My opinion is: What we've been advising here is to be buying in tranches.
Buy some at currentprice, if it pulls back, buy again.
Access has shown much resilience these days, I think its only a major occurrence that can fall the price much...........and we dont pray or wish for any unfortunate event(s).

You keep Chaka for international stock and use registered brokers for Nigerian stocks.

Note that Chaka is not a broker in any country (international or local), they are just middlemen.

Yes you can buy and sell stock same day within trading hours( 10:30 -2:30 pm)

You can hold a stock for as long as possible, NSE will notify you if the company will be delisted.

Hi guys, please am new on NSE and I really wants to know how things works. although I have registered on Chaka so that I can also trade on international stocks. Nevertheless, I have some questions that has been boarding me.

1. Can I buy and sale stock in one day (arbitrage). for example Jaiz Bank was selling at 0.40 and forty minutes later, its selling at 0.69. Can I buy and sell within that period of time??

2. If a stock is selling below the amount I bought it, can I leave the stock to appreciate over time. Or is it possible the company would liquidate with the money. I really want to do this thing but I just need some knowledge.

PROTEST/PETITION LETTER AGAINST ILLEGAL DEDUCTIONS FROM NAAT UNN MEMBER’S DECEMBER, 2020 SALARY
We the congress of NAAT UNN branch noticed with great dismay that a huge sum of N10,000 (Ten thousand naira) was deducted from our December 2020 salaries and is expected to run for three months of December 2020 to February 2021. On enquiry, we were told it was done by the National Executive Council of NAAT in connivance with National Excos of NAAT through IPPIS without due consultation with our members. This atrocity is tantamount to fraud, gross misconduct, betrayal of trust and breach of the fundamental right of our individual members, and this is inconsistent with the Constitution of Federal Republic of Nigeria and labour law.
Therefore, NAAT UNN congress have considered this evil meted on us as a calculated attempt to further impoverish our members in the face of unresolved issues concerning non implementations of 2009 FG/NAAT agreed allowances and deductions from gross earning instead of basic salary. Based on this development, we have made the following resolutions:
1. That the N10, 000.00 (Ten thousand naira) deducted from our salaries be refunded immediately.
2. That our salaries should under no circumstance be tampered with or any further deductions made without the approval of our branch congress
3. That unreserved apologies be tendered in writing by the NEC and National executives to NAAT UNN branch.


We are by this letter of protest, requesting that;
1. the leadership of NAAT National comply with our congress resolutions and do the needful as NAAT UNN branch will not hesitate to use every legal means to expose and challenge this criminal act carried out by our National Executive Council/National Executive
2. that IPPIS should on no account honour any request from NAAT National Excos or NEC for deductions of money from member’s salaries without presentation of duly signed document from our local branches.

National Association Of Academic Technologist(NAAT) is one of the four unions in Nigeria University today,their major functions in the university is to conduct practical for both science and engineering students

There is so much corruption and extortion going on in this Union today. It was this same union executive that told us to join IPPIS .Our hazard allowance have been paid before the coming of IPPIS,immediately we join IPPIS our hazard was stopped. When we complain IPPIS asked the union to tender letter for their hazard allowance,which the union comply immediately. Till date for more than 10 months IPPIS refuse to pay the hazard allowance.

As if that is not enough,the Union post a letter directing all his members to pay the sum of thirty thousands naira each as PR, meaning bribe,which will be deducted ten thousand naira(10,000.00) monthly,for three months.

If a union like NAAT will compel her member to give bribe for them to be given their dues
it shows that NAAT as union will not stand the test of time.

Are a member of the said union? can you please furnish us with enough evidence and prove to substantiate your claim

When you are reading, they are busy partying or sleeping, when you are doing your assignment, that's when they would remember that they also have an assignment to do. Its took you the whole semester to prepare for an exam but it took them just 2 days to prepare for the same exam and they except to get the same grade as you.

They kept on calling your name in the examination hall not withstanding the risks of getting caught, of cause they don't care if they get caught ( self destruction )as long as you are implicated. And when you refuse to answer them in the hall, they will guilt trip you by saying " You wan carry first for University" ?. The same people will not ask questions before the exam but choose to ask during exam.

And they have your reg no and calculate your GP without your knowledge. I understands that grade does not determine how successful one becomes but its definitely open doors for you. Everybody would have to choose their pathway in life some day. Quite the Envy, choose your path and watch how things become easy without competition and envy.

I get your point, but I don't want to be irrational here.... She claimed she owned the house, but there was a counter claim by him that the said asset belongs to both of them. now in a court of competent jurisdiction it would be very hard for the judge to determine who owns the house because there was a form of part performance by both parties that was why I said its a joint Venture....
