15 Years is too young and immature to go to University - the statistics don't look good. I was a child prodigy myself and went to Uni at 15 and guess what? Why would the family need to lament if it's not a punishment? This will never happen in an advanced country. If you refuse and they think you are involved they will go to a judge who will look at the evidence and only if the judge agrees will an arrest warrant be issued. Never said the family will or will not later be released,that's not the bone of contention - they should never have been arrested in the first place!
