In the book of Exodus, God revealed several aspects of his personality to Moses.

He revealed himself as the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

He revealed himself to Abraham as Elshadaai- the almighty and later as Jireh- the provider.

He made this revelations to Moses and then sent Moses to tell Israel that the God of their fathers, I am that I am would save them.

I made all these distinctions so that you don't box God into 1 dimension of action.

Even Ecclesiastes says that God put the love of the world in the hearts of men so that they will not know all his works.

I have had so many experiences of such nonsense, and I can tell you that the right prescription and sometimes counseling can help one battle such delusions. The vast majority of such delusions are brought on by stress, and people have different thresholds as far as handling it. As for your mention of MFM, have you seen the state of their members online? Clearly, these are people who ought to be getting taking of mentally but are instead being conscripted by conmen using God's name to milk and deceive them with.
