AutosRe: Most Embarrassing Moments by logo77: 3:26pm On Aug 01, 2012
In a desperate bid to get a job with Zenith bank, I had doctored my date of birth to calm I was 25 (was already 30 then). I was able to get a birth certificate 2 hours to the interview time to support my claim. I felt really stupid when a young lady (she was about the youngest on the panel) said “Oga your birth certificate does not look like what was issued in 1983, tell us the truth oga……………”

Rocktation: Someone just confirmed this! OmLawd!!!! shocked
Now I really hope that a lot of Nigerians won't go into test-dial mode and thereby, frustrate the operators until they become less efficient in taking calls. Cos they wouldn't know beforehand, the difference between a distress call and someone looking to know if they're for real.
I am "tempted" to go into the test-dial mode. But I won't. However, what does it take for statutory government agencies like Ministry of Information, NEMA, NOA and others to educate Nigerians on the existence of this number and how to make the best use of it?
RomanceRe: After Injuring Your Dad, He Wants To Date You by logo77: 10:48pm On Jul 24, 2012
The guy sounds to me like a typical "PLAYER". The best way to prove he loves you is to forget about expressing his feelings for you now and consecrate on how best to get your dad back on his feet.Run from him before he commits another "HIT" and run.
FoodRe: Why Is Corn Being Sold For N50? by logo77: 10:38pm On Jul 24, 2012
stagger: Have you factored in the cost of transportation across our horrendous roads from the interior farms where corn is produced in large quantities to the city where you eat it? Considering that it has passed through at least 4 hands in the channel of distribution before it gets to you?

The real cost goes into transport. If we had functional rail lines, such farm produce should be transported by rail and not by road. This is where your government needs to step up its game, not engaging in propaganda like "GEJ eats cassava bread". Meaning what?
I agree with you Stagger. Above all; the middle men/women make all the profit while the farmers remain impoverish.

Christianity EtcRe: If You Are A Christian, But You Don't Tithe, Do You Go To Hell? by logo77: 7:00pm On Jul 06, 2012
I feel paying your tithe as a christian is important in order to be a partaker of the blessings attached, but I strongly do not feel it's a basis for a place in heaven or hell.
HealthRe: I Want To Abort Please Help by logo77: 2:37pm On May 18, 2012
chrystee: @ persy,
My candid advice for you is to not have an abortion. These days, no one uses her future as an excuse for having an abortion cos having a baby doesnt jeopardise your future in anyway. There are many women who would do anything to have a child of their own now and when they remember the abortion they had in d past, it brings a lot of pain, regret and guilt and it feels like they are being punished for aborting their babies.Abortion can leave a permanent scar that may be difficult to heal. some others may have done it and gotten away with it, it might not be same for you. Eventually all the shame and dissapointment will fade and your family will grow to love your child. Please be wise and act right. God doesnt make mistakes. he knows why he gave u this child now.I wish you luck.
