I registered a course MBA 851 but observed that the course is no longer offered in the new updated regiatrable courses and will not feature in d September/October exams. How do I deregister it or remove it from my courses registered.

Good Day,
I have obtained CAC name availability search approval for a Private Company. I am currently in the process of registering the Private Company. As regards the appointment of Company Secretary, I have perused CAMA and the Company Regulations 2012 and I want to seek concurrence or clarification on the following:
1. Appointment of one of the Directors of the above Private Company as Company Secretary

2. Since its a Private Company and the directors have deemed the Company Secretary fit and capable for the position, is the appointment valid and legal? This decision was drawn from the fact that its the requirement of S. 295 of CAMA for only public company secretary to either be a lawyer or accountant or chartered secretary and this is not applicable for a private company.

One of the directors has been appointed and is considered fit for the position of Company Secretary and is not a lawyer, accountant nor chartered secretary and going by S. 295 of CAMA, kindly confirm or clarify on the decision made as the company is a Private Company.

I am from Bayelsa and live in Abuja. When avengers complain of development I begin to wonder what Jonathan did for the region during his stint in Aso Rock. They should just shut up, when Jonathan was there, what happened. In 6 yrs if Jona was serious more refineries, gas plants and infrastructure including roads should have been built. As I speak d road from Bayelsa to PH and Warri to PH have not been completed. Even the refineries in PH and Warri had no meaningful turn around maintenance.

Congrats to all who passed. But to those with one reference or the other, please in the name of God dont be discouraged. Just focus on the prize and make up for areas u came short this diet in subsequent exams. ACA is invaluable as a chartered accountant, I must confess ACA is priceless. Wish u all the best.

NNPC still remains NNPC and all the units' CEOs will still report to NNPC GMD or GCEO which remains Kachukwu himself.

When IDSL and NETCO was created, the law was not changed! So creating this 4 units needs no change of law. Anybody that does not agree can go to court for interpretation of the NNPC act which granted a lot of power to the president and minister of petroleum.!

The education system in Nigeria is terrible. It was obvious that NNPC was still one entity; they just reorganized the business units. Obviously most senators and most Nigerians complaining are victims of a failed education system
