Some viewers left before the film ended. They told me it was too dry and empty. Nollywood don brainwash many Nigerians.

I don't think it's a masterpiece but it's a decent work and Phoenix is very good in it. He should better win that Oscar o

Joker - 6/10. It's a drab, dark, twisted and wonderfully-acted movie. Joaquin Phoenix's performance is definitely Oscar worthy.

The cartoon was definitely better than the live action and it's expected. I mean, Lion King is a classic, and no ingenuity inserted into the live action would topple the original as long as it's the same storyline. Same applies to Aladdin, the animation is still better than the live action.

I don't subscribe to the lack of emotion criticisms it received, it would've been weird seeing a smiling or giddy lion. Those things can only be achieved in an animation. Bringing it to live is a recipe for disaster.
