Sorry to say, I don't think your argument holds in this instance. Come to think of it, what if the husband had wanted to vote for GEJ and the wife wants GMB...We all know we want a change but what do you expect the wife to have done in this case.

Me too but sticking to the main subject matter, I still feel everyone has the right to cast their vote for the preferred candidate...

I once posted a topic related to this situation last week. I feel regardless of your political inclination, your family members are entitled to still vote for their choice. The fact that the husband has his candidate for whatever reason does not mean the wife and children must follow same. In my opinion, this gentleman has only decided to make it an issue just because he wants to exercise his superiority as the head of the house but truth be told, that should not apply in this case. INEC did not issue PVC family by family. It was done on an individual basis. Hence, everyone is entitled to vote their choice.

We've seen candidates say things against each, we've heard of members of rival parties exchange blows. What we haven't heard is marital discord over rival political candidates.

Not until now.

Well, they are not to blame actually. We all thought we were making the right decisions by voting in that man from Otueke some years ago, not knowing we only ushered in a clueless and ineffective regime that has seen our great nation plunged into maximum chaos. Now we are enlightened better. It is only the right thing to do to bring about new breeze...a total change...
