Business › Re: Which Business Can I Start In Uyo, Akwa Ibom State With N3m. by LKO(m): 2:43pm On Sep 21, 2019 |
AkeNathan: To be honest with you, i have some friends who are doing two major business in Uyo and they're raking in money.
If you had paid close attention, you'd observe the massive number of keke in Uyo. Trust me, there is a reason why. That business is booming. My friend purchased keke for about N700,000 and hired a driver. Every week he collects nothing less than N10,000 from the driver. There are about 54 weeks in a year. That's about N540,000. In two years you will have recouped your money and some profit.
There will still be about 2million, 300 thousand naira of the investment money. Another business booming like maad in uniuyo and that another of my friend invested in, is bet9ja shop. Rent a store, employ 2 workers to run it, set up TVs, computers for betting, buy two generators, have a DSTV dish that displays live matches for viewers to watch;that viewing center will also make money for you and attract crowds who invariably still bet.
People bet crazily here bro, they even bet their school fees and lose. I don't know how much it costs but definitely less than a million. Trust me in a year you'll have recouped your money because their money will be running the business plus lots to spare. But please try and site it around student vicinity. Like ikpa road and itu road those are where student lodges plenty-full.
Then the third business is Gas business. Rent another store in Itu road or ikpa road; student vicinity. Students spend soo much on gas, families live in these vicinities too so they'll also patronize you.
Bro that 3M is enough to set up these 3 businesses at same time, and be receiving money from the 3 of them EVERY fuckkkking week. Make sure you site them in students areas. You'll be glad you followed my advice. What about boutique in students area? Would it be lucrative also? |

Politics › Re: Buhari Approves New NDDC Board by LKO(m): 6:16am On Aug 28, 2019 |
fratermathy: He's Urhobo from Delta South Senatorial district. I think Buhari's appointments were based on the voting patterns. If so, Urhobos gave him the most significant votes in Delta State. We didn't vote based on sentiments. In particular, Ughelli North and Ethiope East generated nothing less than 200,000 votes (combined) for Buhari. This is in addition to the massive votes APC got in other LGAs in Delta Central.
Again, the defacto leader of the APC in Delta State is DSP Omo-Agege and we all know that one of his major missions is to correct the marginalisation of Urhobos in previous appointments. In that, he has done very well. We now hope that these appointments may translate into tangible development for the people. Buhari polled a total of 221,000 votes in the 2019 precedential election in Delta State. Where is this your massive votes from other LGAs in Delta Central coming from? Buhari did well in Ughelli North and Ethiope East because of Agege and Ogboru and failed very well in other LGA of Delta Central and other parts of Delta State. We voted Atiku and Buhari knows that that. This your story of we didn't vote base on sentiment is strange. Buhari has no option than to appoint a Deltan as NDDC MD because is our turn. |

feflomica: yes. He can start an online business as long as he's committed to make it big in the business....He can get a good location and take his goods there to market, or with his phone, he can market on Facebook or instagram, since he is a man,, he can target mens wear or ladies top or children mix mix those I mentioned are the ones people patronise the most.....With 150k as u said, he's good to go on any bale....word of advice is he shouldn't give up on the business, it pays with time.....NB make sure you get a first grade wear UK brand, they are the best because when you sell a good grade, you earn your customer trust and double gain with more people patronising. ...God bless Good information. Thank you. But selling on facebook and instagram would result in slow market, your bale would be there for a very long time without selling much. Looking for a busy location is the best. Which is more profitable and quick to sell between okrika guys wears and okrika guys shoes? |

osato45: This is what labour should do because of our fragile economy that is dependent on oil, but the selfishness of nigerians would not let all of us look at it from this perspective and get a lasting solution. so we continue in this unending viscious circle Thank you. Nice point. |
Politics › Re: Labour, FG Meet Today On Minimum Wage by LKO(m): 7:49am On Aug 23, 2019 |
osato45: if for example your father is a civil servant for over 27 years and a finally rises to the rank of director (level 17) he probably may have less than 4 years to enjoy it, you know why? age may not be on his side as retirement would be close at hand. Then you find out his take home is just 350k after working for 27 years, when some persons start with 350k in a few government agencies not to talk of what the political class earn as well. Then you would understand why labour has refused to change their stance because its the same market we use. Good response. I understand your point. Thanks. The government must find a way to resolve this logjam. Government can't use all our resources to service salaries only. Paying political office holders hugely and paying civil servants. We need money for infrastructure. What about the non working populace? The old and the physically challenged among us ? We all use the same market for crying out loud. Some states are using over 70% of their budget to pay only salaries. This is bad. I want the civil service to be right size and a massive slash in the pay of criminal politicians. |

