If I can communicate with people across distances with my mind, and send thoughts to people's mind with my knowledge and even images. What can I do with such powers ? You see life is strange, but I know nothing can hurt me except me. And no member of my family can be touched without a direct attack from me. Nature is not creating more land, but humans are sandfilling more, cos we know, there is no new continents being created. Every plot you buy, has your name on it, on the sands of time. Put your resources in every piece of Real Estate you find and hold them for life and do not look at them as profiteering strategy, hold it down for nature and water comes from them as residual income gives you the greatest piece of mind and you will have many friends, cos your occupants and buyers will always be there at your parties and child dedications, political alignments and you must be given shelter to many. God owns all Real Estate, you are holding the Title, make it a principle, and not a business. I have controlling interests here.

3. Educational Sector;
People must get educated, people will always go to school. This sector, I was inspired to go into it when my kid brother started running a school from one my buildings, he was on NYSC when he started the school, now he has over 500 Students and most of his Teachers are older than him, I own controlling interest in that School and I am building another for myself.

4. Hospital/Drug Stores
With ignorance and water poisoning and the rest, people need sound medical checks and treatment, this is one sector I hold so dear. Introduced to me by a doctor friend, who was tired of earning 150k per month per wanted something more, a JV was signed. Put your head down and study this sector, study the machines, know how they work and put your finances here. Hospitals will exist toll the end of time. You can make a killing by having a Franchise from an Indian Phamarceautical company, even Tramadol importation can make you a million per month, it is a legal product, but it does not matter who dies from ignorance. Yours is the money, leave morality for the Religious.

5. Venture Capitalism;
This is my turf. I steal business ideas, Yes but not all the time, if I find that lady that prepares nice dish but hasnt got a great space, I made offers they cant refuse and own stakes in them without showing up there. Your money works for you. I have failed and succeeded numerally on this turf on different business. If you find that hair dresser, build and not rent a saloon space, some barbing saloon in Lekki make as much as 1.5m per month and you can own a chain of it, and make sure you own the space, the owners of building might kick you out as soon as they know clippers can make such money. There are many many opportunities here. Micro finance banks need money, and money is expensive to buy, buy controlling interest in Micro Finance Companies, and integrate a strategic clause with the structures of the contracts to enable you borrow to a certain degree, this can be the source of your venture capitalism.

6. Internet Money (E-Money); Yahoo Yahoo is good, but online brokerage is better, stop wasting your time searching for $100k, $200K from Americans using one form of fraud or the other, Study Penny Stocks, Study the Wall Street, then register a brokerage company in Nigeria and sign a JV with a Western Company or simply buy a Shell Company with an existing foreign account and master your skills. Manage the pick up and delivery and keep your cut, on a product you do not own. But when you have the resources, turn your home to a ware house and make that money with peace of mind.

8. Solar Cells Manufacturing;
I did not say Assemble, I meant manufacturing, sounds heavy but it is not, I have researched on this, and I will be heading to Asia for hands-on training, this is a virgin area and Nigeria and Africa needs you here. Do not ever think it is impossible. This is why you needed to dine with the ETs so you can know that nothing is impossible for your brain to.

9. Do not live in comfortable with Poverty.

14. Steal Time from Sleep
If you sleep up to 8hrs a day, chances are you are less than average. 15. Essential Oils
How many of you know Essential Oil, a qty as small as a Tea spoon of Lavender or Rosemary or even Lemon Grass Essential Oil costs up to 1,000 naira. If you can produce up to 4 Litres of this, you can make less than a million naira from it. Yet the technology is there but Nigerians are blind to this. 16 - Commercial Library;
This sector is inexistent at the moment, but I have received the Blueprint from the Blue Avians, an interplanetary race I hold so dear. 2. Your mind will witness a kind of load being lifted, you will feel this, you wont miss the effect. When it occurred to me, a song I learnt while I was in church at childhood played on my head, it goes "He has taken, my burdens away (2x), then Hallelujah Jesus is mine (2x). Now, I do not consider myself a Christian because I only visit churches when invited, and I do not think it has to do with how the church understands Jesus Christ, I think it has to do more with Christ Consciousness, Cosmic Consciousness, which I believe I accessed. So, I felt loads lifted physically off my shoulders, and I mean I felt it.

3. Your Life begins to change, your start being loved by people you meet, you begin to succeed at everything you touch and do. Success becomes natural at that point, you do not have to ask God for it any longer, cos Creator's laws begin to conspire in your favor.

4. There is a universe out there, which we are. I do not know how to explain this, it is like a projection. Your light is projected to a part of the universe as a hologram and all you go through in life becomes a signature frequencies which at schumann resonance manifest your feelings and expressions, and some other stuff I like like to keep private until I know if I am allowed to share. You literally create realities instantly in that universe and which if done right start manifesting right here and I mean literally like magic. It happens to me daily.

5. This one will happen also, but you need physical efforts to perfect it. Your health will begin to improve and you now receive information on how to treat all diseases without a drug, without a drink of concoctions. Even heart diseases, kidney problems, liver issues, hypertension, stress, blood pressure can be treated within 5 minutes and those who do not have conditions that actually maintain excellent health and never get sick if they study Creator, Universe and their bodies.

So, Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit. If one can understand and master these levels of our existence including the mental body actions formed by our sub-conscious addictions to thoughts, actions and feelings can be mastered and steered to our desired functionalities to heal all aspects of our lives and when these are mastered, then you can begin to activate the kundalini and all the energy centers. This is not a walk in the park, no one is advised to activate this until you have cleared out your karma, pains, clear the energy centers and then....you become a physically living embodiment of the God force.

