama doesnt care about Africa, the Black race and my COuntry. He doesnt simply care. Bush did a lot for Africa, and what did Obama do ? The answer is 'Nothing'.

..And you think that Mitt Romney will care for Nigeria?
What did Bush do for Africa?
So basically Obama has lost your trust because he didnt travel to Africa and kiss black ass eh?
Which is wrong btw, since he travelled to Ghana I believe and called Ghana a model for democracy in Africa..maybe youre just jealous because of that

Billyonaire: I am not interested in Nigeria's rating, I am interested in the fact that we all sentimentally backed and prayed a Blackman should take seat in a WhiteHouse and our prayers worked. And we got excited. What did Obama do ? He hasnt visited Kenya, his root. He hasnt visited Nigeria, the ocean of the blackrace. For me, its a personal wish that he does not win. If he wins, I will wish him well.

.....

ANYWAYS, you are one bitter person. He is the President of the United States of America, not the president of Black nation.
Also as president there are many more important countries than Nigeria. What is Nigeria in world politics? Nigeria has no influence..NADA.

What reason does he have to visit Kenya?
Could you imagine the Terminator as president saying..okay, im going to visit Austria because its my home nation. You think Americans would say, oh sure please use our tax dollars for a personal holiday? This isnt Nigeria oo
Foreign Affairs / Re: Romney And Obama: Who Won The First Debate? by livethinme: 3:35pm On Oct 04, 2012
Billyonaire: He doesn't have to come to Nigeria, but Obama's action or inaction and lack of love, interest and support for Nigeria is a betrayal to me personally. I really want to see him lose, I really can not forgive him for not showing love to the Most Populous Black Nation. Its a personal insult to me if you ask.

Betrayal?..Why a a betrayal?

CrazyMan:
I understand your anger Frosbel.

God just has to intervene in the Nigerian situation, because Its very obvious that the authorities can no longer handle members of the so called club.

Therefore, I would enjoin you to keep praying for our beloved country.

havent we been doing that for the past 52 years? Dont you think its time to actually do something about the situation rather than just praying all the time?

Politics / Re: El-Rufai Allocated Land To Family Members (8 Plots) by livethinme: 7:21pm On Aug 10, 2012
afam4eva: I'm sorry but i have to play the devil's advocate for a sec.

Was it only his family members that he allocated land to? Does the fact that he was an FCT minister make his family members not to hussle for land?

It shouldn't be a big deal that he allocated some plots to his family members. rather the question we ought to be asking is, why he revoked the land from the initial owner in the first place.
shouldnt be a big deal? Seems as though youre ok with corruption..isnt the aim to not be happy with ANY corruption abi?