So once you start earning 40k you do not need increment even if s dollar rise to 50k. By the way which Federal civil servant earn less 30k, such things can be found at the state & local government level . Please get sense. Nigeria is bad but na we dey do ourselves. This one miserable life revolves around salary. I feel your pain. Nor go find part time business join your salary o. Sleep for bed dey find quarrel this morning. Idle soul. Bye. |

Politics › Re: Labour, FG Meet Today On Minimum Wage by LKO(m): 7:08am On Aug 23, 2019 |
kid7soccer: If you don't know something why not keep quiet. In civil service there is what is called salary structure, as you rise in level and grade so does your salary. If the minimum wage was increase by 66% to it current state of 30k it is according to the law that it be increase close to or the same % across all level. Salary increment is for everyone. Don't forget that the 500k you are talking about use to be around $3.500, now it not even up to $2,000. Please try and educate yourself on this things this is why government is still using us to play in this country. They know so many Nigerian know nothing. If the President and senatos can earn hardship allowances how much the common man And current reality shows the governnent can't afford to pay such huge increment especially for civil servants that are already earning huge money like those level 17 officers. For your information, those level 17 officers are not common man as you would want to make us believe. The common man is the unemployed. No one talks about them. The common man is the civil servant that is earning below 30k which truly deserve this increment not the ones that are already earning 500k and above. Imagine a 66% increment for a level 17 officer. How wicked! You know nothing and you must keep shut when serious matters are being treated. |

Criminal politicians, criminal Labour, the insincerity on the part of Labour is what is causing this logjam. They keeping telling us about 30k minimum wage but they have refused to tell us what level 17 officers are earning. Should government yield to their demand, 100 percent of our earnings would be use to pay political office holders and civil servants. No one is talking of the unemployed and the physically challenged. A level 17 officers in states like Delta are earning above 500k already, but they want to Jack up their salary to a million naira all in the name of minimum wage. Wicked people. Sadly, many of these civil servants are empty headed, they got into the service through the help of criminal politicians. They do nothing in their offices, but they want higher pay. The government must down size the civil service now, they must not yield to the blackmail and wicked propaganda of Labour. |

Bimpe29: How can you give Kaduna and Kano States two substantive portfolios each? Please look at George Akume's portfolio and justify the necessity and function of such ministry in the context of having The Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Buhari's appointments have always been lopsided and sentimental. Kano and Kaduna states getting two substantive ministerial appointment is a no no. Very strange. Akume's portfolio is special duties and inter governmental affairs and not foreign affairs. This report is wrong, I checked the list on Femi Adesina facebook update. |

But, again, the Information Ministry uses NTA for its propaganda, right? No sir. NTA is regulated by NBC, a parastatal under the ministry of information. NCC only regulates the telecom sector like MTN etc. and the NCC is a parastatal in the ministry of communications. |

Otuideal: FCT did'nt vote 4 baba buhari, let them go an set down, Whether they vote for him or not is immaterial. They have a court of appeal judgement compelling the president to appoint one them as a member of the federal executive council. If some states like Edo and Kwara can have two ministerial slots why deprive Abuja natives one? They deserve one. The constitution says so. This is democracy, they have the right to vote for any party or candidate of their choice. Once a winner emerged , he is there to serve all and not to serve only those that voted for him. |

Every man that is conscious of his look or appears clean and neat is gay?
Like dirtiness is masculine?
You need healing and reorientation Little peeps, my opinion is not meant for your likes, it is meant for mature minds that are ready to be responsible parent, for fathers that are ready to take up their duties with their whole. You are irresponsible and I'm not expecting you to read deep meanings to mature comment, no, that would be far beyond what your brain can carry. |
