If you ask an ''average Christian'' if he/she is born again, the answer is yes but how does he/she knows that he is born-again? God can fire you as a minister of the gospel but allows you to still be on the pulpit. (The case of Saul as King). The Body of Christ is grappling with infiltrations as Prophecied in the Bible of the end-time church.

Hmm.....you sound like a male chauvinist. I totally disagree with you. Responsibilities of training a child mostly lie on the Fathers. How many children grow under the instruction of fathers? How many even grow to know their fathers or learn how their fathers treat their mothers(in the right way)? All over the world, it has been observed that most children in prisons lack fatherhood.
The question is, where are the fathers and who is your father?

I concur with your position but I must stress that when you have half-baked lecturers, you will produce same as students. I have attended Dissertation defence for Ph.Ds and their presentations were alarming and yet, they were awarded. The question is, how can such lecturers impact/lecture students? We used to have exchange of lecturers in those days but now .
I think, the problems are multifaceted. First, there is the lack of fund to sponsor research work in Nigeria. Second, most persons in the academic setting are there because there is no job not because they love the profession. Third, there is the unavailability/scarcity of working/reference materials for research. I can go on and on but they all boil down to the faulty system/structure we found ourselves.

We were told that the first man created was Adam whom in turn named Eve.

But let's look at this.

Genesis 1vs26-27
God declared making Man in his image and likeness & gave instructions let them have dominion over all creation hence he created MALE & FEMALE in his image & likeness.
Vs28: God bless them and said be fruitful & multiply ( on the sixth day) for God rested on the seventh day.

Going further

in chapter 2vs 5 . God formed Man out of dust of the ground and in Vs 22 God made woman from the rib of Adam.

*QUESTIONS*

1) If the Bible records that God completed his creation on the sixth day & rested on the seventh day ( chapter 2Vs2) *on which day was Adam and Eve created*?

2) in chapter 1vs28 after creation of Male & Female ( not Adam & Eve) he blessed them & gave them dominion over other creation and in chapter 2vs 19 after God created "another" man which was latter addressed as Adam ( without Eve) who gave name to all creation of God including Eve his helpmate *who were the male & female God created & gave dominion over the things of the earth for he only gave Adam ( not Eve) charge of the garden of Eden to dress it and kepp it and not to eat of a particular tree ( chapter 2vs15&16)*

3) *in whose image is the man Adam* ?

Your apt knowledge on this will be appreciated.

Man or Adam was created on the sixth day. When God created Man/Adam, Eve was inside of Adam.
Also, Adam was created in the image of God.
The Hebrew used the word Man/Adam interchangeably, so don't get it twisted, they both mean the same.
