Maybe no one has notice Meyer trying to do 100% from #3+ it was last week.
The bull will still circulate to all sectors just as it's quietly doing at the paint company now.
The brewery stocks are seriously battered. I am much bullish on the brewery sector.
Waiting for accumulations and breakout at due time |

I agree with you. But anyone that knows and understands the potential value of Oando (if there is no delisting) should be ready for the long wait (hopefully alive). That should be the sacrifice if you dont have the cash to buy at high price. If you can, then endure and wait for the harvest. If not, then see how you joggle your investments or trades to take advantage of other stocks. As for me, I don't want to regret missing out on this Oando opportunity. I lost money when Wapco or BCC was selling at N4 for a long period during some corporate restructuring ( several years ago), and then the price rose to N70 after the restructuring. But if Oando delist, I am okay, I will not kill myself. I am suspecting that the Q1/Q2 results will be released shortly after the 2022 results Oh my goodness. Can you remember that thing wey Eli told Hannah when she was praying at shiloh, when she responded your daughter is not drunk? May it be your portion in oando. Let me go and see my wife and children. 1 Like |

The sale of Oando filling stations happened in 2022 (if I am not mistaken) The 2021 result was released in 2023, and it contained some info on ''events after the balance sheet date'' where major issues that had occurred between the financial year end (Dec2021) and the date of release of the financial results (2023) are discussed briefly. It was also mentioned in the 2021 accounts that the company would likely turnaround in 2023. However, the new ENI acquisitions and other developments from 2023 (e.g. 98% of all revenue/receipts in dollars) would impact positively going forward. The ENI acquisition was not captured in the 2021 results In fact, I am expecting Oando share price to skyrocket when results for Q1/Q2 2023 are released Okay, now I understand but Wale is smarter than you. Knowing well the 2023 results will be okay, Wale will only release his 2022 calamity in this 2024 and as the case lingers, the 2023 results will also linger.Cant you see we are in for a long thing if we continue to rely on 2023 result? 2 Likes |

The 2022 result was very poor too! There were hints to that effect in the 2021 accounts. Oando will only turnaround with the release of 2023 results. Was the sell of Oando filling stations done in 2023? What makes you to feel the 2023 audited result which will be release in 2026 will be okay? |

Streetinvestor2: What this simply means is wale wants to delist. This second set of shareholders is still wale just like the first that has refused to sell at #14 on the free Market thereby ending court wahala. He has seen the #7 plus is no longer feasible to real minority shareholders. He wants to use this second group to call for another round of negotiations / offer using the court as cover
That means my #20 target is now guaranteed.Fear any company being run by a fraudulent lawyer as ceo Your own wahala be say make them just pay you #20 and your heels will touch your head |

Opposite! I don't personally see OANDO going back to below 10 again. The activities today was normal, a reaction from disappointed minority investors whose high hopes were dashed due to the adjournment again.
I stand to be corrected anyway.....as we hand over the situation to Mr. Market to take care of .....in its own way.
What will help oando sustain it's price before the next hearing is corporate actions which must be positive. I am equally a shareholder and my prayer is let God see us through in this menace. |

Well if oando declares hefty profit during the pendency of the court case it would definitely shoot up the price astronomically... have you considered this? Do you think these results you are waiting for are not calamity waiting to befall on shareholders? What makes you think oando will release a good result in the midst of court case? 1 Like |

Honestly, this was what I'd expected.....either the Court strike out the case or the parties agree to settle out of court. We may never know what could still happen sha.
From the stock body language, there seems to be more than the court case we are seeing. It lost a whooping 1.20kobo today. Are you saying it's going back to 7.07? This is the language I understand following your write up. |

Good morning, Una don start with NB this morning. My own technical analysis is pointing bullishness across the brewery sector. NB is the barometer for all the stocks in the sector.Accumulation means people are bullish in a stock. It doesn't matter whether the price gets to 12.The people buying huge volume at #38 are not fools. They also have a target where the price will reach.
I know one thing, after accumulations/consolidations, there is always a break out which means you are not wrong entering the stock at the present price.Ride with people wey sabi road...
Make we keep watching the volume sha. 2 Likes |

Streetinvestor2: This why I said in the past that the so called minority shareholders looks like wale left hand. The only difference now is that the price of #7 plus is no longer feasible. Wale just pay me #20 and have your way. Why haven't the so called sold at twice the price and forget court case. Wale wants to delist but he should come to table and negotiate the price...simply That's my question too.push the price up then collect your pay and leave Wale and his company to run. |

Thank you, my brother! That is an intelligent question. And it suggests that those who went to court are ''insiders'' who want to take advantage to exploit and short change the minority shareholders of Oando. This singular fact is reason why the court must dismiss the case; or other genuine minority shareholders should institute a new court case and reject the delisting. The delisting will fail! Why still going to court to ask for N7.07 when the market price has been much higher than that price? Encourage each other with these words. You shareholders are too dull to act. Sometime in 2021,Raysun Nig. Ltd. wanted to buy out minority shareholders of champion Brewery at peanut.Thank God for Akwa Ibom Govt that stood against it. As it stands now,I don't think Raysun can buy the remaining 3.5% left for minority at even less than #10.Akwa ibom govt may not even sell their 10% at #20. We are waiting for another takeover bid from Raysun and the price they will offer. |
