And Disney+ been doing thy Lord's Business. HBOMax slowly ramping up the heat. One funny thing I don't get is why most peeps don't talk about Amazon. Some analyst don't even mention it when naming Top Streamers. At times I even see Hulu but no Amazon mentioned. It's baffling I kinda wonder if these peeps have a personal vendetta on Bezos.

I'd give Netflix that, they've been creative in trying to keep up and maintain their Lead. Also at a fast pace acquiring big/key titles in ensuring growth. Eg. DC's The Sandman they got is my most anticipated project from them. Can't wait. I think it's a steal. Wonder why DC TV or WB would be willing to give that out.

HBOMax and Disney+ have their issues granted, but Netflix had decades to perfect their platform. It's tech so these new ones can easily adapt and upgrade. When HBOMax roll out worldwide by 2nd half this year, then we'll know how stiff the competition or war gonna get.
All in all, Netflix isn't gonna feel the heat now, it's from year end and 2022. 2023 is the prime year to know who the real players are. Now they still fighting with kid gloves.

Besides, HBOMax and Disney+ are yet to even bring ¼ of their BIG GUNS. Disney only just released Wanda Vision and Mandalorian. HBOMax got NADA now. Not until 2022 when their BIG DC shows starts coming up: GL Corps, JL Dark, Constantine etc. Also the GOT prequel. Reason why WB try to salvage the situation and bet Big on Max by bringing in simultaneous theatrical release of their Major 2021 lineup.

My pain is that Disney plus and HBo are taking too long to up their game. They have blockbuster movies and series to release but delay is a problem

I remember arguing that Netflix will survive Disney plus and HBO max but some people did not want to agree.

Both Disney plus and HBO max have irritating apps with poor user experience.

For instance, I read that HBO app is laggy while disney plus's interface is quite clunky.


As for me, my netflix does everything I need. It might not have all the shows but the app is comfortable to use on all devices.
