Cosmicwill: One stock analyst I know in Lagos always hate the type of stocks I buy but when he discovered I have made much money through those stocks, he is now seeking advice on what he should buy from me.No be juju be that? Your case is you bought Dangote cement aby? No worry, we are in the era where SWOOT stocks are going to hold our ASI for a very long time.I am sure your Dangote cement will touch #1,000 and above in this 2024/2025 but as a beginner, you should have started with kobo stocks with good fundamentals. They always help people with poor financial background to build wealth. Anyway, you are a big man.Big men always look for big things in the market.Dangote cement always pay dividend.Try to fill the form for dividend.i won't advice you to sell because you are already on loss and you will still loose more if you sell now. Those type of broker you are using will never help you. They will still charge you extra money because they are not licensed brokers (member of Nigeria stock exchange) Put more effort to access this Nsempa forum always. You will get to improve with time. Ask for brokers here, I am sure you will get quick responses from some of them here.Majority here use Morgan capital but I don't use them because their charges are too cheap.I don't like cheap services. 7 Likes 2 Shares |

Zagee: If he wanted to be fair, he should have reconstruct the outstanding shares and reduce to 10billion units and relist the stock at #60 then the stock will find it's way to #500 level to the benefit of him and his shareholders. CASE DEY COME OOOO. 4 Likes |

Streetinvestor2: At least with the listing of the power subsidiary, market will welcome the stock with a week bull and Asi will move back to 104k. My champion will be on a daily 10% all through the week.I was in a dream last night.i don't know if it is malaria oooo, Heineken sealed the exit deal at #17 and champion brew was on a steady rise up to #15 in that my dream last night. |

iHaveMadeiT2: There will be panic sell on Monday but before you sell, I will advice you wait and see how the listing will be done. All eyes on Tony now. He has to keep Transcorp price afloat because of criticisms and court cases which will arise as a result of this power listing |
Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 11:54am On Mar 02 |
pluto09: Pls can you shed more light on the bolded.... Are you saying that current shareholders of Transcorp plc will benefit from the power company through price appreciation. Is it through direct or indirect holding? |
Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 10:33am On Mar 02 |
DrAwo: Oga better for them to allot shares for shareholders as they did in ucap and Afriprud than Transcorp to own 51% of the power. How much dividend do you think shareholders will get in their 51% holding considering the huge os? 51% ,Tony and his group will still embezzle as admin expenses. 4 Likes |
Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 7:36am On Mar 02 |
SonofElElyonRet: If dumping Transcorp shares to buy Transcorp is possible, good for them. At least Transcorp shareholders should be allowed to get the stock at the official listing price 240 or alot some proportion of the shares to them which the registrar has failed to do before this listing. They decided to do it secret to avoid court case from the shareholders which will distract the listing. Can shareholders stop this listing on Monday?Yes, they need to petition Tony, sec and other regulatory bodies this weekend. What is the essence of being a shareholder when you don't benefit from the goodies. Let me enjoy champion people wey dey think good of shareholders. Wale, Tony and Wigwe are greedy people. Ote, Alhaji, Rabiu better. At least we know those to avoid and those to dine with. Tony will not allow Transcorp shares to fall easily to avoid intimidations but certainly it gonna fall below #7 self as time goes on because the remaining subsidiaries can't service the 40B os .He has used Transcorp group to achieve so many aims from the FG and will still do more with Transcorp. 3 Likes |
Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 9:15pm On Mar 01 |
Streetinvestor2: Transcorp shareholders should pray to God to receive allotment of T power shares which is late already. Their should be a formal announcement to this and Transcorp placed on technical suspension but this process was bypassed. Do you think this can happen after listing on Monday? The only good news is that Transcorp will be the majority shareholder of Transcorp power which will lead to increase in dividend payment. Do you think Transcorp can pay up to 50kobo dividend to shareholders going forward considering the huge OS? |
Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 5:07pm On Mar 01 |

Deadlytruth: Oga you can't get it except by crossdeal. Instead of you to labour in vain in champion, why not use this opportunity to get TIP in these low prices. It is the only quoted company in it's sector. The current situation of the country doesn't stop them from making money. They are in long term contracts with big companies, oil companies and Govt agencies. TIP.....TIP......TIP. Anything can take this stock to #10 because it is a stand alone stock on growth board. 1 Like |

222Martins: That means both of us have locked 5% of the 3.5% left for minority shareholders to trade.... I saw how the stock was trading at 3.60 and I decided to buy more at that price till it came down to 3.46 and 3.45. Home activities stopped me from getting the 10m units I targetted but no wahala.Lets manage what we have.some don't even have a unit and some are scrambling to enter but to no avail. |

Streetinvestor2: The Bible says....whatsver you lay your hands on shall prosper. There are things I check before entering a stock.once those things are okay, I don't worry myself.Market must do justice at it's time. Don't worry yourself on champion for now.its illiquid already because of the free float, is it now you can get it? It's already padlocked and keys thrown away. Until we know the price Heneiken is exiting their shares in champion. All I can see now is green green with small volume daily.Who go gree sell?If 20m units appear now as sell, you no go see the bid that will swallow it self..... 2 Likes |

2zona: Heineken can't exit champion at less than #10. We minority shareholders with only 3.5% can't sell below 12. I will prefer Enjoycorp to buy us at a #20 or we ride the company with them. Champion is locked. No room for entry now. Loco and those who heard my call are enjoying our ride now though I am 4% down at current price but no whala .Next week will be green all round 2 Likes |

222Martins: Remember it's only 3.5% of the total shares available for trading. Our people here call it liquid stock but that's the type of stock I always like.stocks with small free float. When there is positive news on such stocks,na 100% you go see in a short time. |
Investment / Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Locotrader(m): 11:29am On Feb 29 |
222Martins: Thank you my brother. I did a thorough check before investing in champion brew.Raysun must tell us how much they are selling the 86.5% of their shares to Enjoycorp. Whichever way the minority shareholders who own 3.5% of the shares will make some money whether delisting or no delisting. Now I live in the East, I have seen a good business which is palm oil production.Right now we are setting up a palm oil mill. This business is taking more of my time. The bread business is now a partnership business.I can't handle it alone.its doing great 16 Likes |

ehay: I see am bro.You did a good work. The index is trying to break below 100k but hasn't succeed.Today is Friday and a bear day in the history of our market. If the index rests at 100k, good for we the bull gang.If it touched 100k and later rest at 101k like it did yesterday,a plus to next week market. The bear can only have it's way when the index breaks below 100k, but the chart is saying no. A lot of forces are fighting the market but the market is resisting........shouting I want more upside,I want more upside,I want more upside. |