At the final stage, if you want to physically fly, using the body as a vehicle. Like Elijah in the Bible, then you will need to activate the Merkaba. That, my friend, is how you become a God and dine with our Creator only if these energies are put to positive use. You can not meet the Creator with an atom of darkness in you. That is what is meant by being Born Again, Being Spotless before God, because you can not meet him when you are still stuck in the matrix and believing all the nonsense in religious which stops humans from exploring their own bodies to elevate their consciousness to access certain frequencies and download knowledge to guide us through our journey through life.

Until you work, suffer, enjoy and go traumatic experience for that to open, you will never see the things I could tell you about. I am not asking you to forcefully open your third eye. There is no easy way. It is either Suffering that opens it, or the hunger for knowledge of EVERYTHING. From Carpentry to Archeology, to digital physics, the Quantum Cosmology and Robotics. WHich one do you choose ? To become a Polymath, that knows everything, aka God ?

Good news, is that there is a third option, very dangerous but easy, suffering and learning equips you to face the spirit world, but third option introduces to something you have no idea how to handle. It is opening your third eye by your intention and being ready to face what ever comes.

There is no escaping this. You either know it now and when you die you do not come back, or you will reincarnate. Yet there is a third way to do all you want without paying back and not coming back here, except if you choose to come and enjoy. And it is what I am doing. At tender Age, I had just few goals;

1. To retire from chasing money at 25 and have a great life onwards.

2. To Know Everything, literally to become a Polymath. I figured out that I needed to be like God, and to be like God I have to know everything, so Polymathism was just my call. So, the only way I can know everything was to read everybook I see. But thanks to the internet I read and watch documentaries the way you drink water.

3. I decided that I do not want to learn from mistakes, but from other people's mistakes, cos not everyone can survive their own mistakes.

4. I decided that I will NOT worship any God or any Entity, cos no real father will want his child to worship him for food or any need. I do not still worship and will NEVER worship any ENtity.

5. I decided that I must take responsibility to provide for EVERYONE and my self and will not depend on anyone else, not Even God for what I need, and I do not rely on God for anything.

6. On the issue of God, I decided that it was my mission in Life to decode him, and I have made great progress against all odds both psionically and emotionally.

We are constantly bombarded with new tactics and trends, but fail to recognize and master the root causes or principles.

Strategic thinking has always been important but will only become more relevant in the next decades.

Tactical living means that you always look at the effects of things, and not at what is causing them. You are always in search of that bit of information that will make all the difference in your life or career but are totally overwhelmed by everything that you need to learn. 

If this is your default operating mode, you are always going to remain dependent on someone doing your thinking for you.

But if you start to think strategically, if you look for the big truths or principles behind phenomena, you will also start to understand the different outcomes. 

Wisdom lies not in knowing all the manifestations of a principle or cause, but in understanding the law or the principle itself. Read that again.

There is a reason why the fundamental sciences like physics try to uncover the laws governing the universe and from that understanding try to explain all the possible manifestations of those laws.

The best reference that we have for understanding the principles that govern life is nature itself.

Lesson: If you want to make money, it's not by going to school or having first class, but by solving people's problems whether you went to school or not. The more problems you solve, the richer you become.

I can't tell you if you should choose this career path or not. But fhere things I can tell you about it.

I studied Agricultural Economics. And I am currently working as a data analyst. Unlike you, I came to the party late as I finished my schooling almost at 30.

When I was using my certificate to work, the highest offer I got was 70k. Now I am working with skills I thought myself and I am earnng more than twice that amount.

Data analysis is an infant field in Nigeria and there are opportunities globally. Notwithstanding, that doesn't mean there are no competitions. The major ingredient to landing a good DA job is experience. Hence, if you want to start, start now. Work for free if you must. Two years experience in the field will make sure you are not STRUGGLING to get an offer. 3-4 years will enable you to change jobs when you like (pls like everything, it's not a bed of roses).

Another ingredient for a successful career in this industry is intelligence. You need to have analytical mindset. DA is about problem solving. You need to learn how to ask the right questions and derive solutions. You can submit all the applications in the world in this field without a single response. Until your cover letter carries some works you have done and solutions you have brought to organisations. Hence, the place of HARD experience. You must love statistics and probability. While the ones you have learnt in school will take you 60% along (that's if you are not la cram la pour)), you must constantly learn trending mathematical concepts, DA methodologies etc)

In addition, skill set. If you have knack for knowledge, you will discover that the more you Know, the more you need to know. Over 60% of DA in Nigeria are actually Excel analyst. While in most industries Excel can do 100% of the work, you must keep working on your skill set.

Start with Excel. Learn it upto VBA level (though you will not need VBA 98% of the time). Pick Python Programming, SQL (MySQL or MSSQL), PowerBi or Tableaux. With these, you are good to go.

I am almost certain that with time, you wil pick interest in Machine learning, web developmen etc.

Where to start from? YouTube. It has 80% of the materials you will need. You can also try W3Schools, SoloLearn. For paid courses and certification (which I have not done), try Coursera. Note, what you need is skills not pali. Forget d yeye concepts of having pali.

I can take you Python for DA and all its libraries-not free not cheap.

PS: if you can't do presentation or talk before people, you may need to think twice before going into DA.
