I unerstand your attempt at defence. But you must understand that God at that time was dealing with ppl who barely know Him and made rooms for that. Beside, God never had any direct transaction with them but with a man of faith-Moses. Remember how they constantly get into trouble with God due to their emotions that led to complains which brings about their destructions. Left for God without Moses majority of them would have been destroyed. Where God expect them to express faith, they respond in fear, unbelief and doubt. We all have feelings but an expression of faith is better.

Counsel here for us the believers is to fulfil the scripture of forwarning your likes of what is about to befall you. Salvation is personal. Being strong in faith is not forming strong for God. It is simply an awareness of your right and privileges in Christ. If that is what you call thuggery, i accept. I know i can express my feelings to God from a stand point of being in control base on my knowledge of the Word without acting like a victim. Circumstances of life will not detect to me the way i approach life and God.

God isn't at all upset with you. He loves you anyway. There are provisions to grumble and complain and express your pains to God. But how relationship with God differs and it is in stages. A strong father will admire a strong son who takes after its kind. God want us to graduate from being 'nepius' to become 'tecnon' (not sure about the spelling, is in greek)

Don't get it twisted. Soldier here implies being courageous in the face of daring opposition. It's an ability to maintain the confession of a victor of God's word inspite of the situation without given the devil reason to invade through showing 'contempt' to God. Maturity as a son implies sticking with the Word until there's a change.

Far from me to judge, beside you are my sister. But you must undertand that God still make room for babies, but He doesn't want us to remain that way. He demands that we grow into maturity where we can handle the Word of life unperturbed by what comes our way. I understand the place of shading tears, but it should be from a position of a victor. This is more than a campaign. RON distribution in Kaduna was just awesome. This the best moment of my life. It just get better. The weather was supportive and the response was just wow. Reach out Kaduna was awesome. It can best be described as the best experience i ever had. The response from recepients was beyond description. It was quite strategic as we ensure that we don't fling the copies but made sure it get directly to individuls. Thank God for my Pastor(Pastor Sarah Obiaze) for the heavenly organization; it was smooth and free from every hiccup, and also thank God for the blessful weather, everything just work together for our good. Going by this distribution, i see more ppl giving their lives to Christ and embracing the grace that salvation has made available. I love you Pastor Chris and Anita Oyakhilome. God be praise.

I grew up to be very afraid and i hardly sleep alone. But on this faithful day after a late night movie, my younger that we shared the same room with decided to sleep in the living room, and so i was left to sleep alone. That night, amidst fear and discomfort, i slept. Suddenly, i found myself awoken. What i saw on the wall very close to where my bed was, was a huge figure of a muscular man. A figure i never saw b4. Immediately i turned, he was staring at me. The arms were stretch. The amazing thing was that; the room was dark, but i could see him perfectly. Secondly, that fear in me, instantly disappeared. I turned, went back to sleep and that day marks the end of any fear in my life. Deep down in my spirit, i knew it was an angel. The level of peace i had that moment and after was beyond description. Even with the experience, i wanted a scriptural confirmation, until my pastor, one day after some months read from Psalm 34v7 and i became more assured. God be praise.

Presently, i'm a member of Christ embassy. It is not uncommon to find this practices in most cell groups may be because of the daily work load or demand from the church or individual job, which ever way. But one thing is certain, and that is, this suppose lack of care is not common with all groups. For instance, my cell leader always ensure we visit members that didn't turn out for meetings and those we couldn't reach on phone every saturday. Whenever he travelled, being his assistant, i naturally toe his path. You must understand that, though we are all Christians, our attitude, maturity, understanding and responses to God's Word varies. While others within the church or another cell group will go extra mile to express love and care, others will find no need, for personal reasons which could be understood. But in a nut shell, i have made up my mind not to allow anyone's affection or no affection to determine my relationship with God. Christianity is a personal race, but if you allow individual differences to get on your way, sooner than later, you will not only abandon CE but Christianity in general. For me, I have been so blessed by Pastor Christ ministry to allow any offence get on my way. I don't seek for attention or affection any more, but rather, i seek to give affections. God bless you.
