It's not in all cases u can enforce claim of oral contract.....

I said it to u before...no judge can force a seller to sell his goods....however, other technicalities can be argued and compensation can be awarded for inconvenience ....if u can't get that still then ur IQ is not even up to a 10 year old....

Yee...buyer can bring his arguement...thats not a crime ...virtually any arguement can be brought before court... But if u are not daft ...u should also know it's not everything that can win in court....

There's is no sale here.....he paid but there was no exchange of goods or receipt...... He can't force the seller to sell his goods.....

He can only argue other technicalities in court
...... like if he has official proof he borrowed money with interest to pay for the car ...which can make a judge award small compensation

We can't even call this issue seller's remorse because goods has not change hands and no receipt given... technically...sale has not happened

OP take this advice, everything you do should be firmal and documented.

I do not know the system of communication in place, but i will suggest you adopt putting everything in black and white.

Raise an official memo whenever you are going on strike, and issue a rejoinder when strike has been called off. Serve the Management a copy of the memo at both instances.

By so doing, you will absolve yourselves from matters like this. You can't lead people, especially Nigerians with very poor disposition to work, with words of mouth only.

This one is gone but re-organise your leadership strategy to safeguard future re-occurrence.
