You clearly don't understand the basics of what you're saying. Military law applies strictly to military personnel, not civilians. A soldier has no legal grounds to question her, seize her goods, or destroy them. He isn't a police officer and has absolutely no authority over a civilian carrying out a lawful business. Selling or wearing camouflage is not illegal in Nigeria; the only thing the law prohibits is impersonating a uniformed officer. If there was even an issue (which there isn't), only the police can intervene and that must be done through due process, not by a soldier acting on his own and destroying someone's property. Trying to justify that kind of behavior with "military law" is simply wrong.

The biggest issue with this argument is that it holds no water in many cases in most countries, even the western countries. There are many things individuals do in countries that don't harm/affect others but are against the law. The pursuit of happiness argument can be used in cases of incest, bestiality, drugs and many more but are they allowed?

As much as you want to pursue your satisfaction, you must do it within the confines of the law, whether you like it or not. Crossdressing is heavily frowned upon and will soon be against the law if it isn't already; just like homosexuality in Nigeria, any reasonable person will avoid it so as not to get in trouble.
