All your previous comments were totally off point and baseless.No where did the OP mentioned that his dad built four different houses for the four different wives. OP's dad has only a house in Lagos and all the eleven biological children have a stake in that house, whether the other children has an emotional attachment to the house or not, is irrelevant. The best decision is to sell that house and share the proceed to them all with the eldest son having the lion share. OP do not have that house more than others. Even if OP and his mother were the one living in that house with their dad before his demise, it still do not confer on them any right or privilege .

I took out some time to visit the plywood and furniture accessory market a week ago. there u can get d best Hdf,MDF ,plywoods and accessories. d market is really huge, d Biz is really booming. there is more profit in d accessories than d pkywoods. d accessories also rewuires lower capital to start. accessories like hinges,keys, angles, screws, drawer rollers, edge tapes. etc. am even thinking of starting this Biz somewhere else in another state. For the case of these armed robbers, They have been terrorizing that vicinity for three days on a stretch now. A day before the incident a public secondary school in that area was robbed by the same gang. students and Teachers alike were the major casualties here.

Now on a first Sunday of the month when every sane person would be doing a self re-evaluation of their lives, the people of that area woke up to the news of another attack by these criminals. They had to take a stand. enough is enough!.

If you decide to involve the police, they will only manage to get there long after the criminals must have escaped and they will only succeed in arresting the innocents. On the other hand, if you decide to hand them over to the police, be rest assured that those criminals you handed over to the police will even get home before you do.

Tambuwal, kwankaso cannot outperform atiku cos they don't have the resources ,followership and national appeal.. Tambuwal escape losing his seat with less than 300 votes while kwankaso lost everything .

Politics is not one plus one equal two. Atiku contested against Buhari, an incumbent president and a very formidable northern figure. If the APC fields a southern candidate and PDP fields a Kwankwaso or a Tambuwal, would the teeming APC supporters in the north massively vote for APC? Except where a tenant is in default of his rental or breaches his tenancy agreement, the Landlord has no power to evict him. It does not lie in the mouth of the Landlord to say that he does not want the tenant again so the issue of "Unwilling Landlord" does not arise. Landlord/Tenancy relationship is distinct from Employer/Employee relationship.

You cant keep changing house every year because your Landlord wants to evict you and collect new agency, agreement and caution fee from a new Tenant.

For your information, you dont even need a Lawyer to successfully defend a Tenancy matter against your Landlord in Magistrate Court. Moreover, it is rare for a Landlord to take you to court when you are not owing rent and have not breached your tenancy. The Quite Notice is just to shaken you and there are ways to even handle it and put the Landlady on his toes.

Finally, dont always advice on what you have limited or no knowledge about and avoid making hasty conclusion.

A landlord can terminate a tenancy legally if he chooses to, all he needs to do is to give adequate quit notice as provided for by law. A yearly tenant is entitled to a six month quit notice if there is no tenancy agreement. If the tenancy agreement stipulate the duration of quit notice and the tenant signed to that agreement, then that agreement stands and would be honoured by the court. Once a landlord says he need his property for personal use, then you must go, whether u breached a tenancy agreement or not is of no moment. The landlord must however follow the due process of evicting a tenant. You are totally clueless on this issue and I pity anyone who would take to your pedestrian opinion. No go build your house, stay there and be forming boss in another's man sweat.

Dear Op, you don't need to feel bad about a Quit Notice. There is nothing special about it.

If you are still interested in the property, give your Landlord your rent at the expiration of the current rental. If she accepts, then you have nothing to worry about, if she rejects it, then keep it in an account and allow her take you to court.

I assure you that the Landlady wont go to court with you because she has much more to loose if she does.

Do you force a willing tenant on an unwilling landlord? He should contact you so u can provide him free legal representation? Stop making issues complex for the man.

The man should go plead with the landlady, if she is adamant, look for money and move out quietly. Except you have a lawyer relative to help u, be ready to spend money on a lawyer with their exploitative charges. Pay to file a case, pay for appearance fee, pay this pay that, at the end you would still spend money to move out. No Judge would force a willing tenant on an unwilling landlord. The worse the judge would do is to give u more time to enable u get a new place, and u must pay for all the months u stay. It is not free.

Keyamo's redeployment was for political and ethnic reasons, he didn't demand for the redeployment. An Urhobo man has be appointed MD of NDDC in the person of Ben Okumagba. It is politically wrong to have two Urhobo men as minister of state Niger Delta Affairs and as MD of NDDC, when nine states makes up the Niger Delta. So it was expedient for Keyamo to leave since the MD position was more strategic and would benefit the Urhobo nation more than a mere junior minister who is not powerful like the senior minister. This is the position, I'm Urhobo and I gather this fact from my tribal brother who is a legislative aide to the deputy Senate president.

And please if you want to learn marketing strategies you ask mannerly and you will be taught and also you need to know that everyone's environment is not the same. If you are wise the best thing to do is to approach the person you quoted and request for his number, add him on WhatsApp and call him on video call to show you the clothes he bought and also educate you on how he managed to sell it at such a short period of time. The increase for level 1 to 6 has been adjusted. The problem is what rate for the higher cadre.

If you increase theirs with the same rate you did for the lower grades, the figures will explode. Even the entire budget can't pay salaries alone.

The stakeholders should find a common ground and lay this matter to rest. My problem is with Governors that can even pay the current rate.

The bitter truth which many people don't like to hear. The entire budget being used to service only salaries of politicians and civil servants. These set of persons constitute an insignificant amount of the entire population of Nigeria. No one is talking of the unemployed, old and physically challenged in our midst. What about critical infrastructures? A level 17 officers who are already earning above 500k in states like Delta is also talking about minimum wage, they want to receive 1 million naira as salary for virtually doing nothing in their offices, sadly, many of them are even above 60 years of age, they falsify their ages and they don't want to retire. Labour keep blackmailing the government with half truth and many Nigerians don't want to look at the fact. Criminal politicians, criminal Labour.
